If I can give 0 stars I will. Employee there doesn’t know the products they have in store. And manager is another one that doesn’t know anything, online they said they had a product in stock and I called to ask if they can check and the manager told me he didn’t know that brand and they didn’t have without even checking their computer or going to the isle to find out. He said they only carry the brand gain. No other laundry detergent at all just gain. Yet I went into the store and checked they had ALLLLLLLLL types of brands even the one I was looking for which was seventh generation. The manager shouldn’t be a manager is he’s not willing to work. What kind of management is that? Horrible customer service.

Been trying to call all day because THEY made a mistake. I've called four times and spent a combined 45min on hold (I give up after 15-20 min because they automatically put you on hold, they have no idea what you need before doing so).This problem happens all the time so I know it's easy to fix. If they'd just fix it on their end (they keep promising it won't happen again next month), I wouldn't have to call at all. But regardless of what you need, being put on hold for 20+ min till you give up 4 times in one day is just bad customer service.

Pharmacy staff don’t know anything about customer services. The pharmacy doctor and other employees sees me and don’t acknowledge me at all. After about 4 minutes she pick up the phone and ask me what do you want pick up?I reply yes, picking up. She answers: your medicine is not ready it was put back on the shelf. You can pick up later today or tomorrow. With an attitude.They need customers services training. If they don’t get customers they won’t have a job.

The other night I went to pick up my sons prescription. As I walked up to the pharmacy line, there was only one other person that was finishing up and left. So leaving me the only one in line. The girl behind the counter just began cleaning and picking up trash in the garbage cans. Not once looked in my direction nor assured me that someone will be helping me soon. She then proceeded to another room to grab her bag and left the store. What trouble would it have caused that girl to help the only other person in line? At that point it had be 15 minutes and I was visibly upset due to the fact I had the baby in the car with my husband. Long story short, another 7 minutes passed before the lady at the window helped me. And so I had to come back another day because of the insurance wanting more info. When I did return it was in the drive through. After giving the lady the info, she tells me that the medication had been picked up the night before and that she was going to check the cameras after I told her I had not picked it up. About 4 minutes later she came back to the window because she apparently found the medication. She didn’t explain why they thought someone picked it up already. The medication was put in a bag and they told me to have a nice day.I will be looking for another pharmacy. This location it convenient because of the 24hrs option. But bad customer service is not worth it.

The pharmacy is horrible! Awful customer service, the lines are ALWAYS long and expect to wait 30 plus minutes. If you try to call the pharmacy no one answers and when they do answer they place you on hold for an endless amount of time. It’s 9:45 pm on a Saturday night and I’ve been waiting in the drive thru for almost 1 hour. This is unacceptable. No one at the window. What the hell is going on?!

The worst service in the whole world, my experience with this pharmacy is horrible. I always call before picking up my medications to see if they are ready and after confirmation once I get to the pharmacy they are never there, or the system is down or they don't see the doctor's order. It is disrespectful that they play with people's time and we also need medication for a health condition.

The telephone is always broke, they never have your prescriptions ready. They don’t call you to let you know anything. To me it is worse than CVS on 14205 Sw 42nd st. I don’t know where else to go

This not my go-to Walgreens but I’m glad they are fairly close to home. 😊The best thing about this store? They are open 24 hours, this is a lifesaver in the event of an emergency in the middle of the night! I think it is vital to have access to a 24 hour drugstore in our community.

Yousef the pharmacist has the absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Absolutely rude! Someone needs to educate him on how to treat clients. Only asked me for name and date of birth. Didn’t confirm medication and when I gave him the coupon card for the medication he looked as if I had asked him to do something super straining of him. His regard for patients/clients is disgusting and disappointing. I even had to ask him “are you having a bad day or something?” I do not mind providing more detail on the matter if need be. Just try to avoid this pharmacy at all costs ESPECIALLY going at night to pick up Rx.

I don't usually write reviews. But since I dealt with a store manager here. Or what I presume was because even the employee looked over in disgust.. I came to drop off a fed ex package...she gave me attitude, made me fill out forms I didn't need to because it was in a pre-paid envelope.. and then wouldn't accept my package at the end.. took my package to another Walgreens on coral way and was treated respectfully and they accepted my package without a problem.. I'll be going to CVS from here on out

I wonder how many peoples day has been made brighter by having Gladys in the pharmacy department help them. I have never seen her have a bad moment with a customer. Quite the opposite, people who enter in a bad mood or sick usually leave with a smile after interacting with her. Walgreens should be very proud of the service Gladys has provided its customers throughout the past 4 decades!!!

Do not submit your prescriptions to the pharmacy. It is the worst pharmacy ever this location could care less about your health. Ive tried using them multiple times because they are the closest to my home and its always something with them They dont answer phones and have horrible service in every aspect. I had an emergency today and they approve my meds at 9pm right away yet failed to say they were closing early today at 10pm I was calling to let them know that this was stat because it was an emergency situation if I can come by and pick it up before the two hours, I decided to swing by because no one picks up the phone at the pharmacy and at the store no answer come to my surprise giant sign that says pharmacy is temporarily closed. I walk in and they say yes they closed at 10pm enough venting its horrible they don’t care about your health at all. I had to add a star, so it’ll let me post a review, but otherwise it would be zero stars

The Mgmt at this location is the worst Pharmacy never gets meds right always an issue the Photo dept never takes Passport fotos the nearest location informed me they have for years been sending customers over cause they dont want to bother . Service is terrible here and it starts from the leadership . No wonder has the lowest rating of any Pharmacy/Store for miles .

