It is sad to see the decline of a once good supermarket. The people on the deli section have no idea on how to make the sandwiches, quite often they don't understand the order. They gave me the wrong special, I had to say 3 time that I was ok with the one they were making, and still they kept asking. I just walked out of there to never return.

It's an older Publix. The doors are narrow, and the carts are wide. Going through the doors is risky when someone else comes through the other direction.Other than that, the staff was super nice!My blueberries opened just as I walked out. I turned around and told an older female staff member who said I could get another, and she proceeded to go clean it up...I picked out another container and went to the desk where 2 youngsters were yakking away, ignoring my presence. Finally, one turns and half-heartedly asks if she may help me...I turned and walked out, spied the older woman still sweeping up blueberries, and handed her the container with an appreciative "thank you"Children need to be trained in courtesy and customer service...I had a similar experience at a Burger King on Biscayne and 125th...Young adults need to be reminded to respect their elders! Heck, we all should be vitreous courteous to each other, regardless!...

This Store has favorites not consistent poor service associate by the name ofGiGi has been very rude but since that Interaction I’ve been coming back and noticed how she has Dedicated our service to customers I’m very pleased to see that in my community this is my store. I love coming to shop here. I’ve also noticed in associate by the name of Bonnie standing in the line I’ve seen Bonnie proactively help five Shoppers in a span of eight minutes. She’s doing a great job. And should be recognized for her with customers. I’ve also noticed other associates coming to her for advice, which is a great thing. Keep up the good work, Bonnie.

Harold is an inspiration to his team … leading by example kind of leader…offering assistance to his customers and without hesitation helping his customers to downsize packages to my need…as he worked his way around, few times he asked his team member if they were doing OK … it was a real pleasure talking to him…hope everyone would be as nice and kind as he is!!!Publix you have an asset on him!

Thanks and keep up great job !On a separate note.Please use real butchers to cut meat, no stocking crew.Steak is pricey so please sell a nice EAVEN piece of steak to make a worthy dinner.See how one is thick to thin and other one is thick with thin center. Worst case of art of butchering.NOT: BEWARE OF NASTY ATTITUDE LADY IN BAKERY. SHE SHOULDN'T BE IN FRONT BUT WAY BACK IN WAREHOUSE AWAY FROM PUBLIC.

The deli/prepared foods/sub station is a disaster.Employees are hard to find, bread is almost always gone, there is clearly no organization behind the counter, and no one taking any responsibility.Online orders being prepared at the same time as in person orders slows down the processes even more. Be ready to wait 15-20 minutes for a pub sub.Deli does not use the ticket numbers. They are an absolute joke.

Worst customer service ever. From Danielle from "Customer service" & the manager. Wanted to do a simple return, I used Samsung Pay to pay for my groceries & also for the refund, however Danielle is so smart that, she asks why is the card number different than what is on the receipt. I tired to explain to her that my card # Is not on the receipt. The receipt shows the ACCT # from the bank. So she uses a very disrespectful tone & sarcasm in front of the manager because they know they are both wrong. Sure enough I got the refund but to another card for the simple fact that the TAP MACHINE read another card for the refund before I was able to pull up the original card used. Which drew more concern to them, but I also explained that either way, their all my cards because you need to verify with the bank in order to add any debit/credit cards to Samsung Pay, Google pay, Apple pay etc.Danielle needs to be trained on how to properly service customers & how to properly talk to customers with out using sarcasm & accept when she's wrong.Where shopping is a pleasure? Not there.

Latitia, the assist customer service manager is awful. She denied me a refund because, “why would I buy something and not open it then want to return it”. She absolutely does not embody what Publix’ customer service guarantee embodies. Luckily, the STORE MANAGER came to the front and rectified the issue immediately. Better training is needed when putting these people in these types of positions if they don’t know the first thing about their own policy or customer service for someone who pays thousands of dollars to this corporation a month.

