I love pooch perks! Every box has treats and toys, and an adorable theme that I look forward to discovering! My dog is really picky about treats and he always likes theirs: great quality! Also, pooch perks is organic and locally sourced when possible! Happy mom and happy dogs!!

I thought it would be fun to do one of these subscription boxes for my dogs. I have three great little pups, but they are big chewers and very tough on toys. I ordered the medium box originally, but it came with toys that seemed awfully small. I contacted PoochPerks, and Maite did some research and discovered they had mistakenly sent the small toys. I really wasn't sure which size would be best for them given their love for chewing, so Maite and Danny helped me figure it all out. They replaced the errant toys with a medium and a large so that we could assess them and then continued to discuss and guide me through the selections. I really appreciated the level of care and concern they demonstrated. They were super helpful and so pleasant to deal with! My dogs absolutely love the treats that come in the box, and the bandana was really cute too. Good ingredients, no bad stuff... and all made in the U.S.A. I also really appreciated that they make a donation to a rescue when you purchase.

Toby absolutely loves getting his boxes from Pooch Perks. He seems to know when a package is for him and cannot wait for me to open it for him. If Toby receives something that he doesn't like, Pooch Perks promptly sends a replacement. Toby will be a Pooch Perks consumer for a long time to come.

My Australian Silky Terrier has been getting boxes on a regular occasion and she freaks when it arrives. Im. She she can smell the cookies thru the seal. We have to make sure she doesn't here a squeak from a toy because she won't stop barking until she gets it. Toys last long for her too.

Horrible company that claims you cannot return the box if it is low quality and charged me for multiple months after attempting to cancel my subscription many times with no success. Their phone number doesn't even work. I am now disputing charges with them in efforts to get money back that they should not have taken in the first place. Not to mention their customer support agent by the name of "Maite" was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful. They do not care about their customers.
