I have use RFM for almost 2 years now and have very good service and high quality products. Surprisingly, the last few orders of rabbit, bison, pork and beef lung have been arriving especially fatty and this last order today was the worst it’s been. It’s to the point that I am needing to cut off or discard quite a bit of product in order to have something good to feed. It’s surprising to me. I know these are domestically fed animals, so it’s never going to be meat as lean as wild prey, but I’m not sure why the meat is getting more fatty than in the past? It’s still a high quality product with excellent serve, but the fat is becoming a challenge. Thanks.

For 3 years I've had exceptional service and products from RFM. The food is NEVER spoiled/melted; it is always fresh and of highest quality. Huge variety of foods, which is why this has become our 1-stop shop for dog food! Val is super responsive and friendly. Every delivery driver I've interacted with is awesome and has a big smile on their face. Truly amazing management and a business that all others should emulate in terms of operations/communication. I don't know what they're doing internally, but they are doing it right.

I have been ordering from RFM for nearly 4 years for my cats with stomach issues and I have had nothing but an stress-free, delightful experience with their service and their products. Some here have complained about the cost, but when I factor in the cost of the meats and the shipping, it comes to $2 for me to feed two cats per day. That’s an amazing deal for feeding good clean food. There is nothing better than knowing exactly what your pets are eating, with hormone and antibiotic free meat, rather than the mystery meat you get from canned food. I use EZ Complete with the meats and my cats have beautiful, shiny coats and good energy for 14 year olds. Highly, highly recommended!

The shipping was a nightmare and the food arrived late and half thawed. Thankfully I was able to salvage it. The meat is big chunks and my kitten had a hard time eating it. All 5 of my other cats stuck their nose up at all the flavors I purchased which is weird because they eat other raw brands just fine. I got duck, beef, chicken, beef with tripe, kangaroo, and turkey. I am having to mix in this food with the old raw they like just so it doesn't go to waste. Sadly I won't order from here again.

Absolutely amazing company, I live in TN and all of my products arrived still frozenand they also seperated the cold stuff from freeze dried stuff I had ordered so they wouldn't get wet if it had dethawed. The products are fresh and well handled and my dog loves them. They have good amounts for the price also, would recommend this company to anyone trying to Raw feed or just to get extra healthier treats for there dogs or cats

Best decision to make for your dog, for their overall health & wellness!I was SO HAPPY when I found Raw Feeding Miami! I was looking for a food service that was 100% raw food for my female red nose pit-bull who is highly prone to allergies and ear infections. It is important to me that the ingredients be true to the species specific diet and without antibiotics or added hormones or anything that is processed. Since making the switch to RFM, the difference in her overall health, skin, coat, teeth, energy, allergies, hot spots, & ear infections was/is 100% improved. I love this company, the quality is #1, their staff is awesome! The advice provided by staff was crucial in figuring out what Nya ( my dog ) was allergic to and now have her on a diet she can thrive on.Delivery: Good packaging in box. Everything still frozen upon arrival.

I’ve been ordering my dogs food from here for almost two years. We feed him the pre made grinds with some Dr Harvey’s greens. I would be lost without RFM! Quality of meat doesn’t seem to always be quality . I’ve been ordering from here for about a year and have received items that have odd smells or weird debris/dirt on them. I’d more often that not have to clean off this odd material or even somewhat cook the meat before feeding it to my dog. I stopped using this company for the questionable conditions of the meat as well as their ridiculously high prices, shipping rates and long delays on shipping out and receiving orders that took sometimes over 3 weeks to receive. I would highly recommend northstar bison instead. Small business that produces their own meat, 3rd party verifications on production standards as well as it being intended for human consumption but also sell their organ meats for dogs. great prices for great quality and same day shipping, I always get my order in a few days of placing.

I live in Houston, TX and my kitties eat raw. While I feed them complete formula diets from my place of work, I feel like spoiling them with a little extra. I ordered chicken livers, rabbit kidneys and chicken gizzards for my first order as I searched the net and was intrigued by the selection offered. 3 days later it arrives at my place semi or totally thawed, perfect for quick prep! My little beasts hung over me like buzzards til I gave them some so I could prep in peace. They loved it! Now they are even more excited for meal time and run to the fridge to see what extra goodie they get with breakfast! The prices are very reasonable (shipping too). Feeding your dog a raw diet is serious. Raw Feeding Miami is by far the best company to purchase raw dog food from. It is literally processed to order and then they flash freeze it. Top quality products and freshest amongst any other company I’ve ever purchased from. This diet along with adding in an over easy egg, sweet potatoes, and sometimes brown rice for grains (good for heart health) kept my Lola alive much longer during her chemotherapy and once she went into remission. I fully wholeheartedly believe this diet is the best diet you could ever feed your dogs. It will keep them alive and healthy for manny many years. Stop hard food, it’s like feeding your dog high sugar and carb boxed cereal every meal.

My doggies are going on their second week of ever trying raw food diet and they are loving it!! I also love the fact that they don't go to the bathroom so many times as when they were on kibbles. I am very happy with the quality of the products that are sold at Raw Feeding Miami and also their Customer Service is excellent. If you are like me and sometimes struggle to source variety and organs other than liver this is a wonderful service. While my dog is no stranger to raw food and freeze dried treats, most of the products I purchased from Raw Feeding Miami gave my dog an upset stomach - especially - The New Zealand Natural Pet Co and freeze dried Lamb Hearts. The only exception was the freeze dried chicken. Just take care introducing new food to your dog.

Emails are always answered by the next day and any questions are welcomed, from questions about the products, to general raw feeding questions. I love this company! I usually pick up my order in Miami, but also have had my order shipped. My dog loves this food. She is an Australian Cattle Dog with bounds of energy. We go hiking every weekend for up to 8 miles and regular activity during the week. She never tires. Her coat is amazing. I do add a raw egg everyday to her feeding but that's it. This food takes care of her and quality product. The packaging is great and the convenience is wonderful.
