I love that this place is 24 hours 7 days a week. I have never seen it close. Not even on holidays so you can always stop by to buy whatever you missed in that grocery shopping or for a midnight craving. I don’t recommend doing a whole shop here since is more expensive than any regular store

This review is not for the store but for the online system This week I have not been able to see the weekly online magazine. I don't know if they permanently removed the option or if it's a mistake. The fact is that since 2020, when the flyers stopped arriving in my mailbox, this one is wonderful for me because every Wednesday morning, I check the offers of the week without having to go to the store for the flyer but I have been there for two days trying in vain. The magazine is not on the website, the option disappeared!!! It is a great disappointment and I find this treatment of Navarro's loyal lifelong customers very unfair.

Today 4/9/24 I went to Navarros to purchase 3 cans of Baby formula. When I got to the lane to purchase there was only 2 cashiers. At 1030 pm that is understood. However both cashiers were busy assisting one customer with 4 shopping carts filled with merchandise. A manager should have used common sense and allowed one cashier to be available for the other customers which at that time were 6 including me. So they realized people were getting frustrated waiting for over 20 mins. And they called some lady in the back Namida. So these two men are in front of me they are having their purchase wrung up, and half way through the purchase decide to leave the register with the cashier to the back of the store to continue shopping while other customers are waiting. They took over 5 minutes snd when he returned he found it amusing that everyone was frustrated waiting so he laughed. I told him you should have done your shopping before you come to the line so that others don't have to wait for you. NAMIDA GETS INVOLVED RATHER THEN WORK AND MIND HER BUSINESS CAUSE SHE SHOULD NOT HAVE LEFT THE REGISTER UNATTENDED TO GO SHOP WITH A CUSTOMER. NOR ENCOURAGE THE MAN TO ARGUE WITH ME THEN SHE SAYS OH YOU NEED TO HAVE PATIENCE CAUSE I HAVE PATIENCE FOR ALL OF YOU. I COULD CLOSE THE REGISTER AND GO BACK TO FINISH DOING MY OTHER WORK. MAKING IT SEEM AS THOUGH SHE WAS DOING THE CUSTOMERS A FAVOR. SO WHEN SHE FINISHES RINGING HIM UP TAKING HER TIME. SHE TELLS ME NOW YOU HAVE TO WAIT AGAIN CAUSE HIS FRIEND NOW NEEDS MY HELP AND IM GOING TO CLOSE THE REGISTER TO GO HELP HIM. NOW YOU WILL WAIT AGAIN. SHE LEFT LAUGHING CAUSE SHE WAS FLIRTING WITH THESE MEN AND HAD NO CONCERN THAT SHE WAS LEAVING THE REGISTER UNATTENDED WITH NOW 6 OTHER CUSTOMERS WAITING BEHIND ME. I LEFT THE ITEMS I WAITED 35MINUTES TO PURCHASE AND WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS STORE. I HAVE LIVED IN CORAL GABLES FOR OVER 40 YEARS AND NEVER ENCOUNTERED SUCH TACKY DISREGARD FOR THE VERY PATRONS THAT PRIVIDE YOU A PAYCHECK. THIS IS PRECISELY WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE VOLUME OF IMMIGRANTS THAT COME HERE AND HAVE NO SENSE OF PROFESIONAL ETHICS AND HAVE TOTAL DISREGARD FOR POLICIES AND BASIC MANNERS. THIS STORE NEEDS TO ADDRESS THE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM WITH THIS NASTY NAMIDA LADY AND TELL HER TO GO FLIRT AT A BAR NOT AT WORK!!!

I'm always shopping here for literally everything and they have amazing deals and amazing service . Some of the sale and clearance prices are really outstanding, can find clothes to gifts to great makeup selection and medicine and good priced hair care as well . Even quick little grocery items are found easily available. Their store hours are also very helpful. Good price on alcohol too , way better than supermarket prices usually. They also have a booth for lotto too and a pharmacy. For the holidays and seasons they always decorate beautifully and are well stocked .

