I knew nothing about feeding raw before coming here. Karen was and continues to be SOOO helpful with the entire transition. She’s super knowledgeable on how and what to feed and my dogs health has improved dramatically in just one month. My Maltese’s 6 year or longer of allergies are almost gone!! Not only am I saving money every month by feeding raw, but I feel confident that they’re getting a balanced and extremely healthy meal every day. I don’t think this would have been possible without Karen helping me every step of the way. This location is the most convenient to me as it’s on my way home and not out of the way, but there’s also delivery so if I ever needed the service I have that option as well! The store is always clean and they have a wide variety of products available, and If they don’t have what you need they can always order it for you. It’s nice to have a food store where you can go and feel a personal connection with the employees, not feel like just another dollar. If you’re on the fence or curious about feeding raw, just do it!

I switched my Golden retriever to Fromm in 2018 but have always had trouble finding the brand in commercial stores. I always had to order it on Amazon and always got nervous it wouldn’t arrive on time or they’d send me the wrong type. Thanks to raw and kibble I don’t really worry about this anymore, if my dog suddenly runs out of food raw and kibble always has his brand in stock so I don’t have to panic. I’m so happy a specialty store like this has come to the Palmetto Bay/Cutler Bay Area, their supplements and raw food are not the kind of low quality things you find in a commercial pet supply store and I hope they stay in PB for a long time 🤞🏼
