Typically have a good experience at the store. Walked in today to give my dog a bath and staff was incredibly rude. They both ignored me and when I finally spoke up one came over with a terrible attitude. She did not say hi or even look at me. I didn’t get her name but she had on a lot of eyeliner. Typically the staff is very welcoming and friendly, but the manager really does need to check the staff who is working on the evening of April 17, 2024.

So today I came just to ask a question and the little rude nasty costumer service lady lock the door in my daughter and I face. No sorry we are close just straight nasty adittude . She works with animal I wonder what treatment she gives them if she is that way with human.

These ferrets were adorable. Everyone at the store seems to be really in love with pets. I’m happy that they get treated with love until they find their forever homes.

I was here buying cat food and an employee was blow drying a probably 2 pound dog on the ledge of the grooming area. The DOG FELL OFF THE LEDGE. And then she proceeded to ask me to pick up the dog. I would hope there is better restraints and areas to where these dogs can be groomed. If it were my dog I would be pissed

Amazing service and prices. This one guy Alex that's worked there a while now is a knowledgeable and kind guy. He knows his animals and products for them. Because of him I spent a total of $150 for Bearded Dragon, Bark, Crickets, Cat toys, Litter and other things.

Pet Supermarket is like pet heaven! They've got all the good stuff for your fur babies: awesome food, cool toys, and even fancy grooming supplies. The staff is super friendly too! It's a pawsome experience every time!

I bought a massive fish tank and the employees were all very kind, helping me not only load it into my car but they also secured it inside too. They made sure no damage was done to the interior and that it wouldn't cause any damage during the drive. Everyone was super helpful and kind and I thank Ethan and Porscha specifically for loading the tank and not letting me lift a finger. The animals at the store all looked healthy and that's not a common thing to see in other pet stores, usually dead animals (fish mostly) or sometimes dirty cages. Very happy it seems the employees care for the animals there.

Great customer service always friendly. Self wash station is amazing! Kudos too everyone working there they've always been more than helpful and respectful. Ethan was super knowledgeable about my pets needs, Great customer service. Yuliet was fantastic at checkout, knowledgeable and helpful with every question i had. Mike was also giving helpful with my questions. The entire staff is a welcoming presence.Store is always well stocked and clean. If there's ever an issue it's usually the bad customers who have to make life hard for everyone.I've been coming here for over 3 years for my pets needs and the pet wash.Only bad thing is the gym next door has customers who invade the entire parking lot and can't park and ruins the experience of coming to a friendly and inviting business. All the gym members run through the parking lot like it's 2 fast 2 furious. And it's concerning to even walk a dog around without fearing they're going to run them over. It wasn't like this till the gym opened and brought the rowdy members around

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Prompt service for the most part. Good in stock inventory. Prices are fair for a name brand brick and mortar store. Yeah, you can always save a few dollars at Walmart but you'll probably sacrifice a little quality on some items. Store is usually not that busy aside from Saturday afternoon when the vets are on site. FYI - the onsite vet is what brought me to the place. Definitely will continue to save a few bucks by getting my dogs vaccinations here !

I frequent this store regularly as I own my own Pet Sitting company, Pawsitively Pets Boarding, and am never disappointed! Today, as I was walking in, it started down pouring. One of the store associates Ethan met me at the front to help me get a cage and dog beds and the rain got worse! At check out, he was kind enough to look up the storm to see how long it was going to last, 20 minutes, so I waited it out. He helped me bag my large beds in a trash bag so they’d fit and not get wet and also loaded them up as the rain died down a bit. Thank you Ethan!!

This store has really gone downhill. Rude employees, especially from some short guy with piercings on his ears and face. The customer service here in nonexistent. Luckily I'm able to find what I need online now so this store is now irrelevant to me along with the rude and unprofessional people that work there.

I walked in to this location and was greeted in a very professional way. They offered me help as soon as I walked in thru the door. A young lady named Michelle was very helpful and even though I was only going for dog food , I came out with other products which Michelle explained about and suggest for my dogs like chew stick for my dogs teeth health. Awesome customer service!

The manager Jessica is amazing!!!!!! She’s extremely knowledgeable and patient. I was there with my 3 kids and she too the time to make sure I knew basic care for my high maintenance breed. I cannot begin to thank her for everything she did for me.

Store carries all the brands same as the others. However on my last visit, I was inside about 10 minutes getting my dogs food and when I went to the register there was a young lady who was already waiting 6 minutes. An additional 4 minutes pass by before you can hear 2 people conversing. Which happened to be the 2 employee's. When the girl who works the register looked at us with a look of "Why are you here"...I will no longer go to this location and have the employee make me feel like I am bothering them at their job after waiting almost 20 minutes to pay for the goods.Maybe the employee might have had a bad day but to leave customers who are ready to pay waiting and there are only 2 customers at the store, just makes it as if they have better things to do.

My dog had a fantastic time picking out his stocking stuffers. As he ran around the store picking out toys, the workers were extra kind assisting us with all of our needs. I am happy, as a pet owner, to have such a great experience every time we go.

The staff there is very friendly and helpful! I found everything I needed thanks to the variety and extent of things they can offer me. I was very pleased with the expansion of the store with the beautiful mural on the wall. Truly somewhere great when it comes to my pets needs

Let's just say that I normally do not do research on items, fish, or the birds that I have bough my kids when I go to this store. Why? Because the staff at the store are extremely knowledgeable and are always there willingly to share their knowledge. Great store with great employees.

This particular location had a major make-over recently and what a difference! Finally they have some employees on the floor who really know the products and are very helpful. I also love the new do it yourself dog wash area! They don't do grooming at this location so this is the next best thing.

I go here quite often since it's close to my home. The sales people are always friendly and helpful. Plus I really enjoy seeing the kitties that are up for adoption. If I could I would adopt them all!! The store also has the items I need for my fur babies. I like this store!! Pat Sutton

This store is right by my house making it very convenient for me and my pets. I was surprised at the great customer service that this location offers. From the moment you walk until the moment you walk out the staff is not only friendly but helpful as well. They ask you if you need any assitance all the way to carrying your heavy dog bags to your car. A clean store with a friendly staff? Sounds like a keeper to me!

The staff were young, uncaring, and lacked knowledge. We were looking for fish and the more expensive fish looked like they were near death for the most part. We wanted to buy them but did not because they looked moribund. There was not a sense that they actually loved animal and definitely a sense that they did not care much about animals. They only got two stars because they had the right supplies so as a store they were good.

The store it self wasn't bad. The staff were kind but, one major problem.I was buying a hamster and I asked the lady that was showing me the hamsters how long do they normally live. The lady responded 5 years. Spoiler alert: they last for 2-3 years.But that, the store was decent, I suppose. I mean the lady didn't tell me all the essentials of a hamster and the hamster cage I bought was broken.

Employees are AWESOME! they trained a bird how to dance and the bird likes other people, this means they take time to give attention and affection to the animals there, making them friendlier and easier to adopt/buy. All animals are friendlier than in other pet supermarkets I've been to and they let other people interact with these animals freely, letting you decide on which one you like best and also they have a variety of animals to choose from and even a dog bath. I hope I can work here one day. :)
