My experience with this puppy mill was beyond disappointing; it was downright heartbreaking. We purchased a puppy full of hope and excitement, only to be met with sorrow and loss. Each dog we brought home fell ill with parvo, a preventable disease, and despite our efforts and veterinary care, they tragically passed away. The callousness of the mill's response was equally shocking. They callously refused any responsibility or refund, showing a complete lack of compassion or concern for the lives they sell. It's a stark reminder of the dark realities of puppy mills and their disregard for animal welfare. Avoid this place at all costs; the emotional and financial toll is simply not worth it. I really wish i had read the reviews beforehand. Please take my advice.

Horrible place STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. I had 2 dogs that I bought from this place die. they sold me sick dogs and refused to give me a refund. And if you scroll down and see other reviews you’ll see I’m not the only one. They don’t care about the dogs health, only about making money.

It’s a lot of negative comments on here but for me and my husband we had a very good experience, with great customer service. I can’t remember the young man name but he was very nice. Brought a cute sweet puppy . The place was very clean and didn’t have a bad smell like most places, I’ve experienced in the past. Thank you so much

So sad, I confirmed that they do not take the puppies out to run or get fresh air and they remain in their cages until adopted :( some have been there for a YEAR. Every puppy was so sad and you could tell they were so scared and miserable. Shouldn’t be legal.

I had an amazing experience at Puppies Secret. I went there a couple of times and their service was outstanding, the place was very clean, puppies were happy and playful the answers all the questions I had. I was looking for a red poodle and they had the most beautiful one. Its been two weeks already and he is great and super healthy. Puppies are beautiful, it smells so.bad, anyone that can stand the smell doesn't know what sick dogs smell like, smell like dog parasites, please don't purchase from them. Those dogs are beautiful but have been there for months. Every time I go to the vet next door the dogs are just there... very sad.. if you have the money to save these dogs do but don't loose your hard earn cash there...

Literally awful place. The poor dogs had no space, no toys, no enrichment at all. Their water was in dispensers better suited for a hamster than for a dog. The store itself stunk of urine. Dogs shared small enclosures, and even the bigger dogs in their own enclosures had hardly any space to move. I’d give this place zero stars if I could. Had a genuinely terrible experience, and I full heartedly believe it should be shut down. A lot of the puppies looked sick, and I left feeling sad and helpless after seeing the horrible conditions in which those poor babies have to live in.

This is a great pet shop! They have a good variety of pups to choose from and their prices can’t be beat. Our family has purchased five pups from them and we couldn’t be happier. They guarantee the pups they sell and if your pup has a problem they’ll make it right. The owner’s and employees are honest people. I will continue to do business with them and recommend them to friends and family.

The service provided at this place was outstanding. The man took the time to patiently explain everything without a bit of rush and we left with a beautiful beagle. The place was very clean, and all the puppies looked healthy and happy. Price was good as well compared to other places we went.If you are looking to get puppy, I highly recommend you to visit this place.

We bought this puppy here we were in love with him in just 4 days seriously we loved him like a child, 4 days after we got him the pup started having diarrheas and vomit took him to the vet and he has parvo virus he died four days after. For me this was my first time buying from a petshop and my experience was horrible those days that he was at the vet they didnt allow us to see him i begged them i am almost sure that if he would have seen us he would have probably made it. I called to check on him many times a day probably 5 or 6 times those days were horrible and agonizing for the pup and for us. On Monday the puppy died and we were devastated. I personally bought two dogs in the past directly from a breeder and none of those two doggies have ever had any problwms or gotten sick. So then I realize is bc the difference of buying from a breeder and a petshop is thta a good breeder care about its dog a petshop only cares about making money. And the reason I say this is because that puppy when we got him wasnt playing like his sister was he looked depressed wouldnt you think something is wrong with this dog lets check him up and see what is going on, oh no but wait I forgot is not about the puppies anymore is about selling them is about making thousands of dollars. Never again would I buy from a petshop and if so it would only be petland.

