Natalie has the best customer service skills!! She is also a "people person" at a fur, feather and scales store! What a great combo!I found two - two week old kittens - had to purchase the "kitten" stuff, KMR, wet food, kitty litter pan! - Kitty litter pan - oh no!Natalie and I began to think - trash = litter. Bottom tray of the small cans = kitty litter pans! Natalie is a sweetheart went to the back and brought out 6 empty cardboard tray with the plastic wrap and all. She is a genius!Wall-e and Eve are now about give or take 3-4 weeks old; they are using a Pet Supermarket throw-out kitty litter pan - they are still short for a big cat pan.I was tired and went to the Pet Supermarket as I was going home, I am so appreciative that Natalie was there. She made the evening for me, our love for pets and Disney (yes, we had a chance to talk human stuff, too!) She made it easy to care for these two precious fur babies. Natalie, I hope you have a wonderful and Happy Holidays!! Thank you for caring and going the extra 100 miles for Walle, Eve and me! I could not get the Pet Supermarket website to work where we were offered a 15% discount if we bought online and picked up at a store. It kept trying to charge me for delivery. But the manager at the store made it right by offering me the same discount. That was very nice!

This store never has supplies that I need. It has happened on several occasions. I have a fish tank I've gone several times looking for the filter cartridge and they never have it. I also own a bird and a dog and certain supplies that I need are never in in stock. I will not wa.te my time going there again.

First time at this location and I was very pleased. The staff was very friendly the moment we walked in, we went in to purchase feeder fish and our sales associate was quick and very friendly. I wish I got her name to personally thank her. Keep up the great work Pet Supermarket 😊

FANTASTIC. Had exactly what I was looking for. They always have a good supply of "our " favorite bedding. My Guinea pigs love the blue bag eco bedding. It's really easy to clean and actually absorbs odors. Try it, see how great it is. Since there aren't Guinea pig emojis this close enough 🐖🐷. Best wishes 🦋

Employees do not know the difference between males and females fish. They get aggresive and defensive if you ask to re-evaluate the fish selected since they don't know whether they are male or female. Lack of customer service. Horrible attitude. Honestly would never shop at that place ever again.

About 7 months ago I gothink this little parakeet from this store and he was very healthy and isee still alive today. The customer service was good, but the only employee working everything was the manager. As I picked my bird, he was very rough with the net he used to catch him. I suggest they hire more people or havery longer shifts

Super clean store.They are constantly wiping and disinfecting everything down due to the Covid guidelines. Great customer service. Everyone is super friendly and very attentive, especially Christopher. Their prices are better than Petsmart and Petco too.

Hello! I bought my little parakeet here and she or he is in the first step of tameing! This store is A OK!First problem is they just stick their hands in the cage and grab the poor bird, it tries to run away but I guess there is no other way to grab the bird so I guess this is not that much of a problem.Second problem is not really a problem beacause they really don't have the money to improve it. So it's that the poor bird was cramped together in between I don't know like.. 30 other parakeets? But the cage was a decent size for all of them so.... It's Not really a concern :3 anyways... Thanks for give gummy a wonderful life and second chance!

This is one of the better pet supermarkets in the Miami area. Jesse, the manager is very knowledgeable, as are his staff. The store is always clean and organized.

Bought 5 feeder ghost shrimp for $1.50 as a pet. The moment I dropped it in my tank. An ENORMOUS tap worm emerged from one of the shrimp. Ended up grabbing and throwing out all five of the shrimp.
