Horrible experiences in this pharmacy multiple times. They never do anything right or have my medications ready. They are very disorganized and never seem to be able to solve anyone’s problems. I never take time to write reviews, but the frustration is real with this place. I continue having to come here bc it’s complicated to have my prescription sent somewhere else, but do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

I had an incredibly unpleasant experience dealing with Manager Yudelca. To put it mildly, her conduct was utterly unprofessional and left me deeply dissatisfied.From the moment I approached her with a question or concern, I was met with an appalling lack of courtesy and respect. Yudelca's dismissive attitude and complete disregard for my issue was both shocking and disappointing. It's disheartening to think that someone in a managerial position, who is supposed to set an example for the team, could be so rude and unhelpful.Furthermore, her communication skills were severely lacking. She not only failed to address my concerns but also seemed completely disinterested in resolving the problem. I felt ignored and belittled throughout the entire interaction, which is unacceptable behavior, especially from a manager.I have never encountered such unprofessionalism and disrespect in a customer service setting. It's clear that Yudelca lacks the basic interpersonal skills necessary for her role.I strongly urge Walgreens to reevaluate Yudelca's position within the company, as her behavior reflects poorly on the entire organization. I, for one, will think twice before returning to a place where customers are treated with such blatant disregard.Save yourself the frustration and disappointment; avoid any interaction with Manager Yudelca if you want a positive customer experience.

If I could of gave a zero star that would have been better.The workers there have no idea how important it is to make sure there customers are satisfied. I went in to print a photo the manager on duty didn’t acknowledge the fact I need there assistance I had to constantly ask for help. When I ask a employee they sent me to ask another for help. I stood there for 30mins. I eventually walk out without my photo. I would never recommend anyone to go this Walgreens. I never had to write a bad review but workers there don’t care. And company will not advance due to there lack of care towards there customers.

Always courteous, the pharmacy crews remembers you. The manager looks for things in the back for you. I have never, in 10 years, had a bad experience. The only draw back is that a few of the cashiers upfront do not speak English, but they try to help you as best as they can. In Miami, customer service is almost non existent, but in this store, they try really hard.

Omg !!!! Unprofessional no courtesy Claudia supposed to be manager at the pharmacy full of excuses and no solutions my doctors office called place an order for me prescription I get here they have nothing hey pray for her a voice message from my doctors office was back on the computer and now she finds it interesting she asked me to have a seat it would be like an hour and I asked her an hour for what to grab a bottle of pills count them out and hand them to me that takes an hour I’ve been at work for 10 hours I just had heart surgery two months ago do you think I wanna wait around for an hour for pills not taking my prescription medication to a different pharmacist all together farwell to Walgreens especially because that location makes a lot of mistakes all the time this is not the first one

The workers were very kind and courteous and helpful. But the reason I'm giving it 1 star is because the workers are treated terribly and the manager is very moody and mean. I could give this place 0 stars if I could, but not because of the workers but because of the terrible way they are treated and the bad hours they are given I was looking at the schedule and they had most of them working every single holiday up until 11 and many of them since early in the morning or if not since 4. I was appalled by this and am very disappointed by the lousy way the workers are being treated.

Really bad service if your a person of color. My wife went to shop came in and no one greeted her, she couldn't find what she was looking for when she ask for help, the associated began to speak Spanish. As she found the item on her own, she went to the register and was told she couldn't ring up yet. She waited for bout 6 minutes waiting on 2 other customers who had there stuff at the register but was still shopping, the cashier had an attitude and started speaking Spanish. We never went back, we shop at CVS instead.

I went into this location with my mother who is on a walker and can not see they have there pain medicine locked up which is fine so we pressed the button for assistance and we waited over 20 minutes no one came when I finally got loud about the fact my mother is about to fall down we need assistance a lady walked up but said it is not her problem she is on lunch I asked can she get me some assistance she stated not her problem so I told my mom we where leaving to go elsewhere I have never had this experience at a Walgreens I'd expect that from a CVS. As we where leaving I stated that is not the way you treat a customer and her reply was not the way you treat an employee all I did was ask if she could get me assistance so my mother would not have to stand so long will never return to this location on flagler in Publix shopping center there is absolutely no customer service.

I have 2 issued for this store.1.- They constantly make automatic phone calls to pick up my medicine, when i get there the pharmacy closed for no reason.2.- I made an appointment for vaccine, when i got there it was a long line for everybody (pickup medicine , vaccine, etc..) i wait almost 45 minutes and was unable to get my vaccine. What is the reason to make appointment?BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

I can't understand why people gave this place a bad review, ever since I came here for the first time, as soon as you come in you are greeted with "Welcome to Walgreens" Store is in order, workers are smiling, cashiers always ask you if you find everything you needed and what makes this place stand out is the people at the pharmacy, prompt, courteous and the head pharmacist Oliver is a very professional and respectful person, always taking time to explain, inform and help. Thank you guys.