I forgot I never left a review for these SCAM ARTISTS!! You will 100% be taken advantage of when you walk in here. The ONLY reason I proceeded to follow thru w the transaction to get my puppy was because the poor baby was visibly ILL!! I was lied to and deceived before I even stepped foot in the door- I was told on Craigslist days prior that I was going to see an entire litter that needed homes and was told I was going to a home to see them… so I arrive at this horrible smelling pet store to only 1 dog out of the litter I was told I would see. The dog couldn’t stop coughing she sounded like a human baby with pneumonia- I felt like it was literally my obligation to SAVE this poor dog. She ended up having pretty bad kennel cough. It took awhile for her to get better and upon taking her home I was so worried she wouldn’t even live. She lived in my arms for days, no playing no walking around or anything! It was horrifying. The man I dealt with (who isn’t a real doctor) Dr. Jay- was so stupid and lacked so much basic knowledge. It’s bittersweet because my vet said I saved my baby girls life at the perfect time before it was too late… but it’s sad this place still got my money. Absolute scammers. Horrible environment. Liars. Overall idiots. I feel disgusted for the dogs that suffer under their lack of care.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ended up adopting a dog that was brought from this store, the dog ended up at a rescue. Why would anyone buy a dog from a store? Psychologically the dog has issues. It was in the store for 6 months because her ears didn't fold as they should (per breed). If you really want a pure breed dog find yourself a reputable breeder. Do your research. These dogs all come from puppy mills and their parents are most likely sick in cages. There are many pure breed puppies at rescues, just take your time and choose the right one. Adopt don't shop. And if you shop find someone that does DNA testing and does it for the love of the breed and not the money.

This store needs to be shut down! The puppies there are severely abused! The entire store smelled awful. And they put the puppies on shredded papers!?!? For god sake, get them some hay if you can't afford cushions!! And I can't even imagine what they would do to the puppies that are not sold and are too grown....To The person who's profiting from this business: You're a disgusting human being. Shame on you!

I highly recommend everyone to come and get their new adorable puppies from here! The owners are very nice and well knowledgeable with each dog they have in their store. I purchased a beautiful, playful and energetic miniature schnauzer. They do care for their puppies with love and you can tell they genuinely care for them. This pet store is also very affordable and clean!! Come get your beautiful puppy here, you wont regret it!!!!

Amazing experience the staff was very welcoming. We got a little girl Yorkie and we named her Roxy. The attention and different things they offered to you to get comfortable were amazing. They have many types of dogs there. We are happy with our dog and we might come back later to get another pup. Come visit because it is totally worth it.

We purchased our sweet golden doodle, Claudia, last week. This place was our last stop for the day when we were looking and they had the biggest and best selection out of all the places that we looked. We fell in love with our 3.5 month-old doodle and the process was very fast and easy. The women who helped us was very quick, to the point, and spoke to the owner and they worked with us on pricing. They told us that she had all of her shots except for rabies (too young), microchip, offer a free visit to a local vet to have the dog checked out (you have 3 days to make the appointment) just to be cautious and because some of the reviews we decided to take her to our own vet (and pay) to make sure that she is healthy. I'm happy to report that she is healthy and her vaccination records checked out and we couldn't be happier with our sweet girl!

Was sold unhealthy puppy. Bought a puppy from there and took advantage of the free vet visit offered from the store and went the following day. Once at the vet we found out the puppy had a heart condition only at 5 months after making it seem the puppy is overall “healthy”. Do not recommend.

They day my wife and I started visiting puppies stores to find our dream dog, we visited like 3 other places but when we arrived to Puppies Secret we felt like home. The store is huge and has a lot of variety of dogs you can choose from, also the young lady that helped us out "Kayla" she was very professional, sweet and helpful during the entire process. Also, one important thing, after visiting other places I noticed that this place has decent prices compared to other stores. We are very happy with our new puppy, thank you Puppies Secret.

We bought a puppy last Saturday and when we were at the store with the puppy she already had a cough and was sneezing. The lady at the store told us that it was nothing. The following day the puppy was coughing green flema and had trouble breathing. We got super scared and took her to the nearest vet even tough it was not the one covered by the store given that that one was 40 min away and it was an urgency. When we asked the store to cover all the vet expenses they did not agree given that it was not their recommended vet. The puppy clearly was sick from the store. I don't recommend this store as they are not responsible of how they take care of puppies.

