Tally and I went on our first trip to this store. It was a great experience! They helped us out alot. Excellent team. Super nice. Super friendly. Nice, well stocked store. 🐾♥️🐾. We will be back soon to say hi to our new friends!

the dog food I purchased from here for my 6 month yorkie was full of worms. I bought this food no less than a week ago and I have pictures as proof. I noticed when I took a look at the bag and saw holes in the bag of the dog food with worms trying to escape. Not only that but as I took out the dog food to check it I was able to find a total of 10 worms. That is unacceptable and quite disgusting considering that my dog could have consumed this, or might have possible consumed it. I’m very upset in regards to this situation. This is very unacceptable. My dog can get sick from this. The photos below only show a few of the couple worms found.

I love this PetSmart. I will not go to the other one on the same street because I did not have a good experience with their grooming department there. However, I have been to the grooming department here for my dog to get his ears cleaned teeth, brushed, and nails cut, and they are always so patient with him. My dog is a large dog and he’s very nervous when it comes to grooming or the vet and they did amazing with him. Always recommend the ladies at the groomers here. The people on the floor are also very nice.

If you are going to get your dog groomed you best speak Spanish, the ladies working there won’t try to speak English to you, and they all have a face as if they are mad at the world

I’ve taken my dog here for puppy training and grooming! Both services were amazing and I keep going back for the grooming services. My dog is short haired so she does not need to have her hair cut just bathed and maybe a nail trim/other body parts cleaned and they do an amazing job each time!

Long wait for dropping off my pet.They took 4 hours for a regular grooming.After I picked up my pet, she was upset the whole afternoon and night. She didn’t want to play with me or other pets. Also she didn’t want to eat at all. I feel so bad for taking my dog there because right after she was acting very weird and seem very upset. 💔

They cut almost all my dogs hair off and that not even hows she look likethis how she looked before and that after the made her look that i am very mad and sad cause she use to be so fulffy and soft but know it feels like she has nothing on her like she's naked

Be careful you take your dog here , I dont know where the employees get certified but alot of people leave here with there dogs truly scared. The need to have people reevaluated. Also they are always out of crickets when I go buy. Time after time , NO crickets , sold out. If that's the case order larger quantities. What's goonng on with management here?

Went to buy some items for my new puppy and what a great experience I had. From the moment I enter the store I was great and ask if there was anything I need help with it. They suggest several things I was looking for. One employee that was already off the clock help me with the engraving on my puppy tag. Highly recommend

I made an appointment to groom my dog Monday through the app, but found once I got to this location it was at a location further down the road where it had booked. I check back on the app in front of the groomer and we both discovered the location doesn’t even pop up. I know it wasn’t anyone in the store’s fault, but it should definitely be addressed and fixed.Other than that the visit went fine. The groomer was kind enough to manage to squeeze in my dog. My ONLY other complaint would be that my dog’s nails weren’t ground down after trimming as it came with the package I opted for. Would definitely come back to this location

Quite disappointed to see they were selling cat food that is 4 months past the "Best By" date (found this bag in July). Pretty frustrating since I needed the food ASAP. I'm glad I check expiration dates before buying. Otherwise, this Petsmart has been good. They allow food bags to be returned which saved our pockets when we transitioned our pets to a different food and they didn't like it.

Pet grooming is the worst ive ever seen my puppy i have bathed serveral times at home never once was she matted. I left my puppy here for her first grooming, and after 3hours nothing was accomplished we showed up and she was sitting in a cage wet for who knows how long as mary was not concerned worst service ive seen and will never come back again

Kenia at the grooming salon was amazing. After getting the worst treatment from a different petsmart and being refused service after we had an appointment, we called this store and Kenia went above and beyond to squeeze us in her busy schedule help us give our dog a bath because of what we had just gone through. She stayed past the closing time and still gave our dog an amazing bath. Petsmart needs more employees like her! Outstanding customer service!
