Les quiero compartir mi historia con el stress & anxiety !Me lo recomendó en medellin mi nutricionista, desde hace dos anos tuve un vértigo terrible que me generó un tinitus en el oído que no me dejaba dormir y me generó un problema de insomnio muy extremo desde ese momento tenia que tomar medicamentos , ya el último ano solo dos antes de dormir .
