I've been going to Pet Lounge daycare for 2 years now and its still an awesome place with amazing owners! Roly had my boy Sam since he was 4 months old when I had to go back to work after lockdown. It was so nice to see they posted photos throughout the day on FB to see how your dogs are doing. He takes the time to understand their personalities and tendencies. When I inherited my Abuelas Chihuahua Mix, I advised him she is a tough one (Barky and anxious) - but with love and patience, he was able to win her heart over. Truly a rare establishment that puts quality over quantity as they ensure to never accept too many dogs. You'll LOVE this place!

If you are looking for a place for your dog that is clean, trust worthy and are treated like family, you have found your place! Roly and his staff are fantastic. Pet lounge is a cozy, loving, warm environment where your fur babies are treated like royalty. We have been taking both our French bulldogs for over 3 years and they love it. Whether it's for day care, or boarding, you will be very happy taking your pups here.

I can not say enough great things about Pet Lounge, Roly and Paola. My wife and I love our dog like our child. We visited literally every dog day care/boarding from south beach to Boca and NO ONE will take better care of your dog than Roly. There is no better feeling then having the piece of mind mind that your dog is safe, well cared for and having fun. When we travel this is the only place we’d ever feel safe leaving her. Roly and his staff are incredible. We are so thankful we found them!! Thank you Roly!

We have brought our Miniature Pinscher to daycare and hotel stays for over 5 years and we wouldn’t even think about going anywhere else. We can leave her and go on vacation and not even worry if she’s being taken care of. She is friends with all of the big dogs and little dogs and is exhausted at the end of they day when she goes. The owners and staff are absolutely amazing and I will recommend Pet Lounge to anyone look to board or do daycare with their dogs. Simply the best!

The BEST!First of all the space is cute, modern and clean! Roli even puts on Paw Patrol for the dogs :) My dog used to be traumatized after other groomers, but here he's happy and tail wagging! Roli and his staff have the utmost patience for the dogs and let them aclimate for time before their grooming to make them calm and comfortable.We also love the hotel option, it's always hard leaving your pet while on a trip but at least knowing they're well cared for and comfortable (in comfy beds and dog teepes) instead of the standard tiny small cage, makes it so much easier.We love Pet Lounge!

When I was looking for a place for my baby, I looked at various places and was not satisfied until I found Pet Lounge Hotel. They are a small place, but they keep the place very clean, never smells. Roly and Paola are very caring with all the pets. They are always posting pictures of the pets days throughout the week . I have an Italian Greyhound who is super hyper, when my baby comes home, every day she is calm and ready to share her love with us. I also used their boarding, while Gia stayed for boarding, they would make sure to put her pajamas on everyday along with eating her food. Thank you Pet Lounge 🐕‍ 🐾

We have two rescue German Shepard mixes. They are young and high energy so they require a ton of play time and attention. They absolutely love going to Pet Lounge for daycare. The facility is immaculate and the owner provides excellent care. We recently boarded them there for a week and they did great. It is a wonderful feeling to know your dogs are in good hands under Roly's care. I would highly recommend Pet Lounge for daycare and boarding, we are extremely picky and this place is by far the best we have found in Miami.

I am so happy I finally took my dog to Pet Lounge!! They did a great job leaving her ultra clean and with the hair shining like never before but also got her so socialize with other dogs in a controlled environment.Roly is so knowledgeable and handles dogs like a total pro! My dog is shy and not always friendly with other dogs and he sent me pictures of her being a completely different dog! Lol!Now I am so happy to know that every time she goes there will be some time of hanging out with other dogs without me panicking because I am not sure how to handle it.I can’t recommend the place enough!! Is also so pretty and clean! They are doing an amazing job!!

The best! We moved from Massachusetts and loved our daycare there. It was hard finding another crate free daycare with the same approach (small groups, proper screening for behavior) and the Pet Lounge is it! Our Boston Terrier looooves it. We always know we can drop him off and not worry about anything.

As a first time pup owner I was very nervous about leaving my furbaby alone since I had to leave town. I googled and research a ton of different locations and came across Pet Lounge Miami. Not only did Pet Lounge Miami assure me that she would be loved and cared for, they also sent me updated photos of the adventures of my Luna. The BEST and most ADORABLE dog lounge. The service is outstanding, and the accommodations for the dogs definitely lives up to its name!

The Pet Lounge is amazing! I have a 12 year old Boxer, that was not used to staying in a kennel. I recently moved to Miami and travel often for work. I began bringing Raisin to daycare at The Pet Lounge as a trial to see how she would adjust. She loved it so much that I had no hesitation to bring her for overnight stays. Everyone was very sweet with her. Roly treated her like she was his own dog. He took the time to understand all of her needs, her personality and to comfort me that Raisin would feel like she was “home”. During one of her stays, I was traveling for work and Roly noticed that Raisin seemed a bit anxious. He stayed after closing hours with her to ensure she was ok. He called me immediately and took my call late in the evening when I checked on her. He is very attentive, loving, honest and kind. The facility is extremely clean and super comfortable for my dog. I am grateful for Roly and everyone at The Pet Lounge, Raisin’s home away from home!

Roly, the owner, was fantastic! My parents are elderly and needed to travel so I Called Roly on their behalf for a quote and he called right back. He also went to the house to meet our dog and our dog was so excited. They clicked right away. Which was a great sign. He has the ability to separate your dog based on temperament and he has a great team of folks who post pictures of your fur baby playing throughout the day. They also don't take aggressive dogs so that was a relief. We are beyond elated that the Pet Lounge is such a clean and inviting facility. It is not like some places who just want your money but don't truly care about the environment your dog has to live in. I encourage you to use their services for doggie daycare too. I'm really impressed by their service.(please let me know if this was helpful)

I recommend Pet Lounge 100%. I had a great experience when I left my dog Rocky for boarding during 1 week. The place has great energy but most important is super clean and the owners are very nice and you can see they really love dogs. We have used Petlounge for many years and to say that our dog loves it there and is comfortable there is an understatement they treat every dog as if it were their own they provide great daycare services as well as overnight days… They work with your schedule… They also provide amazing spa and grooming services !!!

I love pet lounge! Its our dogs home away from home! Cage free, tons of activities! The owners are sonkind, true dog people ! They post on their Facebook and Instagram page so you can see what’s going on with your dog during the day! The prices are some of the best in town! It’s not like one of those crazy daycare‘s or dog hotels where they overbook to pack dogs in they are extremely responsible with the amount of dogs that they take in so they can give proper care and attention to each canine.My dog been going there for six years and will never go anywhere else it’s the best in Miami!!!

Roly, the owner, is very nice and professional. I called him to ask the question many times before making a decision, and he was very helpful. My dog stay there for about 3 nights, and she came home with a cute haircut ever! The place is very tidy with 2 big screen tvs for the puppy to watch. Plus, there are sofas for them to lay on. I highly recommend this place. Ps. Thank you Roly for taking care of Honey. :)

This is by far the best place I’ve ever boarded my dog. The owner is super friendly and takes great care of us when we come in. My dog literally didn’t want to leave, and based on the photos he had a great time. Very good prices too.