Every pharmacy in the US including this one in the past you drop your RX in the line where it says Consultation/Drop in. HOWEVER , after spending 10 minutes waiting for the drop location they tell me to go to the pick up line to drop my prescription….You don’t want to work fine… you don’t get my money then

I took my package to this Walgreens since they call themselves a "FedEx" branch. I printed the QR code like the seller told me and showed it to them.The lady told me that they can not process it because they do not have a printer to make the necessary label. They told me that I need to go to a "Main Office" to print it and they will process it for me. I told her that this is not what it said on the QR instructions.If this place is limited by their equipment, they should not call themselves a "FedEx" branch.I've been a customer of this Walgreens branch for a long time, and it is sad that because of one single employee's ignorance or lack of willingness to take the extra mile, I have to go to a "Real FedEd Branch" and waist my time.

The absolute WORST Walgreens Pharmacy ever! Out of all the Walgreens in Miami, this one has to be the worst. If you call the pharmacy, be prepared to be on hold for a very long time! Ive been trying to call for 2 days now and I have been put on hold for over an hour to talk to someone for them to just hang up on me. The machine transfers you to the pharmacist and you will wait an endless amount of time to actually be able to speak to the pharmacist to then be put on hold for 30+ minutes or for them to just hang up on you! VERY unprofessional and poorly managed! I guess CVS gained another customer!

I spent whatever time filling out a questionnaire for Covid testing.I press continue and I got nowhere.I called the number listed and I got some overseas person who doesn’t understand and kept saying “…I’m sorry about “that “ but you have to try it again….- No wonder CVS is beating you to a pulp!

The pharmacist working the midnight shift is the rudest, meanest person you can talk to. If you get him, Yousef, just hang up. The first time he made me cry and he's gotten into a screaming match. He will refuse to dispense your medication especially if it's a pain medication. He treats you like a drug dealer. Considering switching to CVS. He answered the phone rudely with just a "Hello" then yelled at someone "I'll be right with you ". Extremely unprofessional.

Extremely bad customer service, the technicians constantly put you on hold. The pharmacists discriminate people based on their medical conditions. They refuse to fill valid prescriptions based on unreasonable discretion. The pharmacists think that they are doctors and can make medical decisions on your behalf. They don’t write notes in the system so every time you call they ask you the same questions. Most are extremely unprofessional and unless you speak Spanish, which I do, they won’t put in much effort to assist you.

Horrible customer services. Every time I come to pick up a prescription is a different problem. I had my kids with very high fever once and I came early in the morning and had to wait for 45 min after the pharmacy open because the pharmacist was late. There is always a nightmare with the insurances. They don’t make the minimum effort to try to get you the coverage, because they don’t want to make the additional work. I also tried to return a medication and the manager treat horrible and I wasted $40.00 without need. I won’t send a prescription here any more. Think it twice before you do it.

This is the worst place imaginable. They are so inconsiderate and rude. They do not answer the phone and when they do they put you on hold and never answered back until they hung up. No one helps you have no way to confirm your medication and they do not check their faxes or emails from doctors. You are in need of a medication and can’t get help. This should not be allowed and Walgreens should do something about it.

Pharmacy is ridiculous. There is ALWAYS an issue here with my prescriptions (regardless of the amount of refills I have). Pharmacy workers (all of them except one exceptional worker) refuse to help, are incompetent, give you an attitude when you're asking a basic question, hang up on you in the middle of you answering their questions, and almost always have an issue with your insurance (regardless if it's been the same one you've had for years with no lapse of coverage). Been using Walgreens for years across the state and never have had an issue til I moved to Miami.

This store has employees with the worst attitude and worst customer service. They really need to train them on how to treat customers better. You ask a question and they answer you like its a bother for them to help you. The cashiers specially an older lady is always withan attitude no matter what question she gets asked. Yes i frequent here often and is not the first time I get treated with an attitude so I decided to make my review public. Walgreens corporate should really look into training the employees here better

My children’s pediatrician sent over an antibiotic for both kids (same name and all with same dosage). I had it transferred to this pharmacy, since it’s opened for 24 hrs. However, when I got there, Rebeca (only speaks Spanish), was by herself, taking care of the customers inside the store, as well as the drive-thru where I was. I had to wait for her for about 45 mins. She found my sons meds but my daughters meds weren’t “covered by the insurance”...which were the same meds as my son, who has the same insurance company. So after 10-15 more mins of her trying to help out (cause she did try her best)...she says “go inside so the pharmacist can help you with the insurance issue”. Needless to say, I spent another hour and a half, for the pharmacist to say “come back tomorrow morning, cause the medication has been approved by the insurance company, BUT it doesn’t appear in my computer; so If it doesn’t appear here then I can’t sell it to you, until it does”. This was so insane. I’ve never been more exhausted in a pharmacy.Dear Manager,Please hire 1 or 2 more people for the pharmacy. Specially for the weekends when it gets packed. The poor pharmacist (Mr. Henry G.) was left by himself, after Rebeca left, taking care of the phones, the counter and the drive-thru. They are great workers who can use great help!

0. Stars. I placed my order over the phone so. That I didn’t have to wait at the store. I called in before going to the store to make sure it was ready before heading out. They assured me it was ready and I could go pickup. I got there and after waiting 20 minutes on line, it was not ready. They had not never started doing the refill. I had to wait a whole hour in the store. They told me it would be ready in 5 minutes and it was not. I received no apology. Never coming here again. Stay away unless you Like having your time wasted. Why behold they say that a prescription is ready when it was clearly not.
