This was our first time there and I had a great experience. The receptionist was very nice. And Emilia did a great job with my 🐶. I love his dreadlocks, but they were too long and had too many knots, that a short haircut was needed.He liked the bandana they put on him.Thank you!!!

Sarah was amazing 🐶💕💕she took such good care of our dog. She cut his hair exactly how I wanted. She was super meticulous and made sure to do everything with love and care. She is super sweet and gave me some tips on how to keep him looking his best in between groomings. Im so happy with the results and will be booking her again. ❤️❤️❤️ If you want someone to take care of your baby ask for her ! Ive been coming to Petbar for a while now and everyone is always super nice and welcoming.

The service here is awesome. Petsmart and Petco wanted to shave my fur babies coat almost to the skin so they could get to the next dog quicker. The groomer at Petbar took her time and did a great job on her matted fur which I paid extra for (worth it) I highly recommend this place . My dog is a Goldendoodle.

This was the best experience we have had at a grooming shop in miami area! Worth going out of the way to take your dog there!!! They were fantastic and I will be only taking my dog there from now on

Absolutely the best! Highly recommend!My dog can get really nervous with haircuts and can give groomers a bit of a hard time so I’ve been struggling to find a place that can really work with him while getting the job done. Petbar Aventura did not disappoint! They were so great and made my dog as calm as they could and gave him a great haircut.

Very friendly and caring staff. The groomer was exceptional. She listened to exactly what we wanted and also how to care for our dog due to previous negative occurrences at other places. The grooming was exactly as I desired. They did his nails, his ears. He smelt great, and he was not traumatized. He was very happy when I picked him up and had no issues upon arriving at home he was a very happy dog. We will definitely back for more services

I will tell you about my experience, this is the second time we brought little Sam for a haircut at this place after the first time we left very, very, very satisfied!The second time, which was not long after the first time, we received treatment from a different lady.We have had the same type of dog for over 15 years, and have experienced knots in our dogs' fur many times.We brought the dog mainly to cut the fur on the head, because the rest of the body was counted from last time.We had to pay the amount for a full haircut because there is no option for just the head and we agreed to the branch's price list of course because we really liked the last time!Before the treatment we were also told that we need to add $25 to untie the knots in the ears, of course we agreed, because we wanted them to do good for our baby!This haircut took much less time than the first time!!!After the haircut, we found the dog not moving, shaking and scared, and was taken for an emergency check-up at a vet! There they found cuts in the ears and a cut injury in the eye. As a result, an infection developed and we had to return to the vet several times to receive treatment!I will spare you the crying and screaming that my baby has been suffering for the last few days!So thanks to Pet-Bar for refusing to answer our phone call and give us answers, to the fact that they don't know how to treat us fairly and respectfully!And of course we didn't get a refund for the heartache!I have never encountered such a disrespectful attitude!

The worst experience I have ever had, I explained Emilia for 20 minutes how I wanted the lilo cut, I sent a photo to WhatsApp so she would have a reference and she did the opposite. lilo looked horrible, I spoke with her in Spanish When I picked up Lilo she told me that she didn't understand me, so what language does she speak? I showed her photos, I sent her the photo of how I wanted the grooming, the place is clean and I am sure they have other more qualified people to do the job, the manager's only response was sorry and Emilia justified herself by saying that she didn't understand, could it be that she doesn't see either? because with a photo there should be no excuses

I want to do a formal complaint against one of the employees, Edith. Not only has she been consistently rude to me but today I came in at 12:42 instead of 12:30 and she wouldn’t accept my dog. I am aware of the 10minute policy but are you aware there is no way to turn into your shopping center without making a Uturn? It took me 3 minutes to make a uturn. I even text and made them aware of the situation that I was very close. She would not accept my dog. I absolutely will not stand for this disrespect anymore. Edith stated she is the manager and then changed her mind and called herselfThe assistant manager. Oscar the owner was not in and I was not able to complain to anyone else. I hope this review saves someone from the headaches this Edith causes. The rest of the employees have always been nice but Edith feels like she runs the place and if she dislikes you will go out of her way to make you feel extremely uncomfortable about your choice in choosing this place. I feel bad for anyone that encounters her. Petbar, do yourself a favor, fire Edith.

We are snowbirds and last year after a bad experience with a mobile groomer I was researching places to bring my dog. I came upon PetBar and they had great reviews. I have a wonderful groomer back home who knows how to handle my dog and takes her time. My dog hates to be groomed and when I dropped her off everyone was very welcoming. They said it would take about two hours. I got a call almost two hours in saying the groomer (Tatiana) would be taking about 40 mins more to take more time with my dog. I was totally happy with that! She came out looking great and I am so happy I found I place I can bring her now.

Love coming here, fairly new and wanted to make sure I picked a top tier place for my dog. They always remember him as soon as he walks in, their grooming safe perfection and they pay attention to detail of how I want him to be be groomed sometimes even better then I wanted. What an AMAZING job Tatiana did.!! I couldn’t be happier, not only with how my dog looks and feels but the attention and time she gave him. I was super nervous being a first time client because my dog isn’t the friendliest at times but she made the whole process so easy. I would 100% recommend again and again.
