Great store, Misael was so helpful and very attentive. I went to print my graduation pictures and he guided me through the process. Amazing customer service!!

When Staples canceled my order on the day of pick up I had to scramble to look for another solution. On 6/11 I happened to see the Walgreens in the same shopping plaza and decided to try my luck there with 45 minutes until my ceremony started. The incredible staff at this Walgreens stepped up and was able to help me get my order ready in 15 minutes! It was not a small order and not your common set up and print job. I had the order in my hands with enough time left to get to the award ceremony! Great costumer service is very hard to find these days. The staff at this Walgreens greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in and said no problem we’d be happy to help! If you need good customer service, look no more and come here to be helped. Amazing!!! Thank you all for your support and for getting me out of a stressful situation with the most amazing smile and patience.

I just want to say I am so glad a 24hr Walgreens is available nearby because it's so helpful to get access to medication at all hours of the day (and night) especially when you have a sick toddler. They've got a good selection of children's medication by the pharmacy (you'd think it would be by the entrance with the aisle of baby things but it's not). We walked in some time close to 11pm so the pharmacy was closed. Checking out was a breeze and the woman at the counter was warm and friendly.

If I could give the pharmacy zero star rating I would. I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service to the point that even the store manager hung up on me because she didn’t want to listen to my concerns. I’ve basically called the pharmacy since 9 AM to only keep getting put on hold or hung up on over and over again. I must’ve called over 10 times. This is not the first time I’ve had this issue with them as the same thing happened to me two days ago. I suffer from my nerves and I wish that upon no one it’s a nightmare to first get your prescription and then get Walgreens to fill it. It’s pretty obvious I will be leaving Wegreens and wanted to save everyone a really bad experience Save yourself the nightmare and go somewhere else at least where the store manager has some kind of work ethic!!!!

Waited in line for a flu shot for ten minutes. They made me wait in another line for ten more minutes. One person was at the register with a line out the door and the pharmacist didn’t bother to help. After 30 minutes waiting, left without any service

UHealth in this place is horrible. The nurses talk too much and behave like excited and inexperienced teenagers. Their prescription did nothing to improve my health. I told them to add another drug that I usually use to cure the disease I was suffering from. They refused telling me to come back in ten days before getting that prescription. It is a shame! I would not advise that clinic to anyone.

This Walgreens never answers the phone! They literally leave you on hold until you get tired of waiting and hang up. They also tend to answer and just put you back on hold, or even answer and hang up on you. I requested a prescription at 8:00 in the morning that was supposed to be ready by 10:30 a.m. They delayed it due to "insurance verification", which I don't even believe because my insurance is just fine and I get refills on this prescription often and never have an issue. After waiting almost 12 hours, I went back to check on the status of my prescription with the link they sent me via text, and it suddenly says I have no prescriptions. They pretty much declined to refill my prescription and it's literally four pills. ridiculous! This isn't the first time I call I never get through to anyone nor is it the first time that they give me issues with my prescription. Avoid this Walgreens and go to another one in the Kendall area.

Absolutely Horrible worst Walgreens in Miami, the pharmacy is terrible the employees don't do their job. I was on hold for 45 minutes. The first time someone answered and then hung up and I had to restart the hold process. I'm not even sure how this location is allowed to be open; no wonder it has such bad reviews.

I have been on the phone for 15 minutes and counting this is my 3rd time each averages 8-10 min before i have to hang up and call again. Only staff members really know the system and what's going on. They pick up put you on hold with out even asking you to hold. The phone rings after certain amount of minutes of you being on hold and it goes back to hold, I will be moving my prescription from this Pharmacy this is ridiculous is always the same thing. Until you get one staff she is great then she fixes the problem but by this time you have been on hold for hours and called 7 times.

Pharmacy staff are all rude and whenever you call you will be left on hold for more than 15 minutes and then someone will answer and hang up on you.

Drive thru takes foooooor ever and very inconsistent with having mediation ready. Two times in a row they didn’t have my medication ready! I received calls stating it was ready, showed up, told me it was not ready and that the pharmacist is out so it should be ready in about an hour. I had a trip so I couldn’t wait the hour. Later that day I receive a call as I was about to board my plane telling me the medication is ready. Came back from the trip a week later, showed up again and guess what. It was not ready!!!!! The pharmacy is a joke

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. After being a customer for over 5 years, the incompetence keeps getting worse and so does the customer service. One of the male staff has charged me for things I didn’t purchase at the pharmacy drive through twice already. I’ve had to check all receipts before leaving. The wait is typically bad and to make matters worse, they don’t care if the medication isn’t available although you have email confirmation that it is ready for pick up. I’m already in the process of transferring my scripts. Don’t waste your time like I have!

