I didn't want to make a review right away because I'm still angry about it. Our first time in Miami and my expectations were really high. We did 16 Dealers from Toronto to Miami . I like to get a few t-shirts with their name on it , stickers, poker chips, and take a picture with our travel trailer for my collection from every one of them. BUT... I didn't get anything from Miami.. WHY ? The girl who served us was great at the beginning and tried to help me to find the right size of t-shirts due to the limited supply of 2XL.. Anyway, we have our hands full of clothes, outdoor carpet, stickers etc. she was on her cell phone and looked more interested in her phone than us. The store was empty, so there were no other customers in the clothing section. Another staff member in the corner was on the phone yelling to someone in Spanish and sounded mad, I was not impressed with his attitude either.. I waited and waited, and she was still busy on her phone.. I took back all the items on their rack and put everything there and left the place. I feel my whole trip was incomplete just because I didn't get anything from Miami.. I only got the outside picture that I was planning to go back at night to see it with all the lights. Every other dealer I visited did have a military discount, offered drinks, gave me some goodies, and served me well. I mean, over the holidays, those places are packed with customers, and Miami didn't meet any of my expectations of being the best place in Florida.

I was looking for my first Harley and went to Peterson’s after visiting other dealerships with my wife to look. We were greeted by Efy who was AMAZING and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. We saw a used bike I was interested in and he educated us on Harley and knew just when to give us space to discuss our purchase. After a great test ride I was sold! There was never any pressure to buy, we got a very fair price. For the financing we worked with Ronnie B who was awesome. He worked on our deal and showed us every available option for a used bike vs new and took the time to explain everything in detail. We were very happy when we left. The topper for us was they Delivered our new bike and picked up our trade-in a few days later as we visited the day of purchase in a truck. It was worth the longer drive to get the customer service we received.

Was dealing with Peterson south on a bike trip, and broke down, Worked a deal with Peterson south on a different bike. They were to customize it a bit and then i would pick it up on my way back through. Then i start getting phone calls and emails from Peterson North in Miami from a Efi Zak so came time to pick up the bike i plugged in the address off the email and ended up in Miami. Where I'm told the 2 dealers don't work together but he could get me into a different bike. I looked but insisted not to run my credit again and boom my credit gets run again. I think it was in poor taste he was trying to poach a sale and reaching out when i was at a completely dealership!! I won't be going back to either.

This Harley-Davidson location had some stunning bikes. The 2020 Harley-Davidson Electric is in the showroom and being sold at approximately $31,000. Nice machines and definitely like no other Harley I’ve ever seen.The selection of Fat Boy Harley’s was impressive. The latest bikes are out of this world and you can find a lot of them here.The service department is heavily stocked and equipped to do some nice work to your bike. As for clothing and accessories, I was quite impressed with the selection. I found a great T-shirt on the sale rack which I was surprised to find all together. I paid $26 for an authentic Harley-Davidson T-shirt in Mends Large and the regular price was $35 which is a standard.I’m super happy with my purchase today and the quality customer service I received in the process.

Walked in at 2:15 asked if they could do an oil change. Nacho in service was awesome and said yes. Very unexpected to be taken care of so I ended up getting all 3 fluids changed. I will definitely go back and recommend them to all Harley owners.

Visited 20th November, 5min before closing, after long drive, just before flight back home. All staff were excelent, helped me find helmet I wanted and some other merch, stayed opened until I got everything, greatfull for that. Highly reccomending this store!

I got a 0 miles 2021 Street Bob with a 114 cu engine on this dealer. This is not my first bike and neither my first HD. This bike lacks quality. Wheel spoked rims rusted despite motorcycle been inside all the time, same with some nuts, both mirrors and the exhaust clamps. Compared to my 2005 Sporter 883 this bike is cheaply made. 114cu engine is a beast in such a light frame, no complaints in the engine. Also got an extended service plan with road side hazard, the full package. What HD is not telling you is that their top tier service plan does not even include the labor when you have to change your tire due to normal wear. Bike came with HD Dunlop tires, at 10K miles back tire has no tread left, this tires are the cheapest that HD carries and are made by Dunlop at a lower cost and HD is reducing expenses using this tires. I was expecting to pay for the tires but also expecting the labor to be included, as you know HD labor rates are very expensive, main reason to get the extended service plan which I now now that is a non-sene. Road hazard plan will cover the tires and labor if you have an incident as a mail in your tire, but service plan will not cover the labor when you need to replace the tires. Message is clear. When needed HD dealer will pick up the bike for a service, I’m expecting my bike back since Friday and this Monday when I called I discovered that a $165 fee for returning the bike as pick up’s are free but not the deliveries, that will be great for me to know before deciding to use this service. HD is struggling every day more to sale an overpriced motorcycle. Only the impression of been backed for a prestigious dealer and service will do the difference. If you are planing to make a payment over the phone there is a $12 convenience fee even if you have to wait 30 minutes before able to talk to someone. I will take my money to a different place. My next bike will Not be a HD.

Great dealership! I’m a first time HD owner and my experience was awesome from start to finish. Bob (Sales Person) was very patient with me and his communication via phone, email and in person was spot on! I definitely suggest this dealer over Alligator Alley Harley dealer!!

I brought my bike for repair was told it was an hour then 2 hrs then mechanic told me 3 hrs ended up waiting for the bike five hrs , what a nightmare had I know from the get go I would have dropped the bike here and picked it up later

I was ready to purchase one of their used bikes. The sales staff were responsive and negotiated in good faith. But then they inflated the price by more than $2,700 in extra fees and charges, which spoiled the deal. Buyer beware!

As three foreign girls new to the country, we went in to buy presents for our families. They were super welcoming and made us feel really safe. We were there as closing time was approaching, and they told us they wouldn’t go home until they saw that we were safe in our uber When we got in our uber, we had put in the wrong destination so we spent some time in the car trying to fix it, and an employee even came out to check if we were alright! So recently bought a part, that i desperately needed, parts associate shipped it immediately. Ended up not needing it, was able to return without any hassle at all. Refund was made immediately .
