The pharmacist is a POS he literally was throwing prescriptions at the young lady at the register. In front of everyone I had to hold my composure because I had major heart surgery. I was boiling I was two seconds of jumping the counter and punching the guy in the face. Management really needs to look in to this.

Horrible, every time you have to come a pick up a prescription or whatever you’re gonna do in this pharmacy. There is always a line and it takes about 14 minutes per customer to complete the whole process in the front desk.

This store pharmacy need more employees. They take too long to release the medication. At any time the lines are huge always !!!! Drive thru lines take forever as well.This needs to be expedited and medication released fast and in a timely manner.Been waiting in the drive thru for more than 15 minutes. Inside rje wait time is over 15 minutes as well.This is not accepted.

They advertise curbside delivery. I kept receiving emails that my delivery was ready and I went to Walgreens to pick up my order. I checked into curbside parking and no came out of Walgreens to deliver my items to the car after 18 minutes. I went inside the store and the manager was their stating he is short of staff but he is in the store standing next to one of the cashiers. The cashier then takes my items off that were prepaid off the utility cart and place the bags on the floor. She instructed my to go get a shopping cart. I told her their are no shopping carts available. The manager standing their to me to go outside to get a Publix grocery store shopping cart from the Publix. This manager has a horrible attitude and should not be leading a team of employees. The manager instructed the cashier to go to lunch and I had to figure it out how I was going to get 8 large bags to my car.

What can one say about a pharmacy. The have what you need. The service may not always be up to par but that's why there are several to choose from and you know CVS is not far. Dont expect the best and you'll never be let down.

I never leave bad reviews, I leave that to the Karen’s. But oh my gosh, this truly warrants an honest review. Because this specific Walgreens Pharmacy location is one of the absolute WORST locations I have ever been to, even outside of Florida! The pharmacy staff doesn't care to speed things up a bit and work just a little bit faster in order to get customers their medication more efficiently. Unfortunately this is the location I live closest to, so I have to deal with them quite a bit, and each and every single time I've ever had to come to this pharmacy, the wait time is RIDICULOUS and just be prepared to sit either inside or in line in your vehicle for a minimum of 1 hour. I understand sometimes there will be a wait, of course. But each and every single time no matter what day or time? Even if there is only 1 person in front of you- even if there isn’t anyone in line and you’re next….be prepared to WAIT and WAIT and WAIT! And while you’re waiting, you can see the staff just relaxing, taking their time with everything as if all customers have all the time in the world, which doesn’t help the situation at all. It doesn’t even matter if you go inside or go through the drive-thru. It doesn’t matter at what time you go. It doesn’t matter if there isn’t a line. Regardless, it is going to be a ridiculous wait time for you. It's honestly so frustrating and I cannot believe they run their pharmacy this way and no one cares to hire better staff or train them better on how to be efficient and expedite services for pharmacy customers. They just don’t care to respect customer’s time, at all. It’s very very frustrating to have to wait so long each and every single time you come here, especially the times when you urgently need the medication. It’s infuriating to see how much the staff here just don’t care to respect the customer’s time. So just know for a FACT, if you want to get really angry and flip out due to the lack of EFFORT from the pharmacy staff, come to this Walgreens pharmacy!! I just don’t understand how management doesn’t have this a little bit more under control. It's just HORRIBLE here.

This pharmacy gets a below zero. Is unbelievable and inaceptable the level of unprofessionalism. Poor manners, ineffectiveness, rude, I can keep on. They need to stop hiring people from Walmart and hire people with actual degrees & experience. Throw the whole team out!

The lines are always long. The cashiers are always sitting down ringing items. There is never an IC3 called... management is not attentive to the front. Pharmacy is worse. Plan on being there over an hour trying to pick up prescriptions.

The pharmacy is impossible to reach by phone. I just spent two plus hours on hold and finally just gave up. Lately my refills have all been either delayed or flat out ignored in one case. This is heartbreaking for me because I have used this Walgreens for years and their service wad always impeccable. I don't know what happened to so drastically change things in the past year, but I have no choice but to transfer my meds to a different pharmacy at this point.

Lousy service don't bother trying same day pictures they will be ready 4 days later. On top of that when you get them your waiting 45 for help in getting them. Pharmacy dept even worse .

This Walgreens will keep you on call for 20 minutes or more without answering. Then they will end call without even responding to you. 1 time out of 10 you might be able to talk to someone.

Store closed when the hours say 24hours. Staff told me they will open at 8. Went to Publix to waste time. Went back to Walgreens a lady at the door saying closed till 830am. People outside needing medication but denied access due to maintenance. Ridiculous: I could’ve went home.

