PetSmart in Kendall is the cleanest PetSmart I’ve ever been to. The service is always above and beyond, especially when they treat your little furry friend as one of their own. I will continue to shop here because of the friendly faces, the clean iles , and always having what I need in stock.

February 28th, 2024 brought my dog in for grooming. They called me about an hour later saying that my dog was lethargic. I headed over right away. My dog was active and walking around. His haircut and shampoo looked like a unfinished hack job. And no other care was provided. They refused to provide any other services. Seeking a better understanding, they were abrupt with a very inadequate explanation. Will never return to PetSmart again.

This location has a great selection of pet food, toys, beds, shampoos, leashes, and many other products for your furry friend.Store is very spacious, clean and well stocked and you can bring your dog on a leash. 😃 Please never leave your dog alone in a car unattended under any circumstances. Period!!!The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Julija noticed I had issues picking a collar for my dog. She went out of her way to help not only find a new one but discuss his needs and activities to find a perfect one. She also explained classes for his minor issues and proceeded to walk me to every isle I needed. She’s a prime employee and shows love for animals.

The people are nice but all the fish that they have in their tanks are all dead, or sick. I saw the getting ready to add more goldfish to a tank when their was a huge pile of dead ones at the bottom. At least remove the dead ones then add news ones, not ok dont buy fish from here. And these pictures are on two different days.

I was going to my appointment with my dog and the lady in front (Rachel) told me that my dog had rabies vaccine expired since November 2020, even that I brought proof of that and the paper clearly stated Nov 2022. However, she convince me that I was wrong and I took my dog to the Miami Dade Animal Services to clarify the situation and they assure my dog’s rabies vaccine is not expired.I came back thinking they will have a consideration to take my dog because of their mistake. How is it possible that I person working there doesn’t even know how to read the paper?They make me lose my time (2 days).They don’t know how to treat people, I can not imagine how they treat our pets.First and last time going to that place

The store manager Jose needs to brush up on his customer service skills. I emailed Petsmart regarding their price match policy since I was charged more than their online price, and the representative Jay forwarded it to the store without my knowledge. The funny thing is that the next representative that replied advised that there are no notations to indicate that my inquiry was ever forwarded to this location. The store manager called me 3x and left a detailed voicemail message. I called him back and he couldn't talk because he was busy. I told him that I never filed a store complaint and that there is no need for him to call me back. 3 stars for this particular location and its layout.

Before I brought my new puppy home, I went to PetSmart to buy what I needed. What I received was kore than products, but excellent advice on pets and what they need. (It’s been years since I’ve had a dog.). They were knowledgeable, helpful, and took the time to make sure my questions and concerns were addressed and answered. I will co to use to buy my pets products at PetSmart.

I visited PetSmart in Kendall and Kevin was more than stellar. He offered me first class service and was able to answer every single one of my questions he was exceptionally helpful and helping me purchase a terrarium for my mice. He honestly went above and beyond the call for customer service and I really appreciate the effort you put into helping me out and how polite and kind he was.he was knowledgeable in absolutely everything I had questions about he knew where everything was and I have zero complaints the store itself is clean well organized and nicely stocked. I was impressed with the amount of items they had on display the variety that I can choose from. Kevin's help today really made my shopping experience one of the best I've ever had. I highly recommend him you have a question he will help and he will do what he can to find out

Fast, friendly service. Expansive, plenty of products to pick from for your pet. Shame they do business with shady suppliers. Watch what you feed your pets. Always check the ingredients of the food. Never trust what the commercials say. Do your own research. A happy pet is a happy life.

Good selection on pets needs like food, supplies, toys and clothing. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. Waller the person that helped us is amazing! He was super helpful and patient, he showed us everything we needed and even told us about the puppy coupon book. He even took care of us at the register. Outstanding service! I highly recommend this PetSmart!

Always a great experience when I shop at this location fast and efficient. Today I went to the grooming salon I called ahead and Brianna ( hope I spelled that right ) answered and was able to squeeze me in for a quick nail trimming before she left. I’m so thankful , it was my only day off this week and Jynx was in need of a Pedicure so again thank you Brianna your amazing, I owe you !

I live in the keys and I had to pick up an online order here on a Wednesday night. I was sure I was going to stock up on everything I needed for all my pets but finally being in a real pet store was overwhelming, but I still found everything I was looking for. Staff was very helpful and very friendly to me and my pup. I really enjoyed this store
