I finally found the most perfect salon for my precious fur baby. Most notable is the people who work there. My ZsaZsa knows when she is going there and acts very excited to see the people she loves. She gets groomed with excellent expertise and excellent products.Their system of having play areas for the dogs to interact with one another before grooming is definitely a wonderful idea which helps reduce the dogs may be experiencing. Once you meet Ignacio and Sharon you’ll never have to worry about your pet’s comfort and safety.

Unfortunately I had to take this matter into google reviews only because the owner never responded. I’ve been boarding my dog here for about six months & trust with the owner. My dog loved him, never had a problem. I left him for the entire weekend last week, arrived late afternoon to pick him up, the doors were locked, lights were off, & I heard dog barks and crying from the back inside the facility. I called numerous times to no answer. Luckily another client was outside waiting to pickup his dog, told me he spoke with the owner and someone will come to open the doors. After 20 minutes, a woman shows up, & somewhat hesitated to let me in. She told me to wait. When she brought my dog, she gave me his food & blanket & told me I don’t need to pay and the owner will discuss payment with me due to him being in the hospital. I noticed the bag of food I brought for him, with three rawhide bones, was still full in the bag as if it had never been touched. She then told me to feed him when I get home because he didn’t eat. As I leave, I noticed my dog starts limping. I examine his body and find he has dry blood all over his chest and his paw had a big open wound. $250 later at the emergency vet, he is now on antibiotics for two weeks. The vet stated he was burned and this happened from neglect. I reached out to the owner immediately, called the business three times and left a voicemail. I get an immediate text message right after from the owner saying that he’s in the hospital and cannot speak. I send him photos and he asks if he can get back to me the next day. I haven’t heard back since. I just find all of this very coincidental as the woman tells me not to pay, the owner is suddenly in the hospital, and the bag of food was full since the day I brought it. Something happened during boarding and they are hiding it from me because they know they’re at fault. The best part, I didn’t even get an apology.

Worst place ever! They did not follow the instructions for the cut, they did what they want. I sent them photos and told him how I wanted the cutout to be, they did the worst cut. I moved near the area I tried in that place but Im never taking Prada again to that “grooming”. I am very jealous with Prada and if you pay for a service it is not to have a bad time and see a job that is totally different from what you asked for. In the pictures you can tell how bad is this work.

My little fury son has been groomed and housed by Pet Poodle for 8 years. My fury son is well taken care of and staff care so much about fury pets. It give me piece of mind knowing that he is well care for when I have to go away for several days. Pets are always checked before entering the resort. My dog love daycare he gets to play with his friends and by the end of the day he is so tried and ready to go home. Great place to take your fury child.

Pet Poodle Resort and Spa is the finest and most caring place for your pet.The facility is fabulous! Fun for the pets and their owners.Our dogs have been well cared for and very happy when they attend Day Care, Boarding, and have had excellent grooming experiences.Pet Poodle is extremely clean and professionally run. The staff is well trained and kind.The owner is thorough, detailed, honest, and knowledgeable. Pet Poodle and Helen have been a second home and family to our dogs and to us for over 5 years.Every business owner should be as passionate and reliable.

I remember the first day I brought my Jewel to meet Helen (owner). I was impressed by Jewel and Helen’s immediate chemistry. It did not take long for me to understand , Helen is all about the caring, health and loving of each and every one of her dogs. Details details details are important to Helen for the individual care and well being of our fur children. Helen and her staff provide it. If jewel could speak for herself, she would describe her spa days filled with sunbathing and lots of hugs and kisses. I am so happy there is a Helen’s Pet Poodle that provides theses services of day care , grooming, and boarding. Thank you Helen hugs and tummy rubs Jodi and jewel

My dogs have been clients at Pet Poodle Resort and Spa for 10 years. Helen and her entire staff have been like part of our family. They love my dogs and take care of them like I do. I love that they have so much room to play around and are not caged. The spa is beautiful and the services are absolutely amazing. I feel confident to leave them here when I am out of town. I recommend Pet Poodle Resort and Spa.

I really don't like to leave a negative review on a small business but this has to be said.Against our instructions our little pup was shaved. Since then he has been dealing with hair loss and patchy growth which 3 vets have confirmed is from his grooming experience here. It makes me so sad and upset to know they did this to him without our consent.

I love this place! This place is totally zen for pets! The decorations during the holiday season is fantastic and this place is definitely all about cats and dogs. She made a kitty tunnel so the cats can run around the whole place without interfering with the dogs. This place is perfect for day care and grooming. Helen does a fantastic job with both cats and dogs. I'm so glad that my friend referred her to me.

Nitro has been visiting Pet Poodle resort and spa for 4 years. The new building and facilities are awesome. The owner and her assistants love their customers and take such good care of them. All four legged customers are happy campers. After a day of grooming and day care, my Nitro can’t wait to go back again and play and socialize with all his friends.

She doesn't like nervous dogs and dogs that are not neutered or spayed she's against breeders. She's very rude. I left before I ended up in an argument with her. I wish I didn't waste my gas and time going there. Just letting you all know before it happens to you. The environment was also uncomfortable especially with her attitude, my puppy and I didn't feel welcomed. No stars for this place. But obviously I had to rate at least 1, so I can write a review.

I am so happy to share my experience with PET POODLE RESORT AND SPA. I feel like it would be selfish to keep it to myself as it has been so positive. I moved to Aventura in the Summer of 2016 with my dog Bijou (Havanese) from Louisiana. The move was very stressful for both of us and I needed to find a great place for Bijou to go play with furry friends during the day or have sleep over as needed.It was very important that the place met some criteria I had set up: PROFESSIONAL, CLEAN, COMPETENT, LOVING and SAFE. In the process I visited several places in the area including around Miami and Broward. After thorough review the decision was easy: PET POODLE RESORT AND SPA met all the criteria and more.Almost 4 years later I never regretted my decision and came to love the place more and more. It delivers MORE and PLUS. it has become a second home for Bijou for: DAY CARE, GROOMING AND BOARDING.The place smellS good, not that chemical smell common to most doggy day care, the dogs are free to go in and out to the park like secure back yard. I have never seen a dog in a kennel there. They listen to Helen who sometimes can bribe them with delicious FORZA treats kept in a crystal bowl.As a "lagniappe", often we the parents are taught some clever tricks to make our furry kids more adorable companion. I know I have learn a lot about caring for dogs just by bringing Bijou there.Of course I can't end without mentioning the special customized videos you get featuring your pet for special holidays or JUST BECAUSE or when the dogs are boarding.For all the Hollidays the place is decorated like a magic palace and can really change you mood.Thank you Helen and staff for the outstanding, excellent place you are providing for our fury kids and making us feel so welcome and special.

She is so rude. Pulled my dog everywhere saying "i need her to be more calm"Also said "do you know how much money i make here? If your dog ever bite me, you can not afford the money and your butt will be ending up in jail" first of all, my dog wasnt going to bite and second, i do not give a single poop about how much she makes.So so so rude and makes no sense👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

My dog was killed by another dog there. Ignacio did not call my wife until the next day. Poor supervision and dirty. This is a terrible place that needs to be shut down. STAY AWAY !!!!!!

I will recommend it. I leave my dog when I have multiple things to do, and I can't take her with me, they take good care of her and when I pick her up she is so happy.

If you want your dog to get killed while you're away on vacations this is the place and after your dog gets kills they don't give you nothing to compensate.
