This place is great! The staff is awesome! I was looking for a particular breed in a specific color and when I called asking about one puppy I saw online she was already gone. Stefany assured me that she could get us the puppy we were looking for and she did! We’re in love with our mini Aussie Kaya! The service here is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! Thank you Stefany for everything!!

What can I say Andrea was super helpful.. and most importantly patient. She listened to all my concerns and helped me every which way she could so I could leave home with my cavpoo. When I tell you this is the best experience. The establishment is super clean.

I was looking all over for a Cockapoo for my two kids and did not have a good experience until I found Nessy’s. I called when I saw their available puppies online and Andrea was so nice and helpful over the phone. Usually other places told me the puppies were already sold by the time I got there. Andrea made the process so simple and easy. Andrea was organized and thorough. We are so happy with our experience.

Great service, amazing people. This shop is wonderful. they have many dogs, they thoroughly explain everything to you. They offer financing and most importantly they treat you like people. Stefany Mendoza is the person that helped me and I have to say that she is amazing. I was in contact with her for 3 days and she explained everything and was extremely helpful.

Customer service at Nessy is incredible. As soon as you get in the store you feel welcome. You can tell puppies are well take care of by them. Puppies seem happy. The store make sure every puppy are having fun, have all their food on time and vaccinations. I have no regrets of making my purchase at Nessy Puppies. After losing my 16 year old pup I was devastated. I went to Nessy's just to look. I ended taking my new little Yorkie home. Carlos was awesome in making the whole process seamless. He insisted I take the puppy the next day to their vet. She received all the care & meds needed on their tab. She's doing great. Carlos was awesome & the vet was very good. I decided to stay with them for her care.

Hands down best place to get your new puppy from. I was looking for a difficult breed to find and Stefany reached out to me and did everything possible to make sure I found the perfect pup and kept me updated through out the whole process. When I picked up the pup I was helped by Carlos who also has amazing customer service the people here really are the best and try to make a stressful experience a smooth one. This is the second pup that I get from here and I seriously can’t recommend them enough.
