I am pleased to share a five star review for puppies direct! I recommend anyone buying their dog from this store.I was a little hesitant about buying from a pet store, but that was quickly resolved after meeting the team and hearing how knowledgeable and caring they are about their business and the dogs. The team is extremely caring and knowledgeable, my dog Azzurro came home at three months old and was already sitting and potty trained. the team of puppies direct provided tremendous value and does their homework on the breeders that they buy from. I’ve taken the dog for his shots, and all the vets have commended how great a dog he is.

When I walked in the shop with my wife, I told her, we were just going to look around and keep our options open, to check other puppies at other places. No need, after just 2 minutes, I was the one to completely fall in love and if it wasn't for my wife, who stopped me, I would have left not with one but with 2 dogs. Now we have a beautiful mini Goldendoodle, she is the new member of the Family and we are all completely in love with her. Thank you so much to the girls at Puppies Direct for your patience and for being so passionate, your love for these little doggies and what you do really shows. The Process to go home with our new little puppy was a great experience, all thanks to them! Asnew puppy owners, we had a lot of questions and concerns that quickly went away with your help. Great place! The staff is very friendly, clean most importantly. Maricarla helped us she was amazing. Explained the process to us slowly. Told us tip and tricks for when we take the puppy home.

I got my mini whoodle from this place 10 days ago and you can tell this place takes amazing care of the puppies and informs the new owners super well. The owner was the one who helped us and he takes time to train the puppies while they are with him. Very impressed with this shop; my puppy is so well behaved and at 3 months is already potty trained and listens super well. You can tell he was loved while waiting for a new owner.

Visited puppies direct for the first time in October.. Got my baby Dachshund about 2 weeks ago and she has been THE BEST puppy ever. She is the sweetest most loving healthy and most cuddly baby ever!! The girls at puppies direct were so nice and so helpful and overall it was just such a fun experience. Thank you guys so much.

The first time I went, I saw all the puppies and all of them were so cute!! There was a worker called lizt and she treated me very nicely. I love this place and I'll definitely get a puppy when I come back.

The experience at this place was amazing! There was really good attention towards the clients also place was clean. When you walk in you can feel its a welcoming environment, not just that but animals are well taken care of. Ana was in charge of my visit and she was really good.

I've come here many times with my girlfriend and the girls are always so helpful, especially Maricarla. I know where I'll be getting my first puppy once me and my girl are ready. Puppies Direct is the cleanest and best puppy store in MIAMI

Puppies Direct may be a small business, but they are amazing!! The dogs are always clean and very sociable. They give you lots of info about any dog you thinking of getting. Especially Maricarla. She is always nice, polite and helps in every way that you need and does not pressure you, but let's you take your time and play with the puppies. And that is amazing since I love dogs and would play with them 24/7.

My husband and I recently had the conversation of adopting a pup the week before our visit. We are from Orlando, and we were in Miami for just a weekend. We thought we can just visit some puppy stores to see what we would be interested in. To our surprise, we had visited Puppies direct just out of curiosity, and ended up leaving with our furry chocolate boy, Shiloh, the same day! He was everything we could have ever wanted! Puppies Direct made the process so easy. The manager was so patient and kind, and took his time to teach us all about Shiloh and his needs, since we are first time puppy parents. All of the dog caretakers were truly amazing and were great with the pups. They are all so taken care of. The puppies are turf trained in the shop, which makes potty training very easy! I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect timing and location. If you are looking for a Small to medium dog and even hypoallergenic dogs, look no further! My husband and I are so thankful we found our Shiloh. 🏽

I bought my cockapoo Maïa here and I have to say she is the sweetest most loving baby girl. The service was really good and they covered the first veterinary visit if you go to their recommended veterinary where they will run multiple tests on your puppy to make sure it’s healthy .