I've called the pharmacy 21 times in the past 24 hours as an experiment and my call was never answered once. Actually, to be fair, somebody answered and immediately hung up on me 3 times. If you don't mind being short a prescription for a few days feel free to give them a try, though!

If I can give a pharmacy a negative star review I would, I’ve been on hold for over 20 mins just trying to see if my prescription that was sent hours ago is ready. They keep answering the phone then proceed to put me on hold. I’ve been calling from my work phone as well since I already was holding at an earlier period and they hung up on me. Now as I write this review they just disconnected my line again after waiting for so long. Ridiculous Walgreens you need to do better this is distasteful and unprofessional to say the least

Every single time I need something, I have to call 3 times MINIMUM to actually talk to someone because they put me on hold then hang up on me ALL the time. Terrible. I don’t drive and I need my pills delivered and to get through and make that happen is nothing less than a missionI’ve called 7 times and still can’t get someone on the phone. Ridiculous. Not only that but I found out that they didn’t refill my prescription for 3 months like I had asked. Simple request in my opinion. Would not recommend giving your business to them if you can avoid it.

I left a recipe at 10 a.m. and it's 6:30 p.m. and it's not ready. the worst thing is that they do not answer the phone and I have called many times at different times. Maybe, maybe not... Dropped off prescription at 11:50 AM, and was told it would be ready by 2:00 PM. I came by at 3:45 PM to pickup, to learn it hasn't even been filled yet. So I had to wait about 10 mins. Not really a problem... But what do we learn from this? 1. It doesn't take 2 hours to fill a prescription, and 2. There appears to be a lack efficiency at this Walgreens pharmacy. It's not the first time, but we're only human. I'll still give them my business.

The pharmacy here is the worst I've ever experienced. I only had my prescription sent here because it's right by my new home and to try walgreen's pharmacy... I came in yesterday for my prescription... After being ignored for a while at the drive thru i went inside... They told me they didn't receive anything for me and to call my doctor. My doctor confirmed with me that she did send it in 3 days ago and someone confirmed it. I will be transferring my prescription back to CVS.

I'm not the kind of person that gives bad reviews or even review on a place but this time omg, If it Was available not to give a star I will do it, I used to love his pharmacy while I was living near this location and I thought I was going to find the same kind people and fast environment, very disappointed I went through the drive thru to pick up my medicine I waited 20 minutes and there was a lady passing through the window without talking to us, nobody approached to the window they were passing by looking at us without asking or even saying a hello, I have to press the call button for someone to help us, someone pick up the phone without being in the window telling me with attitude that my medicine was not ready to come back later, did not said the time and when I asked her what time I can come back she hanged up on me. Very disrespectful, this will be my last time going to that pharmacy is so sad that from good customer service when down to a big CERO.

Not a very good first experienceIf I could give no stars I would !Went to pick up prescription that was transferred from another pharmacy for my motherIt was transferred around 1 pm.I have a copy of the transfer. With all the pertinent information.I came in after 4 pm and nobody knew anythingAfter I showed her on my phone a copy of the transferThe pharmacy tech claimed the insurance information was not available but it was right there on the transfer.The pharmacist clueless!You can tell me ... we were very busy but please don't lie to me.My husband is a pharmacist and I am a pharmacy technician .So I know how busy a pharmacy can getI will transfer my moms prescription back to her wonderful independent community pharmacyWhat I'm sorry about is my husband just changed insurance plan for his prescription medication and he is stuck with Walgreens only starting in JanuaryVery sorry to see this is what the profesión has come to.Too busy to take the time to speak to the patient easier to lie.Not a good call wallgreens

Since they hold the Claritin-D behind the counter I had to go to the pharmacy. There was a line and almost a 20 min wait for no reason. They were moving very slowly and clearly don’t know how to prioritize or delegate to be more efficient.

Horrible customer service. I’ve been trying to contact the pharmacy all day and my calls keep dropping and no one ever responds. I try to speak to different departments and no responds either. This is so upsetting.
