I bought my baby Indian ring necks from them! Prices are great and the owners are awesome! They helped me even after I took the babies home . I am currently feeding them and they are doing great!

I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had at this bird store. My daughter had saved up for a ringneck but unfortunately, the baby bird passed away unexpectedly less than two weeks later after paying $500 for the bird. The store had given us instructions to syringe feed the bird twice a day with a long rubber syringe, which we did. However, we later found out that this caused the bird's lungs to drown and resulted in a fatal reaction. The store had neglected to inform us of this, or lack of knowledge which ultimately resulted in the loss of our bird.When we returned to the store hoping to get a replacement, they wanted to charge us full price for another ringneck. This was extremely upsetting and led us to search for other options. We eventually found the Aviary Bird shop off S Dixie hwy, where we were educated on proper bird care and were provided with a healthy ringneck that was professionally fed and cared for until it was ready to eat on its own and come home.I would highly advise against dealing with this pet store and recommend seeking out other reputable bird shops like Aviary. This experience has left my daughter devastated and myself extremely disappointed in their lack of care and professionalism.

This pet shop is okay for getting what you need. They usually have a decent stock. I don’t like that they charge you extra money. They put some type of fee on top of state taxes. So even if the prices are fair, they charge you more money somehow and don’t explain why. I only go here when I really need to but I try to avoid it.

These people make you feel like family. Prices are great and so are the conversations never a dull moment with the owners of this place. I can actually say I love them LOL I look forward to seeing them every time I go. As a matter of fact I have to go pick up dog food today.