This place gave me my best friend! I've always been an adopt don't shop kinda person or buy from a reputable breeder. I came in to this place because I was having a bad day after work and wanted to play with some puppies and this was the closest to my job. Wasn't intending on buying anything because I lived in an apartment at the time but then I saw the cutest golden retriever pup that looked straight out of Air Buddies who gave me the most human-like gaze and tilted his little head so I asked to play with him. He kept biting my ID card, pulling it and letting it retract and was the smartest most playful pup I'd ever seen. Then he ended up exploding poop all over the pen from all the excitement and it was hilarious how grossed out he was by it and would lift his paws not to step in it, he was full of love and personality. I just knew I had to take him home with me. He was the easiest puppy I've ever had, potty trained in 3 days and never chewed or destroyed anything. 3 years later Kai is my best friend, he has always been smart, goofy, happy and healthy and I seriously could not have asked for a better dog. It's been almost 4 years but yet I will never forget that day. The vet they are partnered with (Miami Welfare) for the free visit is amazing and I ended up sticking with them, they love my pup as their own and treat us like family. The people at Puppies Secret were knowledgeable and you can tell they care about their pups, cages were clean and the pups are the happiest I've seen at any pet store. People need to understand that puppies are always a gamble because they are very fragile, especially tcup and short nosed breeds which seem to be the bulk of the health complaints on here. Before a pup receives their vaccines at 4 months they are susceptible to parvo and all sorts of other diseases and some just don't make it because. It's unfortunate but it says nothing about the care and quality of this store because the MAJORITY of their puppies are happy and healthy. I am moving out of the state but when it's time for my next pup I will fly back down here to Puppies Secret, thank you for giving me my best friend.

Sold me a very sick poodle puppy. The veterinarian next door told us we barely got the puppy there in time before she would’ve succumb to her parvo, coupled with a myriad of infections. Where upon I was informed by my vet that this store constantly does that. They sell sick dogs, then refuse to pay any vet bills or compensation. Their only recompense is “if the dog dies, we’ll give you another one”. I’m not sure that’s how I would like to have my furry friends treated. As if they’re expendable for monitory gains. If you go next door to the vets office, they’ll gladly put you in contact with reputable breeders that get their puppies checked out there. & for very reasonable prices. Don’t make the same mistake I did. I spent upwards of $2k in vet bills (with the vet cutting breaks everywhere she could).

Bought my puppy here for $3,800 plus tax. After spending over $4,000 I’ve already spent over $1,000 in less than 3 weeks on vet bills and have to take her back this week. She was sick with hookworms and the vet that they require you to take the puppies did not detect this problem. Wasn’t until I took my puppy to another vet after being seriously ill that I found out what was wrong with her.

I was bery skeptical about buying a dog from a store to begin with but after going through countless private breeders i decided i was going to browse some stores. The moment i walked into this store i felt like the puppies were the healthiest! They were all alert and playful and cages were clean! Kayla was wonderful! She did make sure we had all the info before taking the ouppy out to minimize possible contact with viruses and made us take off out shoes and disinfect our hands. We left to look at other options but with no luck returned a second time, same thing with every customer! And the puppies are not allowed out while they are eating! Cages are clean and puppies are playful. I took home an english creme golden retriever yesterday and she is an incredible well rounded and sure dog! She is eating and playing wonderfully and taking to the house and people amaizing! Definetly had wonderful socialization! And is acting super healthy! I plan on taking her to the vet this coming week both to the one they gave me a free visit too and my own! But so far she is perfect. Very healthy puppy as well! My chunky monkey! 💓 100% recomend!

We recently purchased a puppy from Puppy secret that we had been thinking about getting for over a month. We took our new puppy home and within a day realized she had very serious cough. We took her to the vet that was directed by puppy secret . We had to wait 3 days later due to no sooner appointments were available. After the examination she’s was found to have dirty ears and a very bad couph. She was given medicine which was covered but still we were sold a sick dog. Come to find out that the reviews from this place were very bad after the fact. Do not purchase a puppy from this place.
