To be honest I don’t know how I feel about the grooming service here. They called me 10 mins before closing, I had to rush to the store to pick up my dog. I arrived very early to my service and picking him up gave me so much anxiety because the first thing I was told was “btw we’re about to close” My puppy didn’t even look cute. His face was botched. I have a new groomers now in Doral, which I will definitely going back to because they did such an amazing job.

In particular the grummin of this place is full of unpleasant staff. They are oriented to try to charge in "extras" as much as possible. Before, a young woman named Ectasy took care of my dogs and was efficient without trying to overcharge me. And the staff that stayed are unhelpful, rude and unprofessional. I DO NOT recommend them at all.

Scout was licking his chops in gratitude for the great hair cut and bath he received! Okay, he wasn't crazy about the bath, but his humans were happy he smelled so fresh and clean, as well the cut to keep him cut as we head to summer. Thanks!

Had my Standard Poodle groomed here, they did a wonderful job, my Layla looks wonderful! I recommend to bring your dog here for a grooming. The staff is wonderful and easy to communicate with, so much better than Petco on 19th Street, they're terrible there. Thank you!

Brought both of my dogs in for grooming and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The staff is very nice and caring. My dogs are clean and well-trimmed. Will keep coming here.

Grooming service was very unpleasant. My husband felt uncomfortable while checking in our dog for her appointment as Yasmin bumped up the price from the original $46 to $56. She did not give him reason for the price bump only that it was what the dog needed. Upon calling I found out she was trying to charge $10 for conditioner when our dog was going to be shaved completely. Do not appreciate the haggling experience.After pickup my husband saw them yelling at a dog that wouldn't stay still because he was clearly scared.My dog couldn't have been happier to be picked up. My dog's haircut lacked quality. Her cut was completely uneven.

The prices may be a bit high, but I can always find what I want. What's frustrating is that whenever I buy a case of cat food, they have to open it to scan a can. They can't figure out how to process something without opening a case. I buy 10 cases at a time, and they have to open every damn case to scan a can every time I go, and that holds up the line.I went in sgsin today, and I want to give triple brownie points to Cami, who was able to actually scan my cat food without opening all the boxes.

They have it all for your pets. Staff is friendly, and there's always someone around to help you. Plenty of parking in the shopping center. They have markers on the floor for social distancing. Prices are a little high on some items but it is convenient cause they have a lot of choices on everything.

My 12 y/o black lab always gets groomed by Esther. She is amazing, super caring and goes above and beyond to make sure our old man is happy shiny and clean when we pick him up. She is very consistent and works quickly and efficiently. 10/10 Recommend!

Weird how this place has 5 stars. Everytime I've come into this store, there's animal poop and pee somewhere in different aisles and it's ignored.Recently I came into the store and saw a tank full of dead fish at the bottom of the tank with chunks missing due to the other fish feeding them. I wonder how petsmart feels about their stores being represented this way. I doubt they care much, since PetSmart used to sell diseased crickets to unknowing reptile owners. I remember my cousin being told to keep selling the crickets despite the diseased crickets causing the animals eating them to get sick.No one that works here ever looks like they want to. It must be pretty miserable knowing how many animals suffer under their "care".What a sad place. Don't bother coming here. I attached pictures of the tank with the dead fish pile.

I found the most adorable rescue kitten at this Petsmart. I had to take him home.. the manager was extremely nice and helpful in the adoption process. It’s been a week and it turns out it was the best decision in my life. I love my cat

The service was amazing and we quixkly found what we needed. However, the promotions being used caused some confusion. The promotion stated a discount would be applied to 2 items OR more of the same type, yet the discount could only be applied if there were MORE than 2 items of the same type. Its not any of the employees' faults. I just wish the wording was clear.

This petsmart is great, maybe not the wider selection on stuff but pretty decent, I took my dog for grooming (not the one in the picture though) I just took that so you can see the see through glass where you can take a peek at your dog while they are working on him... that being said, my dog came out looking beautiful!!! Stacy did an A M A Z I N G job on him even though it was his first time and he was being a little bit of a jerk. I’m coming back every month to this place for sure!

Forget about making appointments they don’t honor them . Worst experience and the manager couldn’t even give a reasonable explanation . Was the first.client Appt at 9 am went to check at 10 they we're working on dogs that came later and my dog had not been touched , waiting in a corner.Why do you have scheduled appointments?

Today I went to buy 2 goldfish with my grandkids. I asked a lady to please provide me with the goldfish and she started to interrogate me asking how many others I have at home and the food etc etc … I asked her that I purchased 4 before at the same store and still she refused to sell me goldfish. Unfortunately I have to leave the store without the goldfish and seeing my grandkids disappointment in their face. I am a customer at their store since I have 3 dogs and a cat as well. I was not satisfied with my interaction . Thinking of going to a different store .

We used to take our poppy dog to this place and we thought everything was fine . But today we called to make an appointment and the lady on the phone asked for availability and the lady who do the grooming “ Estasy” replied that “ she have too many cats and also our poppy dog misbehaves too much . If you are going to be working with animal the first thing is to understand them . As a poppy, all dogs are immature due to their young age. Also those are the clients and as a service of the business that pays you .Staff needs to take care, love and help them. With this behavior of the staff , I don’t think the treatment to my dog was the best while he was in there. Only god knows how he was treated when he used to “ misbehaved “ as she said .I would not recommend this place and we are very disappointed at this person . Very unprofessional to express herself like that to beautiful dog.
