I went today to get my USDA veterinarian certificate endorsed today for travel tonight. I did not have an appointment. I arrived at 7:30 when they opened the door.. I was welcomed by the security guard and wrote down my name and credit card info on a sheet that I was kindly guided to by the security guard.. Within 10 minutes my dogs documents are received, within the next half hour I was kindly given my documents endorsed. The experience was easy. There is parking on the premises. I was grateful to have such an easy experience

Great attention!!!The staff very nice and friendly... I’m traveling whit my cat and even without appointment the attention was very professional and faster ... my tip is always call early in the morning the phone is working perfectly ... I want say thank you 😊 to the Security agent for be so gentle and kind!

Impossible to set an appointment, they never answered. The best is to do a walk-in at 7am (they accept from 7-10am). No cash! Only credit/debit cards or money orders. It will take you 20 minutes to leave the papers and exactly 24 hours to be processed, signed and ready to be picked up. It's the only option in south Florida.Ps. it's not necessary to go with your dog/cat.

I was in touch my email with Dr. Harpor for my cats travel certificate endorsement. Suddenly he stopped answering. Now Im one week before my trip and nobody even answer the phone. They say to call to get an appointment but nobody answer the phone. I have one hour calling non stop and nobody pick up the phone. Am I supposed to go to Miami Airport from Boca Raton just to check if they are open and taking walk ins?I don’t understand why is such a poor service from a government institution.

Extremely nice and helpful people working there. I emailed them my questions and they quickly replied. I dropped off the forms one day and they were ready the next day. Attached you will find some instructions I got there.

No way to make an appointment, no one answers, the useless guy at the gate doesnt let you in if you dont have one. No way to make one online, no way they’ll answer the phone. Still waiting outside for the third hour being annoying. Not leaving until they let me in!!!!!!

I was able to schedule an appointment by email and they were on point. I expected some issues because Miami is so busy. But this process was super easy. Thanks USDA.

Place it's so difficult to find. I had an appointment, process took about an hour. Make sure you have all paper work in order, so you don't have to go back!

The workers at this place were so kind. Besides they helped with the travel requirements for our pet. They were so helpfull. It's nice to be in country were public workers are so caring.

No pets allowed inside. It was a semi-fast process. I dropped off the health certificate since i couldnt wait. Came back the next day. They charged $38 to stamp and validate the certificate.

Quick for getting dog travel permits. If you don't have appointments you can do a 7am walk in and the will deliver the travel forms for your puppy in 24 hours.

Best government office ever! But is a NO PETS ALLOWED building so leave your baby at home you just need his papers and vet certificate 😺

Unfortunately they did not open despite no threat from hurricane Dorian The MIA airport is open all USDA government offices are open except the USDA vet center. Dont travel today as they are not open

This place charges service dogs for a service that should be free under federal law because this animal performs a medical function and thus a special accommodation for a disabled person. This is the first office that I have visited in numerous states in the United States that has charged for such service.

The guys at the USDA were nice and helpful. The location isn't hard to find, but consult the map to be sure how to get there, cause it can get a bit tricky.
