Great puppies! The owner nailed it with the perfect puppy that we have been looking for a while. We looked everywhere but no other company could provide us with the perfect puppy. When I came here the service was really nice and the people who worked there were extremely helpful while helping me find a dog to adopt. They helped me find my puppy who was 2 months old at the time. Extremely nice people and they do a lot of extra precautions before selling you the dog to make sure your puppy is in perfect condition.

I bought my puppy here and I loved the price compared to other puppy stores in the area that were asking $1000+... ouch! My new puppy is beautiful and healthy the only thing is that she had parasites (not a big deal, very common) but I took the puppy to the vet which the visit was covered by the puppy store, the puppy came with the first set of shots, and you have 90 days to return the puppy if there is something wrong with her/him. And the people were super nice and very sweet with my son, the rest of the puppies were very cute and looked healthy, we actually played with all of them lol I recommend this place

Don’t let the not so fancy looks of the place deceive you, the puppies are all really cute, the prices are great & the dogs are healthy. The staff was friendly & gave us honest advice when it came to finding a dog! Ended up purchasing a blue tick beagle. We were recommended by a family member who also purchased a beautiful healthy pup from them.

*If you have had issues here also report this business or owners to BBB -Better Business Bureau** My original review below is over 5 years old.They tried to falsify information about my dogs DOB squeezing a 3 I front of a 1 on the birth records saying she was born 12-31-13 instead of 12-1-13. When it was clear they had received the fax 12-12-13, before she was even born? They also did not keep up with vaccinations and she had worms when I bought her. I went back a few days later to get the correct paper work because they said it was switched with another dogs and one of the owners tried to snatch the papers I had away from me when I questioned them. I called the police and with no luck I turned to Animal Services. She was sent to court and only received fines. I met someone shortly after buying my dog that said they stopped doing business with this person because they purchase dogs from puppymills. The owner, her husband and son change the name and ownership to avoid bad publicity. I'm shocked they're still in business. My dog has had immune disorders her whole life and is now suffering from mast cell tumors at only five. If there was an option to give ZERO stars I would.

Got 2 puppies from here and honestly can’t tell you how inlove I am with both puppies! The owner and staff are amazing, they let you play with the puppies with no obligation and give you the best price. They also inform you all about the puppy your interested in and work with your situation. Highly recommend!!

The pictures are misleading. The place looks dirty and dogs look depressed.Only about 8 or so dogs and each one individually enclosed in a small cage. Overpriced. The owners don't even allow you to touch the pets. Let alone have them lick you.How can you take home a dog you can't even get to know??Not worth the time or trouble. Better off going elsewhere. You'll probably get a happier and healthier dog at a lower cost elsewhere.

After reading some of the reviews I am thankful that my dog is well. We purchased a puppy from there in Dec 2016. I was given a good price and the staff treated me and my boys great. Unlike other pet stores in the area, they let my boys touch/play with all the dogs. Yes the place smelled like dog poop but sometimes you really can not help that. For the most part, the place was clean and maintained well. I was not asked to hurry up, was not asked to keep my kids away from the cages. I purchased a Shiba Inu and took her to the vet for the free pet visit to make sure all was good. It will be a year that I purchased our dog and all is well. Thank you Puppy Place.

We bought our teacup yorkie in september of this year and we are very happy with our puppy. I was a little skeptical at first because of all the bad reviews that this pet shop had but I had a pretty good experience myself. This is the only place that had a reasonable price for a teacup yorkie and she has turned out to be a great puppy very healthy and energetic.

I bought a maltese in that pet shop and I loved the deal, the store very clean, they treat the puppies very well. I went to the vet for his checkup that is courtesy of the store. I recommend it extensively on your next purchase, give you a year warranty,

Went in looking for a puppy and left in disgust. The stench is unbearable the puppies are in crates with no water or toys. Nothing but empty crates not even newspaper. This is so sad. Why does Miami Dade county allow this store to be operating ? These poor puppies are in very sad state.

My dog was drugged by them. I thought he was just tired from being played with, but for 2 days he would hardly move. After the 2 days, he was a completely different dog. They also fed an 8 month old poodle 2 cups in the morning and 2 cups in the evening. The dog was miserable from being over fed. So far so good on his health but its only been 2 days.

I purchased a Chocolate Labrador from this store on 12/12/2016 for a price tag of $850.00 as a graduation gift for my girlfriend. I was promised an all included vet care for a period of 1 month. !!!THEY LIED!!! I am very disappointed that Miami Dade County has not yet shut this puppy mill down. The environment the dogs are kept in is terrible to say the least. Expect to be introduced to the smell of poop, piss, and a slight smell of parvo as soon as you walk in the door. The personnel they have working at this store are absolutely inexperienced. I had many unanswered questions and many doubts in what they where telling me. !!!EXTREMELY UNPROFFESIONAL!!! My chocolate lab showed signs of Kennel Cough within 1 hour of having him home. My chocolate lab then showed signs of parvo within 4 hours of having him home. When I called the Westwood Veterinary Clinic to make an appointment for my choc lab. Which by the way was the veterinary promised to me by Puppy Place USA. they explained to me that they needed to run two test on my chocolate lab that are not covered by Puppy Place USA. (Test: parvo and giardia) I have some experience with animals as I use to work for a county shelter for 2+ years. These two tests are very basic, and for them not to cover it is absolutely ridiculous. I am very disappointed in Puppy Place USA. I have been robbed of my money and have been lied to. One thing I can promise Puppy Place USA is that I will use all my time and effort not only to have you shut down by Miami Dade County, but also have your license revoked.PS If there is one thing you need to know about me is that I keep my promises.

The place smells bad and the puppies all have colds. The owner insisted they didn’t, but they ‘just so that’ (sneeze). Paying over $2000 for a sick puppy and no vet provisions didn’t work for us.

OMG This made me crying place smells horrible nothing like the picture dogs looks super depressed and if they were drugged or something there was a Shiba inu that looked super unhealthy thin, you would talk to it and it wouldn’t even giggle it tail. A Schnauzer that looked super depressed and drugged or something. I have never seen a puppy store more nasty, depressed, and worst I have never seen puppies so miserable in my life. This place should be closed.

I purchased my Yorkie here in September due to my Yorkie boy pass while I was here in Miami. The owner so sweet she really helped me over the phone but when I Arrived at her location her staff was amazing and treated me the same way advise anyone that’s in town looking for a small pet to shop at this location first

Bought 2 puppies from puppy place not such a fancy place but excellent price and quality went to every store in Miami and there prices were almost twice as much if u want a nice affordable puppy this is the place to go
