Dr Pou saved Nala’s life and forever we will be grateful. We had just rescued Nala from someone that didn’t not want her. We were told she had a little cold but it turned out she had pneumonia and was very very sick. If it had not being by dr Pou, Nala would not be the healthy puppy she is today.Dr Pou took care of her 4 days and made sure she would be healthy and survive all the health issues she had shown when exam her. He has a heart of gold towards the puppy and us.Thank you Dr Pou. God bless you and your staff abundantly.

We love Pou Veterinary Group - the team is like extended family. I have two small dogs who are always surprisingly happy to visit with each appointment due to the care in which they are treated - I have never seen anything like it in over 15 years of having pets. Dr Pou recommends treatment for my dogs as if they were his own and always advises his true beliefs. Favorite vet office of all time!!!!

I'm so glad I went to Pou Veterinary Group! I knew I picked the right place as soon as I was greeted by the receptionists. As a new customer I found the check-in process easy and efficient. The vet tech was very knowledgeable and treated my dog Marshmallow as if she was his own. Dr. Pou is a fantastic veterinarian! He answered all of my questions and took his time to explain everything they would be doing during the examination. I was very impressed with how high quality their equipment is and appreciated that they invited me to take a look at my dog's x-rays. The office has a convenient full pharmacy which means no running around to collect prescriptions after the visit. I purchased the senior dog package which covered the exam, provides discounts and includes a phone number which will allow me to ask questions or share concerns with the doctor any time, day or night. I am very happy with the service and look forward to going back for vaccinations, exams and grooming in the future.

My Toby has been going to Pou Vet group for many years. I first took Toby for an emergency, since he was attacked by a larger dog. Dr. Pou and his team acted quickly to save him and were so supportive. I decided to switch vets and stay with them since they treated me and Toby so great! They go above and beyond for their patients and treat them like family. Toby is always happy going into the office and that is what matters the most! Today reminded me of that when I took him in for booster vaccines.

Dr. Zuniga had been the one to look at my dog and he came out talked me through everything and was nice and understanding about everything!! Highly recommend!!

Just to start off with I am not someone to post reviews on Google, but I think this was worth sharing. I’m very upset with the service I received here. I adopted my cat last year late august and knew I should do a checkup to make sure he is all good. When I adopted him one the papers I received was a list of vets that were a zero charge for their first checkup and I decided on POU vet, since it was so close to were I live. For my first appointment I handed them the packet of my cats medical history that I received my the adoption center. The customer service was immaculate and I felt good and welcomed by staff and even the vet. They let me know that I needed a few vaccines one being the FeLV kitten series shots (which are a series of three separate shots). I was a bit confused at this since I could’ve sworn the packet I received when I adopted my cat mentioned he received these shots. And at the time he was also 11 months about to turn 1 year, but I figured I’m not a professional they must know more than I do. I pay for my cat to receive the first two kitten series shots and when I walk into my third appointment the vet comes to me and mentions that there was a mistake and my cat did NOT need these shots that he had already received them. They apologized to me and told me my cat should be fine, but they never mentioned any refund or even a credit for the first two shots that he already received. I am a very understanding person and understand that mistakes happen, but I just think it should’ve been handled a bit better since it was their fault my cat received two shots he shouldn’t have and I paid for both. I am very displeased by this situation that happened and don’t feel comfortable to take my cat back for his checkups.

On the surface this place seems amazing. Kind and caring staff, clean and great location but once the invoices start coming in, they charge astronomical fees for the most ridiculous things. They charge more than double what you would be paying at most other vets. Not to mention that the young staff did seem a bit inexperienced and could never give me a solid answer or even ball park answer as to what to expect for pricing. I was initially quoted about $500 for a spay for my 10lb healthy dog. When I arrived the day of the consultation, I paid over $300 for pre-op labs and was told they were only good for 2 weeks (A LIE! They are good for 3 months.) In order to save my surgery spot on the schedule I would have to pay an additional $100 apart from the actual spay. The treatment plan for the spay was over $1000!!. They try to pressure you into making quick (and expensive) decisions at this location. When I went to my new vet and showed them my quotes from POU Vet they were in utter disbelief and it was paraded around the office as a ROBBERY. If you're reading this, please save your time and money. If they were really interested in the health of your pet, they would NOT be taking advantage of the pet owners the way that they do. RUN!!-An honorable mention is that they do not allow their guests to use their restroom. They have you go into the smoothie spot next door where the staff is fed up with the constant "I'm just here for the restroom."

