This place is the best! My 93 lbs Golden Doodle has been coming here for more than 1 year now and we love how they do his grooming and how friendly they are. They are the only ones that have been able to keep his hair smooth and untangle for so long. I have recommended them to friends and they all love this place too :)

I have been on a quest to find a spa for my Shih Ztu for over a year now, and I have finally found the right one.Palace Pet Grooming is family owned, they’re so attentive to what you would like done, and what’s important to you, and your fur baby. She never acted right after being at the groomers. However from the moment you in walk in the Palace Pet Grooming you get the feeling you’re in good hands, they ask all the right questions, and for any photos you would like your fur baby to look at the end, also specific things you like them to pay special attention to, I am a hairstylist and extremely picky, so I look for details, and how well they have been executed.I recommend the Palace Pet Grooming to anyone that is looking for a groomer that is not over price and dose a brilliant job on your fur baby, but with love.Lonny A Cape’

What a professional and great grooming location. Staff was very receptive and nice; I felt at ease leaving my baby for her full grooming! I absolutely loved how attentive they were and I think the final result speaks for itself. April is very happy with her new haircut, as you can see. Will definitely be a regular here from now on!

I called and they where able to accommodate me on the same day, staff was friendly and they left my dog clean and even called and alerted me when they noticed an infection in my dogs ear. I wouldn't have noticed if not for them, very nice people

I bring my multi-poo to the Palace every couple of months when she starts looking homeless! They quickly turned her into a princess! They are so nice and very professional and reasonable. Would you believe she’s 15?

Horrible service. My dog was kept in a cage all day from 10 am, to be serviced at 5pm. Since that day my golden doodle is suffering from a bad ear infection, because they did not dry her ears correctly. Don’t bring your pet here!

Me and my father use this grooming place and we absolutely love it!!!! We have a dog little as a 5 lb yorkie, and big as a standard poodle, and they never disappoint! excellent customer service and you can tell they truly love their job! Thank you for being so gentle with our fur babies

The owners are nice people and provide great customer service but the grooming has gone downhill the last couple of times I’ve dropped off my Mini Golden Doodle. They completely ruined his face today!

Took her on Saturday to get groomed, uneven cuts and cuts all over her body. Also she woke up on Sunday with severe diarrhea & vomiting. Took her the vet on Monday, she tested positive for Parvo. She’s not an outside dog & the only place she was was at this groomer. Never again. If you took your dog on 2/26 have them checked. Now I have a huge vet bill because of their negligence and my dog is sick.

Extremely upset took my yorkie Jazzy to this place for the first time. I was very specific when telling them exactly what I wanted done on my dog I repeat it more than one time I only wanted her face cleaned up and her body only a trim The receptionist even showed me they would only be cutting 2 inches from her length of her hair my dog had beautiful long silky golden blonde hair until these groomers cut her hair with a clippers, leaving her with uneven and almost with no hair !! What makes me even more upset is that I sent them pictures of what I wanted. When I picked her up and Told the Receptionist that that’s not what I wanted she didn’t even say she was sorry she acted like it was OK. Not caring how upset I was !!! Be carful if you have a dog that requires professional groomers. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!!

been going to this dog groomers for a while now Living all the way from Homestead . They gave me a rewards card by your 7th visit you’ll receive a 50% off on any service. I always get full grooming for my girl. Mind you on my last visit which was today they Denied the last rewards and lied saying “that card ended last year before the pandemic started ! Funny how I’ve gone to this groomers this whole year and not once they mention about this card being expired ! They literally waited until today . Super bother by the service they give, especially when your a repeated customer . Shame on them ! I’m sure I wasn’t the only one they scammed !
