Amazing place to shop for pets. They have everything you could need at the store. The best part pf our experience was the manager Terry, he was so kind and make us feel so confortable that even created a name tag for my son and let him pet the ferret. He made his day. Thank you Terry!! You are literally the best EVER! We will come back.

I always come here to buy my dog's food because they have the brand he likes/need. The customer service here is great, they are caring people who care about animals, and also very attentive to their customers. The shop is always clean and organize. My special gratitude to Ernesto! I visited the Cutler Bay store as I maintain my fish tank. Olivier was extremely polite and very helpful. Thanks to his assistance and obvious knowledge of fish I was able to save my fishes and introduce new ones. Thank you so much Olivier for taking the time to care and help.

Rude employee- no pricing on something and asked for a price check. She decided to get rude with me like it's my fault the price is missing.Price was 10.00 above average so i walked out.Won't be back

I found this really cool leather dog toy that I definitely want looking for. This place is like the target of the pet world. You come in looking for one thing and leave with a bunch of stuff you definitely didn't think about buying. The staff is friendly and the store is well organized. I'll definitely be back for sure

I just adopted a Dog that has anxiety and was abandoned. When I walked in I was greeted by the friendly staff. I mentioned my pet and was suprised by how well trained and managed they are. You can tell the staff really cares about animals.

Well Greeted on entry by Mgr. Robert and Support Sales - Rebecca; and was much able to traverse the store in order to make selections of known products and reviewed with both personnel some new items usage for my pet. Mgr. Robert lead with support staff in cordials suggestions and answers to my inquires that were truly beneficial. The shopping experience was very inviting to make this Pet Supermarket a place as a regular option for meeting the pet needs that I might have in the future. A good store with great representatives.

I'm very disappointed because THE ONLY PROTEIN My Cat & everyother cat that suffers from autoinmune IBD equivalent to(Chron's disease) is PRIMAL RABBIT MEAT.That these poor cats are able to ONLY eat being 100% RABBIT.Specially & because Hill'sScience Diet "prescribed" Gastrointestinal BIOME WET CAN FOOD has/is/ backed ordered, ever since COVD19. My Cat is very critical with A NEVER ENDING CONDITIONTrue, it's expensive & true the stupid insurance company negates paying for it, as it's not labeled ""prescribed"" but I'd rather pay than seeing my cat starving & suffering.I came across PRIMAL DRY-FREEZE 100% RABBIT MEATThankfully saved my CAT.I was very pleased finding it @PetSupermarket even though being far from my house.Making it so much easier to findpurchase, When ever I'd run out I've been purchasing it from Chewy.When ? Will you Be restocking

Fish warranty sucks i have bein buying fish for a long time no problems until now i bought couple of congo tetras about 3 weeks ago one of them 5 days after i bought it ulcer came out i took him out to smaller thank but only last week after and die this fish ain't cheat 17 each and i cant even get credit or exchange never again stepping to this store doors✌.

Went by there yesterday with my family to find a new pet but the store was overcrowded and all the pet were down oné aisle couldn't get a closer look and i thought thguy that worked there would move them to let me see but he just walked off. I won't be back there EVER.