I am very grateful and impressed with Vet Pou. My furbaby had an alopecia for months, I went to many specialized sites and spent a lot of money (consultations spends 100 dollars) and nobody gave results. One Saturday I happened to come to that clinic looking to run my furbaby's nails, so in Pet Smart that was next door they were very closed, unpleasant and stubborn when I went and I left because they did not give me confidence to let them touch my furbaby ), in Pou they were super loving, the vet is in lunch and still I cut the nails of my furbaby, then he went out and asked me about the alopecia, I told him that there was no solution. He smiled, made a bet with me, sent a shampoo, put in 10 minutes and rinse afterwards, every two days. He did not charge me for his consultation, he just asked me to take pictures to show him the progressive hair growth. Without faith, I bought the shampoo and did what he told me ... what would I lose after months of battle against alopecia? As I did not believe, I did not do the photos .🙄........ my baby's hair grew healthy and strong, you never have suffered from alopecia again😏😊😍. Thanks Vet Pou .😚😚😚😚.... I'm sorry I did not take photos😶 You were the only one who came up with the right treatment with a little money, which cost me the shampoo. You are the best🐕❤👏👏👏👏👏🖒🖒🖒👏👏👏👏

Dr. Pou is an excellent vet! The doctors and staff here are all amazing people and have always treated us like family. They are highly knowledgeable and caring. We are very thankful to have brought our cat here for many years and appreciate the care he was given all the way until the end. Their customer service is great! But I feel like they know when they could take advantage of new puppy owners. They want you to pay for all these exams and stuff, I get it preventative, but man your prices are rough. I appreciate the help you gave me, but I didn't like feeling like I was being pressured to pay all that money. Instead of suggesting getting insurance your your dog, they offer you to apply for a credit card. Overall best of wishes to your business.

Extremely nice caring doctor and an incredibly accommodating friendly team. I have been so impressed with how they care for my dog and provide great advice/solutions anytime something comes up. They are willing to take you in on short notice.Just today I had an issue with my dogs eye, and they let me come in right away despite the fact they were fully booked. They truly care for my dog and make time for her whenever I have a challenge.They are a bit fast paced because of the amount of customers, but they don’t sacrifice on quality. I highly recommend them, and wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else.

I've been taking my baby to Dr. Pou for over 5 years. I adopted him at the county's animal shelter and this vet came highly recommended by the shelter's staff. And they were so right! We truly love this place, my baby had some behavioral issues at first but they were extra caring and patient till they won him over. Dr Pou has been with us every step of the way, from regular check ups, vaccines and dental cleanings, to emergencies, countless phone consultations and even weight management prescribed program. We visited today for his annual check up and we were very satisfied as always with the level of service they provide, knowledgeable, kind and very loving. Despite all the changes that veterinary practices have had to make during the pandemic, this hospital remains absolutely wonderful! From scheduling an appointment, to having the history taken curbside for my pet, their communication and attention to detail was excellent. We took our new kitten, Hobo, to Pou Veterinary Group and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From appointment scheduling to exam time, everything was organized and professional. I registered ahead of time with the link that was sent to me and downloaded the app. All of her information was already in the system. After being greeted by the veterinary assistant for preliminary information, Dr. Pou came and spoke to us. I could tell that he really cared about Hobo even though they had just met. He took the time to talk to us about her health and his recommendations for her. Hobo was bathed and dried at the end of her appointment. We felt so special. Even my girls said that it was like VIP treatment. The office scheduled our next appointment and we are happy to have just started a great relationship with our new vet!
