Five star service from the shift manager Jeff . He was extremely friendly knowledgeable and helpful. He assisted us with the self wash for our dog and explained everything clearly and was always within reach to help with any questions we had. He cleaned the self wash so nicely and got in every crevice and crack and took his time to make sure it was nice and ready for the next guest . I was very impressed with his services . Big up yaself Jeff!!! we will definitely be back just because of him.

Don’t bring ur dogs to get their nails trimmed. Incompetent in all aspects. Couldn’t even communicate in English with front desk who didn’t even know how to handle the system.7/30/23 3:40pm.