Growing up in Miami Gardens I have seen many businesses come and go. This Walgreens is located at a prime/major intersection of 441 and NW 199th Street. There is also a Publix, Dollar Tree, Little Ceasars Pizza and Rainbow shop in the plaza. There is plenty of parking and for the very first time I noticed that there was a parking stall for curbside pickup. Another item that was also outstanding was there was a parking spot designated for Military Veterans. I am not in the military however I work with Veterans. I commend the City of Miami Gardens for recognizing the contributions of all members of our military service branches and marking special gestures such as these to honor their service. Thank you. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

BY FAR THE WORSE WALGREENS SERVICE EVER.!!! THE EMPLOYEE WITH THE SMALL AFRO NOT SURE THE YOUNG LADY NAME BUT HER ATTITUDE AND WORK ETHIC IS HORRIBLE SHE WAS VERY UNWILLING TO ASSIST. Due to the state of my emergency I was unable to retrieve the name of my insurance but I definitely had my identification number and she STILL remained consistent with not wanting to at least TRY and look up my insurance name. I’m very appalled and after I asked where the manager was the manager literally made me wait ten minutes just for her to say oh I don’t know if your prescription will be able to be filled you have to wait thirty minutes just to see if it can be filled or not.

The reason I am giving one start is to be able to write a review, this is the worse Walgreen with the worse customer service. My doctor placed an order for two medication for a terrible migraine which I am still waiting with no response, I called the store several times and nobody answered the phone. Walgreen needs to know that they are dealing with patients and should treat us as sick individuals not like trash. I work in a hospital and I will never treat a patient this way. Shame on you Walgreen employees in this store!

If i could give this store a 0 I would. The phone customer service is beyond treacherous. I was trying to reach the pharmacy and I was on hold for over an hour. I kept getting hung up on. I called back time and time again. Back and forth between trying to get to the pharmacy and to speak with the store manager. My calls kept getting dropped. My sons medications were not filled from 1:30 pm until now at 7:10 pm. I will be going to the store right now. I will also contact the corporate office. This is absolutely not acceptable for a pharmacy that is supposed to be providing urgent medications!!! I’m appalled. Due to this terrible experience I will not shop in walgreens again. I will not fill any prescription in any Walgreens. I’m disgusted!!!

This is the worst and most disorganized pharmacy in the area. Always crowed due to slow workers, no one picks up the phone ever and if they pick up after you waiting literally 1 hour on the phone, they will hang up on you. The employees are so slow that the lines are ridiculously long. It takes more then 1 hour to get a prescription. They need to shut this store down or train the employees better.

Called them at 10am this morning to transfer my scripts to my regular pharmacy. The woman said I needed to have my pharmacy call them and hung up on me. One she should have been courteous enough to offer to call them to transfer it. Second my pharmacy and I have beeen trying since 11 am to get my scripts and NO ONE answers. Instead I’m on hold for 30min then get booted to another line that hangs up on you. This is absolutely unprofessional.I was a pharmacy tech and worked in the department and have never had issues like these. They need to look into how to be more organized, their HR department needs to step in.

I am new to this walgreens and already regret coming to this pharmacy. They say your medication will be open then it's not. I was on hold for over 1 hour just to have them hang up on me. Terrible customer service!

If I could give the pharmacy a 0 star, I will. You will be on hold waiting to speak to someone for more than 45 minutes. Staff will pick up and just put you on hold without acknowledging you on the phone. If you have an urgent need, this is the wrong pharmacy to send your medication to. Picking up medication is another disaster. The staff have I don't care attitudes and that is not good for this community needing care. I know it busy or short of staff, but still have the courtesy to pick up the phone and help your clients. As a former pharmacy technician for Walgreen pharmacy this is by far the worse pharmacy.

While I was shopping I inquired about the restroom to the elderly gentleman working the photo desk, first if it was open, then where it was located as signage wasn't visible from where I was standing. He was extremely rude and dismissive, when I asked if he could point me towards it he said "it's in the back" and walked away from me. When I finally found it, there was a person bathing in the sink and I was unable to wash my hands. I Will not be back to this Walgreens and would advise anyone that can to select a different location. This was a ridiculous experience.

With the amount of money Walgreens makes, you would think they could afford to hire someone to answer calls for the pharmacy so you didn't have to wait 30 min to get in touch with someone just to get some info or give some info to the pharmacist, then you get disconnected and have to call back and wait again. An hour of my life I will never get back. I should charge them the $200 per hour that I normally make for my time.*UpdateLowered the stars to one because after I finally got ahold of them and they put me back on hold over and over and over again they hung up on me
