Love this place! A beautiful location with professional staff. Took my girls for a teeth cleaning and they were great. Not to mention all the cool accessories and treats they carry. Perfect to spoil your fur babies.Would recommend this place 10/10.

We have a Belgian Malinois named Rocky and we had a bad experience at another boarding place and he was kind of traumatized but here at Pepe Le Pouch he is just always so happy when he gets there, we take him for boarding several days and he always comes so happy and clean, I loved how they always groomed him, they have like an special shampoo made by the owner that makes his hair so soft… the owners are wonderful people and with a lot of knowledge on every breed… all the staff are really friendly, unlikely other places where even my dog refuses to enter !!!! Just give them the opportunity and you will see the results !!!

I have been debating writing this review for a while, but ultimately decided I have to. We had been taking my dog here for about 2 years. All was going well aside from how long it would take from drop off to pickup. I went to pick up my dog and the male groomer told me “she was a bit of a bother today”. I thought nothing of it and took her home. When I got home, I had discovered that on the back of both of her hind legs she was cut up. And not just a little cut. Long rectangular like strips on the back of her legs. I was absolutely horrified. I will never bring my dog here ever again and will warn others not to take your dog here. All it takes is one bad experience.

I had high expectations about this place but my experience was not the best. I left my dog for 6 days there expecting messages and photos daily to get updates about him, his meds and food. Was his first time away from family. I had to call them multiple times to ask for pics or updates and the answers were “we will send you photos right after this call” and they never did that. during 6 days I just got a blurry pic 2 days after my call and 1 extra the day I landed. They never reply my emails and I had horrible vacations cuz all the time thinking about my dog. I definitely will not use this place for hotel anymore and will not recommend this service.

Our small breed dog was severely butchered here by whomever groomed him. I have gone back twice to speak with the manager/owner but have not been able to even see her she is never there and did not return a phone call. This is not an attempt to trash a place. We had heard good things about this place from one of our neighbors. That was not our experience and they even cut a piece of the ear at the tip off. Our dog is 7 lbs and there is no excuse. Consider this a fair warning.

I have been a customer at Pepe le Pooche for over 8 years now and take all three of my fur babies there to be groomed by Lourdes. I have a cocker spaniel, cavalier king charles and a mini goldendoogle. All needing constant grooming. I have also used their boarding service plenty of times over the years and have always felt at peace knowing they are being taken care of. Lourdes has been the only person to groom my dogs. She is not only a great groomer, but so loving with my fur babies. She truly enjoys her work. Would highly recommend their services.

We had been customers for two years until today. I took my dog, a Shiba Inu, for his regular bath and they suggested to do grooming since he was shedding a lot, I accepted but gave the groomer specific instructions and said repetitively not to cut his coat so much just a little bit. When I picked him up, he looked a completely different dog or breed! They cut all his coat, almost to the skin. He’s feeling very uncomfortable liking himself all over! Please don’t trust these people, they do not know what they’re doing!

I take my dog there for doggy daycare. When I pick him up, he's always happy & a little tired which is what I expect. I've also done the baths which I've never had an issue. The owners & everyone there is awesome! I would recommend

This was my second time bringing my dog for a weekend boarding, and I was extremely disappointed. Picking our pup up he had to use the bathroom so bad he couldn’t even make it two feet out of the door before he ended up going in the middle of the street making us wonder how often they let the dogs out.Then a few days later we found out he got kennel cough and I understand things happen but now looking back they never asked us for shot/vet records to make sure everything was up to date so who knows if the dogs at the facility are properly vaccinated. Definitely will not be taking him back there.

I decided to take my dog to this groomer since it was very close to my house. It looked clean, had decent reviews and they sounded nice over the phone. They were ok for a few months before the experiences became a nightmare. I have a very anxious 2 year old golden retriever. He does not like to get dried with a blow dryer, gets nervous and is very attached to us as a family. I understand he can be a handful to attend to but if they couldn't handle him they should have told us. Instead, we were told jokingly that he was "crazy" a "wild one" and the face they would put when they saw us come in the door was not welcoming. My dog went well with them the first few months until he did not even want to enter the door! I don't know if they mistreated him at some point for him to act like that or if he can just sense that they did not like him but he resisted entering the "spa" That's a bad sign! There prices fluctuate for add ons since the staff does not communicate. If your dog behaves a bit rambunctious prepare for a price increase. I would drop him off at 7:30 am get a call to pick him up until 3:30 pm at times. They blamed it on his behavior but that's just too long to have a dog there waiting. No water, no pee break. He would come home peeing and dying of thirst! Definitely not "spa" treatment. This is not the place for loving treatment. Sanitary trims were not done correctly. My dog even got a yeast infection in one of his ears from them not drying them! They want small and easy dogs not the big ones or ones with anxiety and more detailed needs. Take your pets who you love and care for elsewhere if you want them to be treated with love and attention. I have cancelled my membership and will go elsewhere. If I can give them 0 stars I would.

Terrible customer service came in to purchase food and snacks for my pet and they told me to come back later that they were at lunch . I asked if they can make an exception that it would only be a few minutes and they told me no that no one there knows how to charge me . Really bad customer service.

okay first of all I tried calling twice to make an appointment and no one answered. Then I called again the next day and no one answered again, I decided to just go to the shop and make an appointment there. Horrible customer service. Second of all, I dropped off my dog at 9:30 AM and got him back at 6:00 PM right before they close. Supposedly they said that they finished at 3:00 PM and sent me a text about it, but I never got a text nor a call and I'm sure they were lying because once I got him and carried him, he was still wet. And the owner had the audacity to give me 20% off when I paid for the grooming. My dog accidentally stepped on his own paw and whined loudly, I'm sure they hurt his paw. He was also very scared when I picked him up, and very thirsty and hungry. I've seen good reviews but me, as a first time client, had a very unpleasant experience.

I have taken my dog here since 2017. I have never had any issues until a couple months ago the groomer got soap into my dog's eye. I ended up having to spend almost $500 at the vet for medication. I have tried getting in contact with the owner now regarding this for months and have yet to receive a call back. Very disappointed considering I have paid for the Splash & Go for years now and really liked the place.

I brought my 11 lb shih tzu here for the first time today, & the haircut was great, he smelled great & everything. But when I get in the car & start checking him, he had a flea in his ear, mind you I ALWAYS check his ears and he's an inside dog who doesn't go outside or socialize with other dogs. According to the bather, he didn't have a flea when he cleaned his ears, meaning that between the time he bathed him & the time I got him back, he contracted a flea in the facility. I came back & they checked him and then the owner (I think) started denying everything instead of just owning up & apologizing. The girl at the reception was so nice & she did apologize numerous times but the owner did not. I had set my dog up for the splash & go but I'm definitely requesting my money back on that. My dog has never had any previous issues with fleas, he's only 6 months old & now his ear is all red, I can't believe this!

Unfortunately I have to write a bad review of this spa for a second time. Ownership had changed and staff as well but it has not helped with the groomers. A while back I stopped using the place when I found out my dog's glands were not being cleaned as they should have been. Realizing that ownership had changed I tried once again.. my dod had some raw spots from the trim that I was not to happy about and a week after the visit had to take my dog to the vet for an ear infection. Turns out groomer did not bother to get the hair out of his ears or clean them. Pet grooming is not just about the shape of the cut and some of these places need to do a lot better.

We have been calling the dog grooming center for over 3 months to cancel our monthly subscription with no success. We are promised by the front rep that they will speak to the owner but never return our call. We get placed on hold for over 15 minutes and ultimately hang up the phone due to long waiting times. I really don't know what else to do other than to send emails to document my efforts.
