Britney groomed my Std Poodle and did an outstanding job!! I'd highly recommend her and PetSmart grooming. I will be a returning customer.

Every single time my partner and I need to book 2 appointments for our 2 dogs, there is ALWAYS an issue. The have poor scheduling skills, double book other appointments, or book the appointments and don't have the correct staffing at the times we are told to come. Time is money... and when you mess with our time. They've lost 2 customers for life. And this isn't the 1st or 20th time this has happened... don't come here. It's not worth your time

I asked if they price matched the manufacturer website of the dog food. Cashier wasn’t sure but still made the price match, which was a $10 difference. When the store leader came by she asked her and she said no that don’t price match the very own manufacturer. Found that very weird as they are over pricing their dog food. As I was talking to the store leader which wouldn’t give me her name (shirt, tan, frizzy hair and glasses) she turned away from me mid conversation to talk to someone else. Very rude and did not care about my questions. Never coming back to this location. Disrespectful as hell.

Terrible service in the dog bathroom, I made an appointment and they made me waste my time. They didn't want to take care of my dog because he wouldn't stop. They called me after 5 minutes to pick him up, what a bad service from the manager, take him to another smart pet
