This Core 3 Health is a critical addition to my already ongoing Isotonix daily regimen. I take 3 caps Isotonix OPC3 with the Isotonix Anti-aging as soon as I wake up in the morning. Prior to lunch I take 4 x NAD gel, mentally I feel good taking this product knowing the many great benefits & one of them is that NAD can help combat the cellular aging process - who doesn’t want that? I feel great & full of energy. Then in the evening I take 2 caps of Isotonix Magnesium before going to bed. Such a versatile cleaning product. … The SNAP dishwashing crystals is excellent for cleaning stains out of coffeepots… I also used in my portable compost bucket that was badly stained and encrusted. I filled with water and a tablespoon of SNAP dishwashing crystals, let it set for 30 minutes and the stains and crust wiped away. Also left a clean fragrance. I have used in washing machine to brighten whites too and in toilet bowl to prevent and remove stains from our iron rich water. . I love the minimalism of one product that does so many things.
