When I arrived at Pep Boys, Jose greeted me and explained the process of inspecting my car and went over the services that I requested from them. He also disclosed the total cost of the service and the time it would take to complete it. It was completed before the estimated time. I would come back and recommend Pep Boys to my family and friends. Also, they email you a 15% discount for the service, make sure you show it to them when you arrive and for Veterans they also offer a 5% discount.

I got a screw in my tire on Easter, and every place I called was closed except these fine gentlemen. happily, they said if I brought my car in quickly, they could fix it before they closed. from the time I showed up until the time I left was 45 minutes and there was only one car ahead of me. and indeed, they fixed my flat tire and saved me a lot of grief for Monday morning, so I am very disposed towards them. it is presently under construction, so their AC is broken, and it was hot as hell in the lobby, but that's not their fault.

Took vehicle in for some different services, was able to get oil change, brake fluid change, alignment, front rotors and brake service done in fairly quick time while I waited and this was my wife's Mini which parts are not easy to come by. Service managers and techs are friendly and helpful and do not try to up sale you.

I have an older BMW, not generally supported by dealerships. I had to replace the battery and asked if they could register the battery. They said I would need to pay for the service . No problem, everyone should be paid for their time. Unfortunately, the car began to throw faults like engine light/overheating and tepid air from the ac unit. The tech did not understand that these issues were the result of the unregistered battery. I offered to show the tech evidence of these symptoms and insisted that the codes be asseses. I said fine, but if they can could troubleshoot after the battery registration. They declined. They also stated that their ODB meter could not work on my BMW. At this point I realized they did not want to be bothered. Why offer battery service if you have no intention to perform the service.So, I looked for a new shop. I found a great guy at Tech Motors. Moises is awesome. I suggest you confirm Pep Boys can register your battery to your car before making the effort to have your car serviced. You could be risking damage to your car with every mile you drive unregistered. Best of luck!

I came in on a Sunday needing a new cabin air filter after the one I had caused a smoky smell in the car earlier in the day. I was in and out in less than an hour! Luis had taken great care of me and showed me the old filter that was causing the problem. Thanks guys!

The service was Phenomenal and the prices very reasonable. Unlike my experience at Tires plus where they kept my car all day and did nothing I had asked. Pepboys shined. I purchased tires and they transferred and mounted the tires from my 2003 Trailblazer to my 2006. Balanced and aligned plus a complete check of my 2006 in a couple hours on Easter Sunday no less. She looks and drive awesome. Thanks Sebastian and Antonio. Definitely returning in the future. You guys rock

Good service, I was able to come in early. I received my car back in about an hour and a half which was a plus for me. But when I came back to pick up my car I had damages to all 4 of my wheels. Nobody inspected my car before service and I even made a point to let them know I had previous damage from curb rash and nothing was noted. Now I'm stuck with 4 damaged wheels and no resolution. Be mindful.

Guy doing the repair spent more time complaining than doing the tire change. Complaining about the car being too low to the ground and then he was putting the tires on the rims was complaining because it was too hard to do. Also my wheels are all scratched now

Beware! These people will try to sale you additional products, if you don't agree they will cause damage. I was there to install 2 tires, realized my phones had been left in truck. Proceeded to go find my truck to retrieve my phones and truck was missing for 20 minutes. Not at the bay and not at parking lot. I talked to the manager, told him there was no reason to take my truck for 20min. Today my truck stopped on me in the middle of the Everglades! I am very vigilant of my truck and only take to one mechanic in particular. Only go to Pepboys for tires. These people are dishonest and have caused me great trouble today, truck leaving me stranded in a dangerous path to my home in Naples.

Beware of these mechanics, I went there early this week or regular service maintenance for Oil change. Mechanics forgot to close the oil cap on my vehicle and when I drove off I started hearing some weird sounds in my inside of my cabin air started smelling oil good thing is it didn’t do much damage and all that but that’s something that they should figure before they even turn in the car back to the customer. It’s so sad that a big company you were saying you’ll be in good hands leaving your car for those mechanics fix your car.

How is that possible? I got oil change without oil change?! They drained the old oil and forgot to fill in new oil but did not forget to charge me. Yesterday I “got the service done” and today when I turned on the car it showed an error about low oil level. We opened the hood to check the oil and there was no oil.

Horrible customer service I set up an appointment for 12:30 pm I came at 11:15 pm is 1:21 and my car still outside don’t do an appointment online because is a lost of time they go by a list who ever come first! Appointment don’t matter, I will never come back to this store anymore

On Thursday, 8/24/23 I had an appointment to do my brakes. When I left I had to get 2 new tires and the brake in the back was bad. The front brakes were 40% good. When I got home I realized that the mechanic forgot to give me the key for the tires. When I was driving back I noticed that the car was worse the brakes were making the deplorable noise again. I went back to Pep Boys and Jorge that was taking care of me before spoke with the mechanic. The mechanic told me that he was sorry that he did not check the back of the brakes. I was in shock he was careless. I end up getting brakes in the front and a oil change, because when I was leaving Jorge forgot to tell me that I need an oil change. I was very unhappy with the bill. 2 new tires, brakes in the front of back, oil change and brake fluid around $900. I still do not understand why I was charge for labor twice. I was told that they had to do it. Unbelievable. Why because I'm a female. Last time I go there. Jorge was nice but at the beginning when he was talking me in Spanish really fast I told him excuse me. He roll his eyes. We are in US speak English first. Not a happy customer. Not going back.