On August 28th 2023 my granddaughter and I went to a grooming daycare for her dog that is in the parking lot adjacent to Publix because he wasn't ready we went to Publix and I had to make some money orders. Upon exiting from the disability parking space and going to the stop sign there was a Publix worker standing there talking to someone. She kept on pushing the cart back and forth and I opened my window and asked her if she was leaving or staying. She commented to The Shopper she was with "do you see what I'm saying about those people" I'm Spanish in Italian and my granddaughter who was in the car happens to be half Chinese I'm going to assume by her looks that she was black. I've tried to deal with this with Michael the manager the DM who called me and never got back to me and now I've taken it to corporate level. I've never been treated like this at any Publix that I've been to I don't live in the area my granddaughter does and I go to the Publix in Dania Beach where I live. It was heart-wrenching to say the least that I came upon someone like that cuz I never have in my 63 years of life. I was hurt by the comment and my granddaughter asked me why she said that and to me it was just horrible. Inside or outside the store your responsible for your employees and what they say to other customers and how they feel. The behavior of this employee really saddens me. I'm going to boycott this Publix because of my family I have grandkids who are Asian my granddaughter is Chinese I'm Spanish and Italian and my husband was a Puerto Rican man so this is something that I cannot tolerate

Let me tell you guys with the service that my local North Miami Publix Supermarket give to me is really great,today i went over to Walgreens pharmacy in which I asked about the price to fill a certain prescription the price was $165 for it because insurance wouldn't pay for it anyhow,, but instead of paying that amount I thought we'll let me check out my local Publix Pharmacy to see there price difference for this same prescription.. Well I was greatly satisfied that Publix Pharmacy gave me a price for the prescription at $104.00 in which that woulda save me $61. But after being told by the pharmacy clerk about a publix pharmacy coupon well i had to take the clerk up on the offer and it came out to just $20 for my prescription im so happy with Publix great service and the price difference was amazing 🙂 I thank this North Miami Publix Pharmacy for giving me great service and my prescription for a reasonable price. Thankyou again store #1003. You guys are awesome!!!👌

This the worst Publix ever!!!! I’ve shopped here several times and each time I end up returning several expired items which a store associate unapologetically refund the expired items. Bakery as ruing my baby first birthday cake! I ordered vanilla cake and received red velvet the store associates carry on as if nothing happen. Customer service sucks and store manager is never available to take complaints. Stop leaving expired items for customers to buy!!!!!

I used to buy Cuban bread at Publix for 99 cents per loaf.During covid 19 this same loaf of Cuban bread went up to $3.10 per loaf.The price of flour went up by 5%. Why is a loaf of Cuban bread at Publix $2.10 now?I asked the manager of the store this question, she ignored me. I've been shopping at Publix for 45 years. I felt ignored by the store manager.Now, I buy Cuban bread at a small Cuban store for $ 1.25.During the supply chain debacle, Publix's price went up, but now that the supply chain debacle is gone, Publix prices remain unacceptably high.Now I do my supermarket shopping at Walmart, Winn Dixie, President, Tropical and small Latin stores.I enjoyed shopping at Publix, but now I shop around for reasonable prices.

Worst Publix lunch area in Florida.The store is fine for the most part, but the sandwich/lunch counters are the worst I’ve ever seen in a Publix.They are always short on stock of food items. There’s been days when they’re completely out of chicken, and other days when people have had to wait and extra 30 minutes or so just to order because they ran out of bread somehow.The lunch counter staff are also often very rude to customers and down right lazy. They will take unforgivably long just to acknowledge that you’re at the counter and even longer to prepare your order.

Very good shopping experience with a very helpful and good hearted staff. I like to send much appreciation to Lorraine at the sandwich station because she does the greatest Ultimate Sandwiches and has a very likeable personality. Her husband too at the produce section is the man of the hour!Also, the greatest employee doing the fried and oven roasted chickens is Mr. Selvin working at this location for 12 years!!!

I have always love Publix. I like the order ahead on subs. Although I may not always get it every time on time, but it's worth it. You get what you paid for just the way you order online. You should try the strawberry banana parfait. One of my favorite and worth the price as well.
