All I need is a nail trim and the fur on her pet shaved. After sixteen years i've got tired of doing it myself. Super quick easy simple walk in service.I only started going to pet smart grooming.A year ago.Definitely recommend.

I just left the groomers.This is the second time with the groomer Belkis shaves my dog. She claims that she had a lot of knots which it false. I comb her sickle brush, regular brush and a comb daily.We agreed to cut off a bit the most 1/2. She shaved my dog down.She also said her hair will grow back in a week. This really upset me. The hair won’t grow back in a week. She’s a golden doodle it will take 5-7weeks for hair to grow half of it back.Groomer should have called before hand making the executive decision to shave my dog.I tried to give her a second chance. But clearly didn’t deserve it.My suggestion is if a large dog is too much please don’t take them as an appointment. She left the top of my dog’s head hair uneven like you can see there big chunk of hair cut out.The face was not trim nor styled.If anyone goes to this store book your appointment with the younger groomers. If you have go with the older groomers make sure bring in notes, express exactly how you want your dog to be style and if they must call if they are going to shave them down.Management: please have your groomers especially older groomers to be kind to our pets because while I was waiting for my dog the other groomer that was there, her patience was exhausted by the pet she was cutting their hair.Truly I’m disappointed by the service especially after dishing out 145 for a bath and haircut. Only for the hair to be almost completely shaved off, truly upsetting.The only thing I would say she was kind to fit us in because I confused my dates of my appointment.

Estoy muy decepcionada de esta peluquería canina el personal no está capacitado para atender a perros de raza grande sus perros no están seguros en este lugar especialmente si son perros grandes espero puedan encontrar un mejor lugar para el cuidado de sus perros, pero en definitiva no recomiendo este lugar mi perro golden de 2 años va aquí desde cachorro y el día de hoy quedé muy decepcionada pues el personal claramente no está capacitado para atender a perros grandes.

Worst service I have ever seen in my life. I don't give them 0 because it's not possible. I made an appointment online for my dog's grooming and they were raffling off the appointment, so much so that I left. Totally unpleasant, total lack of professionalism 🤮.