The staff at Puppies Direct is extremely welcoming, and very considerate to what you’re looking for and how you can make the purchase. Our puppy is potty trained and is absolutely sweet !!! TLDR: Clean, healthy puppies, friendly, and supportive. Highly recommend!First impression as soon as you walk in, you’ll notice how neat, tidy, and clean everything is. You’ll also be greeted by Jorge, the owner, or his wonderful staff. They were very knowledgeable when it came to the puppies’ physical and mental health. They do a great job conditioning the puppies for their new home. This includes potty and crate training, desensitizing their ears, mouth, and paws. I am very impressed on how well behaved my new pup is! I feel very lucky and fortunate to have met Jorge and his staff and was able to add such a wonderful addition to my family!I also appreciate the puppy package, it makes getting the essentials much less stressful. The shop also have a lot of partnerships with a local veterinary, groomer, trainer, and more.They support you long term. I returned once for a quick question and they were very knowledgeable and I left confident and at ease.Having gone to a few other shops in the area, this place is the winner! Great job guys!

I met my Ella Bella at this cute little gem of a store. From the moment you walk in you can tell its nothing like your usual pet shop where you want to adopt them all just to save them from the cramped up glass cages. These pups where playing in an open play pen and me and Ella were able to make a connection right away and I just knew she wanted to come home with me. They employees were all very friendly and let me spend as much time as I wanted playing with her in the prvate play rooms. Thankyou puppies direct for helping me find my forever friend!

Got this gorgeous little pup. He’s is so sweet and was very well taken care of. He was always so happy to see the staff and was playing, jumping around and wagging his little tail the whole time I was there. The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable and the owners are very open and honest. They truly have a passion for what they are doing and it shows in the beauty of the space and the staff that they have chosen. The space is very comfortable and the pups are able to play and interact with anyone that comes in. It’s not like any other place I’ve seen before, it’s way better! We got all records and history for our pup and got lots of insight for what to expect and how to make the transition smoother. The owners go above and beyond in staying connected with customers and anything that may come up after taking home your new puppy.

I went to buy my dog in October 16 and I had first asked for a tea cup Pomeranian and they told me one was coming in. Once I got there the puppy was a little big and I took my time to ask why and they told me he should weight more than 12lb because they were meant to stay small. It turns out the puppy is not full breed and he weights already 17lb and I was charged for a type of dog that’s not the one I wanted or asked for and it’s not original and it doesn’t have any of the standards of a Pomeranian.

First and foremost I want to give a special thanks to forever love puppies in Pembroke pines for helping me purchase my first dog. They were super professional, patient and nice & willing to assist. But let’s get straight to it. I have called this location about 2-3 times a day asking questions before driving a whole hour & 7mins from Coral Springs to this location for a puppy. I’ve been told nothing but LIES!! Ive asked many questions to avoid having any issues when trying to purchase my puppy. The two girls there you can tell were super young and didn’t know much. I’ve done the easy pay process over about 3x and experienced an error each time. We asked for the pricing on the pups & was ignored about 3x. I called in today to make a complaint about my experience overall and the manager I spoke with (Maricarla ) already had an attitude on the phone from the beginning! She did not sound sincere or genuine about the experience I had at her store. Just a very nasty individual overall. I’ll be sure to share my experience on TikTok & other platforms because I will be heard for sure. Hire better staff or train them properly. There’s just no way the owner of this store said yes “this is the team I need running my business” …. A joke!

The girls at these place are great! I went with my grandson because he had to fix his phone next door. While we waited we went to check out some puppies which were right next door.. This young lady, dark hair I think her name was Maricarla or Carla not sure but she was great. Explained the steps and what we needed to get if we took one of the puppies home. Let us interact with the puppies. Definitely recommend going there. Oh and the phone repair store right next door is great too. Great places to check out in this plaza!

Victoria is the best at selling dogs omg when we came into the store my dad DID NOT want to buy a dog and I just went for fun but there is just something different about victoria she was able to convince my dad and we left with a dog I feel like Victoria is a worker that is happy to do her job and is an AMAZING seller look at this gem she helped give a forever home 💗💗

The best puppy shop I've ever been to. Best puppy I've ever brought home. Staff is very knowable on all the dogs. My puppy came with all the paper work. I can see where she came from and every generation that came before her. All her shots are up to date and they have great vets. 10 out of 10 highly recommend
