Staff extremely friendly, clean and safe environment, very knowledgeable and professional groomers. And the most important, they will treat your dog with love. Giselle is THE best!!! She takes WONDERFUL care of my little pom, and I can't speak highly enough about her and her whole team. Their knowledge about dogs and grooming shines through every time I take my dog to her. They are always incredibly kind and patient with the dogs, even mine who can be a handful! They are detail oriented, have alerted me to health issues with my dog in the past before the vet even picked up on it, and I always leave more than satisfied and confident in their care.

This is the best groomer. I have tried many others and live out of state and I travel just to bring her here. They are the sweetest to my dog, she loves getting groomed there. They also did and excellent job with dental cleaning. I can not recommend enough!

I've been taking my dogs to Mydog for 7+ years! I have never seen my dogs be soooo excited to go to the groomer! Before even arriving, my pups get so excited that if they could, they'd leap out of my car just to go see their favorite groomers! They absolutely LOVE the owner and all of her employees!!! And they all love my dogs! They groom them amazingly, they play with them, and make them feel like they have a second home! I've recommended all my friends and family and co workers to take their dogs to MyDog and now I'm telling you guys - your dogs will never be more cared for (outside of us - obviously lol) as much as they are taken care of by everyone at Mydog!!!! I highly recommend them! Thank you for accommodating and loving my dogs so much!!

This is an update to my previous review (below).I took my puppy for a second grooming last Saturday May 11, 24. Upon my arrival, the staff were ready with “hair” length samples, which showed exactly how the length would feel to the touch. This was AWESOME! It really gave me an idea of how my puppy would look. The best part is that when I went to pick him up, my puppy’s hair looked exactly as the samples showed.I was very impressed with this experience. And just as the last time, the staff were polite, professional and friendly. My pup was ready at exactly the time that I was told to pick him up. GREAT job!!! 5-stars all the way! Thank you 😊___I took my 5-month old Havanese dog for his first haircut to My Dog, yesterday 2/19/24. The place was clean and smelled fresh. The front desk attendant was attentive and very pleasant.She asked what type of service I wanted for my dog and I told her that I wanted a haircut and grooming for my pup and that it was his first grooming. She asked me how much I wanted to cut off his mane and I said that I wanted to cut half of its length and also wanted to have his nails clipped and a full grooming. She told me that the groomer was already there and that if I spoke Spanish, I could explain to her, directly, what I wanted. So I did. I gave her her specific instructions as to the length to cut off his hair (half the length).The front desk attendant told me that it would take about 3 hours. Sure enough, 2 1/2 hours later, I received a text saying that Milo would be ready in about 20 minutes. I was expecting a call so I didn’t notice the text until about 20 minutes before pick up time, so I was about 15 mins late. I apologized for my tardiness and explained that it was my first time and I was expecting a call but the front desk attendant told me not to worry about it and that it was no problem that I was late.She immediately went to fetch my dog and a couple of minutes later he came out and looked adorable with a new bandana and a fresh haircut.The only problem was that his hair was almost gone. I can’t even grab it.I had asked, very specifically, that I wanted half the length cut off. I explained this both in English and Spanish. I was very clear. I’m unsure how they did NOT understand such an easy request?I know his hair will grow back in a month or so. However, if they can’t grant a specific request, then they shouldn’t have asked what I wanted. I didn’t get an apology or an excuse as to why his hair was so short.Overall, their cleanliness, promptness and friendliness deserve a 4-star review. However lack of understanding of their client’s request and lack of acknowledgement that they did not follow their customer’s request, leaves me no choice but to give My Dog a 4-star review.

After trying several groomers, I finally found the best groomer in town! I’ve been bringing my dog for a monthly standing appointment for over a year now and I couldn’t be happier. The owner is friendly, accommodating and truly cares about my pet. She is very knowledgeable and often will let me know if there is something going on with my dogs skin, ears etc. Highly recommend !

