The guys that work here are the nicest people I have encountered in a while. They have a great selection of different corals and fish both fresh and salt water. When they tested the water for our salt water fish tank they were very precise and detailed and explained everything to the tea.

Awesome store. Has a great selection of corals and the customer service and prices can’t be beat. Super friendly owner who doesn’t mind sharing his knowledge of reef keeping. Many of the fish stores in miami just want to sell you something and move onto the next customer. Raymond is great at building relationships and is invested in the success of your tank. I traveled 14 miles.., called around to find only one shop with live stock to feed my seahorse. After meeting them I stayed for almost an hour. Knowledgeable, and pleasant. They didn't rush, or seem to be preoccupied much. I left ecstatic with sound advice. I have several shops in my vicinity and glad I found Reeftop. ☺️

My daughter and I checked out the store for the first time and we were very impressed. Derek was extremely helpful and friendly. Their prices were great and he had a large selection of beautiful, healthy corals. We only intended to pick up a starfish to help with our sand maintenance, but also walked out with a small colony of zoanthids because they looked very healthy and he gave me a great price. We will definitely be back for more.

Store looked messy.Fishes are full of ich. Staff didnt even care I was there. Taller man , Who was in the front desk didnt even acknowledge me. It did not give me the best confidence but I am willing to support a local store. The stores prices are super expensive in comparison to the rest of local fish stores in the area , no prices written down anywhere. The corals they have arent aquacultured, so they charge an arm and leg for corals. The staff was not so knowledgeable. The corals are DYING! full of pests and aptasia. I bought some clean up crew and it was full of flat worms growing all over them. It took a me quite a long time to clear them out. Be very careful what you buy from them. I wouldnt recommend! Stay away.

I first visited Reeftop when they were in their old location and the store was in transition. I can say with full confidence that they are greatly established in their new location on US1. The guys that work there are knowledgeable and passionate. They have a sense of humor and it shows while they work. They LOVE the hobby and are very patient and willing to help. Recently stopped by to look at saltwater aquariums and ended up buying one. Part of the reason was because of the service I received. The guys a great, extremely knowledgeable and have great customer service. Unfortunately I forgot one of the guys name but he was great and Derek has been very helpful and patient with all my start up questions. Great variety of fish and coral. Prices are average to high. Customer service is unfriendly and not the best of knowledge. The much larger gentleman thinks he knows more than he actually does and won’t really accept anything you have to say because he thinks he right. They have a good amount of dry goods and crabs also. I only go here if I can’t find the fish I want from every store around me. This is a last resort kind of store. My gf who loves fish stores tells me to skip this one when we do our local fish store rounds.

Have bought some saltwater fish from there a couple of times and the fish always die within 2-3 days. My water parameters are perfect and fish that I buy from other aquarium stores are perfectly fine and healthy. Every time I’ve bought a fish from this store they haven’t lasted more than 3 days. The fish that are sold at reef top are sick and they don’t even offer refunds.

I’m literally sitting out in front and in shock after visiting their store. Was interested in a major live rock purchase but upon checking their fish I’m horrified-They have dead fish in many of the tanks, others have very obvious ich. The corals nor the fish have names or prices. Not to mention I walked the whole store twice- wasn’t till I was walking out that dude even acknowledged me.

Well I went to their shop and they said their fish were fine when a pearlscale was looking off a bit, but I decided to buy 3 saltwater fish from them because I was trusting them well I was wronggg. All the fish have died now because they were sick and the people said they were fine. They were ok only the first day then the rest was down hill. I tested my waters and everything and they were fine. All my other fish in the tank are perfectly healthy but there fish dropped like flys

I found this store by word of mouth from a friend, walked in, haven't gone to any other store since I started my new hobby. great service always, very knowledgeable employees there and very helpful. I don't go to any other store unless I'm really looking for something in specific that they don't have at the moment. Overall great place to buy from plenty of livestock and beautiful corals. Go see for yourself!

DO NOT BUY! SOLD ME DISEASED FISH! REFUSED REFUND! Purchased 3 fish, put them in a clean quarantine tank water parameters perfect. 48 hours later they showed all the symptoms of brooklynella and died. I brought the fish in, they confirmed it was brooklynella but refused to give me store credit or a refund. Manager was very rude! I understand no returns but if you sell a diseased fish you should replace it!

I am a President of an organization based on experiential learning and eco tours. I am also a marine biologist. This last week I visited Reef Top searching for some animals to be added to two of our marine ecological habitats we currently have in two of our specialty program schools. I went to the store and first of all, the customer service was oustanding. I was welcomed with a great smile and right away I was asked how they could help me. They took the time to answer in details all my questions. They also offer me to deliver the fish and corals to the school the next day in order to minimize the stress in the animals. Josh came to the school and WOW! He did an AMAZING JOB!!!! We have a group of 5 students from 5th grade dedicated to the care and maintenance of the tank. Josh involved them in the process of introducing the new fish, creating the new habitat and explaining the feeding process from now on. He was so dedicated to make the visit a true experiential learning opportunity. The students were so fascinated by his knowledge and dedication to his job. They asked so many questions and did not want to leave the classroom. Their faces were priceless! They were so excited about everything Josh will tell them. We are so thankful for this amazing experience. We will continue our business using this company from now on. We love passionate people that use their day to day job to impact our community.
