Today took the car in for breaks to be changed, ( took 3 hours) same breaks I brought the car in so they can change 3 weeks ago, & they didn’t change. When I picked up vehicle today, & drove it, it started making a weird sound it never made before. Literally missed a whole morning of work and some of my afternoon hours gone. Also took the car in because the plastic on the bottom was dangling and two days later it’s dangling again scraping the floor when I drive, they never fixed it! I’m so frustrated with these mechanics, not coming here again! Customer service is great, but the work of the mechanics is not.

Had an appointment for 9 AM to change tires was informed it needed alignment. The guy helping me walked away came back for a second then disappeared. His coworker grabbed the paperwork and told me I was all done. I told him they had not done the alignment, he told me they did. I explained I’ve been looking at the car the hole time. He got the mechanic who completed what was necessary on the computer to get the job done. They completed the alignment, I went back inside the original worker was still no where to be found. Horrible experience, I didn’t get out of there till 11:30.

They tried to up sell me on services that my car didn't need for another 20,000 miles. And their "cheapest" tires were twice as much as tires I have purchased in the past. My appointment didn't matter, I still had to wait an hour for my car to be seen.

Lacking customer service. All staff eating . While the staff assisted us he never stop eating, talking with full mouth. The rest of the staff provided satisfactory service. Another good area is are open 7 days of the week.

Service was fine. Nothing out of this world but also not bad. Takes a little longer than I would like but it's fine. I come on for an oil change leave the car here and do errands then come back and get it. I understand this might not be possible for everybody but for me it works. There's nothing extraordinary about this pep boys but also no complains.

Highly recommend you go somewhere else but here. I Purchased a small cargo van used and it took it here so that they can check everything out and make sure it was in good working condition. I asked them to check all the fluids and run an engine diagnostics and anything else they thought needed to be done. They called me back and told me that all it needed was a tire alignment and a three step oil cleaning. I picked it up the following day and that night one of the tires came loose from the tire rod. Because a pin was missing from both tires. I had it towed back and they say they had nothing to do with that but what a coincidence they do a tire alignment and the tires mess up. I also told them that there was something leaking which they failed to catch. They called me and said the leak was transmission fluid and they fixed the leak. Four days later, the car starts making awkward vibrations. When gears are changing, I took it to another mechanic, and they told me that the transmission fluid was empty And Pep Boys may have fixed the leak, but did not ref the transmission fluid. I honestly do not know what they did but I really recommend anyone to go somewhere else.

Came in a bit late because I was busy and have a trip tomorrow. Even though I was “that guy”, Noe was very friendly and helpful. Took my Jaguar XJ in for an oil change and a transmission fluid change. They couldn’t change the transmission fluid but they did do change the oil. That car is a pain for maintenance but Noe did a good job and I appreciate his service

just passing by here to let you know who lea this manager customers that the senor hector of this shop only knows how to cojer the phone does not know a price does not know anything please rate his employees please,the gentleman I ask him price for changing brake disc and pills and doesn't know the estimate says that the mechanic when he takes the car is the one who gives the estimate 🙄please don't answer the phone anymore pleaseeeeee

I won’t be coming back here. Not sure what’s the purpose of even making an appointment. I had an appointment at 12, showed up at 1145 and They didn’t even start working on my car until 1 pm.It took almost 3 hours for an oil change and two new tires. No one is in a rush to work on your car and the customer service needs work. The waiting area has a handful of chairs and one TV.There are one or two good mechanics, who are friendly and knowledgeable but it’s a random draw who you will get to work on your car.It takes way too long for basic services.

Don’t waist your time here… Quick to charge you but slow to resolve their own “problems”… 48 hrs after my tires arrives because the machine is broken and then when ask about refund for prepaid services I’m told to wait again until they decided to offer a solution more than “wait” … spent your money with better customer service experience

I called to see if I can get a tire and they told me that they wouldn’t be able to help because they’re about to close. I’m Literally down the street with a pop tire. Terrible customer service.

While the service Advisor was courteous and professional, they did not repair my tire as requested. Also, I asked that they put my spare on the back of the Jeep on the vehicle which they did but didn’t bother to check air pressure.

I made an appointment here to get new tires and an alignment on my 2016 Honda accord, I was called an hour later after dropping off my car to be told my car was ready. When I get there nothing was done to my car, they claimed they did the alignment but my old tires was still on my vehicle. They guy apologized and took the car back to the back to put on the tires. When I left my car was veering to the right co.e to find out my.alignmemt was not done either but unfortunately the alignment technician was gone for the day.... so I had to bring my car back the next day. Instead of trying to make there customer happy for there mess up I was told that's the whole reason I have warranty. My time was wasted and I will never bring my business back here, I'd rather go to firestone

This is the kind of car service that people look for honesty and dependability. a lot of people fear taking their car to a mechanic in fear of them ripping them off. Needless to say I will be bringing my car back to get serviced again. And there's free coffee as well.

This review is not about service or the employees. They have good service overall. I'm talking about the prices. 117$ plus taxes and fees for an oil and filter change? For a hyundai elantra 2018. Hardly an expensive oil cost 40$, and hardly an oil filter cost 10$ (retail price). Imagine how much pep boys pays for these items when bought wholesale. 70$ for labor is abusive.....VERY DISSAPOINTED

My experience at this pep boys location was horrible. The staff argued with the customers. The shop mechanic was extremely unprofessional and had a bad attitude. He is not fit to work in a customer service environment. The manager doesn't seem to have a care in the world about the customers feedback. I personally witnessed a lady trying to vent to him and he was basically ignoring her. It was so bad that I ended up taking my car someone else to get it serviced. I highly recommend that you go elsewhere.

So this place mediocre at best. I have gone to this place multiple times and never get my job done right. Usually takes a few times going back to the place to get the original job done right. I took it for brakes pad replacement and the vehicle was squeaking and felt vibration after paying for their “premium” brakes. Then afterwards i went in for alignment and the car was still having the same problem. Took them 3 times to get the alignment right.