My puppy is beautiful! I highly recommend this place because they treat the dogs with such love and care. I have always been so picky about where I take my baby and they have exceeded my expectations. My puppy was so so happy and that is the most important thing for me! He was so excited and gave his groomer lots of love before leaving. That showed me that they gave him lots of love and attention. They are very honest and punctual.

We have been using my dog grooming for many years for both of our fury babies. They are now almost 8 years old and very happy. Giselle and Mariela and their entire staff are extremely kind, consistently professional, detail oriented, compassionate, and offer you a service that gives you peace of mind when dropping off and pick up your pets. Their boutique style salon is clean and renders a spa atmosphere for your babies. I highly recommend My dog grooming.

My parents have trusted MyDog for all of their dog grooming needs for years. While in town with my dog Jackson, I decided to try them out and knew they would be great. I was a little nervous because my dog is a rescue and sometimes skittish but he was so happy walking in and walking out of my dog and looked so much better with a nice clean cut. The staff were so helpful and accommodating and even called me during his visit to confirm the cut and let me know he was doing well! I could not recommend MyDog enough! I will definitely be back when Jackson needs a new haircut. Thank you again for the amazing service!

We have always been impressed with the place, its extremelly clean and very inviting. Gisela and Felipe, the owners, are exceptionally polite, friendly, knowledgeable and extraordinarily helpful. Our dogs, Cookie and Buddy, love going there...We can't think of a better place to take our dog for grooming, and can't recommend MY DOG highly enough. I had heard such great things about this groomer from my neighbors. Scheduled my dog for services with them. From the moment we got to the door this business was a complete disaster. My family and I were so excited to drop off puppy first his first groom. We get to the door and front desk come do the door and trying to block our way in. The only reason we even brought our puppy was because the hair in between his paws had been bothering him and the hair behind his legs was getting too long. I continually tried explaining to the two ladies in the front exactly what I needed - all they kept saying was everything I was asking for was included. We even added extra tooth brushing. We asked how long it would take, the first response was 4 hours! My husband repeated 4 hours? Then they said no, 2-3 and another lady said 1-1.5 hrs with a call 20 minutes before he’s finished. Ok great. We got the call less than an hour after dropping him off. We get to the groomer again the front desk tries to block me from coming in. Our puppy is brought out. No trim in the back with minimal trim on his paw pads. I expressed my concerns to the front desk. She went to back to discuss the issue with either the owner or manager, who didn’t even have the decency to come out and address me herself. Despite the many times my husband and I explained exactly what we wanted they were one tract and not really listening to our concerns continually repeating “it’s included.” If they would have truly listened then perhaps our frustration could have been avoided. There are many ways to handle misunderstandings. The way My Dog handles them are with rudeness and blaming the customer (despite the customer explaining what they wanted.) We spent $50 to get our puppy washed, not cheap, and something we could have done at home. With so many other groomers in the area don’t waste your time or money on a business that has no customer service or care for what they do.

Booked an appointment for my goldendoodle to get groomed. Upon arrival, I was told I had no appointment , for which I showed proof of appointment (messaging- WhatsApp). Had to wait over 4 hours for the puppy to get groomed and couldn’t accommodate me sooner despite a booking mistake on their part.The grooming itself was very well done , and I was pleased with the final product for which I decided to give them a second try.When I tried to call for a second grooming session, since I could no longer trust their messaging system for appointments, no one would pick up the phone. When I was finally able to get ahold of someone, I was denied service and was told the groomer did not have a pleasant experience with my dog last session (my dog is a hyperactive puppy, does not bite and is not aggressive). But I do understand it is their right to withhold services as they deem appropriate. Overall takeaway from my experience, although they provided quality grooming, their customer service, appointment scheduling and reliability are not up to par.

I had a service with MyDog where they wouldPick up my dogs for grooming and bring them back. The last time I used MyDog, they picked up my Paloma, and brought her back with a dislocated leg. As you can see from the photo she could not put her right back leg down to walk. Too bad I can’t upload the video.When I called the groomer, they told me it was not their problem and hung up on me.
