Great staff. Blond Cashier with glasses recommended a plant based diet for my Chihuahua who has liver disease diagnosed with high enzymes. I bought From dog food mixed with Fromm dry food and my dogs love it. Should have got these healthier products instead of fresh pet or pedigree that is terrible for dogs.

My experiences at this Pet Supermarket have only gotten better and it’s all thanks to the staff here who always point me in the right direction when it comes to the best treats, toys, and food for my two Yorkies (including a new puppy), and my two unexpectedly adopted bunnies. I love coming to this Pet supermarket store the employee Mr Jese n Ms Kimberly is wonderful caring person has help me n my kids here in store he is so helpful he build two chameleon big cages for us he is very polite we bought two camileon n other things in store.Ms Kimberly n Mr Jese explained n show us how to care for the chameleon.i hope all employees from pet supermarket are so polite n helpful like them.

I went to this location to buy a mouse and look at the reptiles and these animals had a lack of proper food and water and were in unsanitary conditions. One of the mice in the bins were dead. These animals rely on these people to provide them with food, water, and attention, which they are not providing. It is so important to take care of the animals in pet stores. And there is a high amount of animal neglect in pet stores everywhere. Many pet stores put profits over the well being of the animals they sell and this store is one of them. As customers we have the ability to demand better treatment of animals in stores by choosing to shop at stores that prioritize animals well being and by reporting any instances of neglect or abuse.

We always go here to buy our Stella & Chewie products . Great quality food for our pups and we had the best experience from Kim. She made some great recommendations and convinced us to buy a few new products that we didn’t know were available . She was very professional and even noticed the brand of dog food that we use and asked if we were aware they made treats . What a wonderful experience . Definitely coming back!

Great customer service! Stopped into this location to pick up some dog food because my dog has become so picky and doesn’t like dry kibble. Jessica was so welcoming and informative on the different brands of dog food and recommended a few brands for us to try. You really aren’t greeted with customer service here in Miami but I was pleasantly surprised! Me and xena will definitely shop at this location again.

I just LOVE this pet store! Everybody's so friendly! as soon as you step in the store you are welcome! Even the manager comes to offer you assistance. They'rere so attentive and they have good prices and excellent products! plus lot of choices for your fur babies!😻🐶🐦🐠❤ they also have lot of fun pet contests with prizes! I've been in two of them with my rescued kitty cat ROSIE ( 2 years)

2 years ago I walked into this Petsupermarket to find the bearded dragons eating eachother. They were going to leave her in the back of the store " to regrow her tail" but in actually they were going to leave her to die.Bearded dragons DO NOT regrow their tails.I sadly couldn't save all 3 dragons because Petsupermarket only gave me 10% off for a missing tail instead of thinking about the well being of their animals.It STILL breakers my heart to this day that the other 2 dragons that were also missing limbs, probably died in the back of the store "waiting to regrow their tails" because of their ignorance and neglect.I NEVER stepped into ANY Petsupermarket again.I just wanted to give an update from 2 years ago, that the Bearded Dragon does have bone issues but is overall doing just fine. This picture is from last Christmas so I know it's old, but I thought it was the cutest one.

I just want to share a story about Mari Soria. I was in the store to get information only about fish and dog food. Quite frankly I have never been treated as well as I was by her. She was AMAZING!!! Her customer service was off the chart. Quite frankly, I am not sure why she is working in a store. SHE SHOULD BE TRAINING ALL of your associates. I frequent your brand and have never been treated so well. She was pleasant, professional and courteous. Kudos for finding her. GOOD LUCK keeping her. Huge plus on her multi tasking capabilities. Great selection and service, especially from Isabel. For its size, the store has a good amount of aquatic supplies, most of them great price. I was especially impressed with the selection of aquatic plants, which are the healthiest, largest, and cheapest I have found anywhere in Miami after years in the hobby. I bought a wide variety over the last couple weeks and so far they are doing fantastic. Special shoutout to Isabel for going above and beyond to help me with this matter even as the store was closing. I'm definitely coming back here and recommending this place to others.

I am starting on my own small little aquarium ,so I went to this Pet Supermarket. I can only give this place five stars but if I could I would give more. Bryan the store attendant was on point with everything. Helpful knowledgeable and nice. Even the cashier was super nice. Honestly it was a pleasure to shop there. And I will be going back to buy food for my dog Joy and my new guppies. In this crazy aggressive world it's great to go to a place where people are so nice. UPDATE-I went back to get supplies and I saw that the guppies were dying advised clerk and the manager and they stated it happens. I will NOT go back so sad because when I first went they were amazing Now they are cruel and just don't care about living animals AWFUL!

I will never go to this Pet-supermarket again, I went Monday 05/24/2021 to get neon tetras and supplies for my fish tank hobby and noticed that the guppies where gasping for air and dying . I advised the store manager and the store clerk and their answer ? Ohhh well it happens I asked them why they would not put another air filter to help them breath as the one inside was barely working and they said with rudeness it really does not matter they die all the time. It was so cruel and just to make it worse they had the Betta's in less than two inches of water in an extremely cold store. If your going to sell pets a least have some compassion and take care of them properly.

I love it when I can go in and out of a store in less than 5 minutes. Always someone there willing to help out. Lots of parking available. It seems I always get more stuff to spoil my four legged family members. Great selection of products.

I go here all the time, at least 1 every 2 weeks, and the employ names Brian is is just the best, he always is friendly to customers, he assiste In the many ways he could. He deserves to have a raise or to at least be noticed for his friendly and for assisting customers fast with any way he could. Shout out to BRIAN!