This place is labeled as cvs and it is, but most of their staff don’t know that! They also like to demean you for wanting to speak English instead of Spanish. Go figure! In America! Belka was particularly poorly equipped to handle customers as when asked for the manager to help (seeing as she didn’t have the brain power to understand price matching) she called a guy who was not working that day who decided to enjoy his free time at his place of employment. Said guy also didn’t understand basic math or customer service skills and walked away. Then, at long last, the on duty manager came and within moments resolved my issue! Imagine that! So no, I do not recommend Navarro pharmacy. The only discount is in the cashiers’ brain function and customer satisfaction.

Customer service is lacking in the pharmacy. I was there about 15 to 20 minutes. 3 people in the pharmacy and I was the only one in line. I asked one of the ladies to help me, she told me that someone would be helping me soon. Not sure how that someone wold have know I was there because she stepped away to chit chat with another pharmacy worker with informing anyone I was waiting.

I arrived from out town and was driving through8 street and 40 th Avenue, I pulled in and to my satisfaction the first person I encountered was a cashier ( Mayra Garcia) either she was getting off or taking a break, I asked her where to find what I was looking for, she took me to the isle and reached out for the product, furthermore she explained the difference between one product and the other and the way to use it. I am very satisfied with the experience encountered on my first visit to the store on a new city first visited.

Pharmacy has been decadent in customer service. There was a mistake in my prescription that I haven't noticed, I guess the male "supervisor" was very rude. Changing my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

The customer service, in special Mileni Nunez is very rude, no charismatic and very unprofessional Her behavior us a customer service is not positive.I don’t understand how people like this don’t appreciate the opportunity to work in Navarro. She works in customer service but she is extremely sarcastic.Bad days every body have it but is not the first time and also how she talked about other clients in front of others that is very disrespectful. Also about her coworkers.I went at Navarro at 4:30 pm on June 4I put all this information to let you know exactly about who I am talking about .I hope managers read this. Because for people like this I can not leave five start. In the other hand I want to say thank you to Fabio ( supervisor) because he was the opposite. He was kind and very professional he deserve five starts for having to work with people with very low professional level. I feel very disappointed.😡😡

I love Navarro, although it has changed a lot throughout the years and I miss the mom and pop store feeling from back then. You can always find unique products and Latin brands you can't find at other pharmacies. Don't forget to check their fragrance section, great selection of high end colognes and perfumes.

This place was a life saver. Traveling and forget my phone charger. Went into the store after midnight local time. Found what I was looking for but the item was not priced. The staff was happy to stop re-stocking and get me a price. Really good customer service here.

The staff at this location or super-friendly at least in the general store. The store is practically everything you needed is three times the size of a regular CVS and it has a whole bunch of things that'll serve your needs in an emergency.While the discount store is open 24 hours the pharmacy is only open during fixed business hours.

Got into an argument with the cashier because *prior to requesting cash back* I said to her, if I need change for a bill, should I request cash back? She says yes, so I select $10 cash back and as I’m getting out my $5 I need change for, she gets the $10 and closes the register. When I tell her I needed change, she says oh well. you should have said something. Like ?????? Super rude and then started to argue with me. Horrible customer service. Won’t be going back.

My go to pharmacy in Coral Gables. Nice friendly service for Scripts and vaccinations. They also have a nice selection of wine that I enjoy.

They literally had one register open..We lined up on register 1 all the way down aisle 10 and these people called nobody to open a 2nd register...Talk about saving a buck..If you have 10 registers, please try and keep 5 open...People left their cart full of items stranded because of the ridiculously long wait time.You’re loosing business guys.

By far the worst experience, rude Staff at the pharmacy.They cant find the correct profile for the customers not even after we handed them a Drivers license with all the info.Confused first name with last name ! Wow I'm glad we didn't get something given to us that we are allergic to.Then to top it off go to talk to the manager and he's on the phone asked him if he wanted us to wait till he was done.Turned around and continued on his call.We just walked out.Sad part is we could walk there from where we live.Won't be going there for a very long time, hard to BEALIVE they are owned by CVS.Train your staff and maybe get managers that care about what they do.

Employees lied about who gets priority over leftover vaccines. Waited for hours and gave them to people who showed up last minute. Extremely unprofessional and deserves to be decertified by the Governor

The manager Rafael Monserrat was very rude and refused that I return a product I had bought 5 minutes earlier. He should be fired or severely reprimanded for having such little care for his customers. I will be disputing the transaction.
