Can't beat the convenience! They literally come to your door and are more competitively priced than PetSmart where you have to make the trek and wait around. They also do an amazing job and have done so for my baby Charley for the last 3 years! Thank You!

I don't know what's happening in Miami. On Friday I took my dog to this place. It turned out cute, I ask the girl. Did you see any fleas on my dog? She says No. and today, Monday, I am changing her food, I see her scratching a lot, I check her body and she has been bitten by fleas. Please be careful in that place for animals, this is not fair.

I like the fact that appointment is not necessary when bringing the furry friends to the store, also my both dogs especially my Pomerania Lulu ends up looking good and really clean!! I don’t know who the groomer is but a great job had been done for the time being!Thanks 😊

Horrible Service, zero work ethis - No professionalism. I have been with Miami pet grooming several times- never 100% satisfied. Groomers come and go some have been caring most dont. Parra was sent to us yesterday after I had specially ask for viviana. Parra with horrible attitude said prices for a 5 lb yorkie are now $90, I called main nunber expressed ny concerns about viviana not coming and PARRA charging me $90...the office took zero responsibility and the groomer said you need to pay me prior to service or Ill return the dog as is "wet".

This place is very bad. Don't take your dogs here. The prices are very expensive and they treat the animals badly and they peel them very badly. And my dog is in the vet because of an ear infection that I got in this place. HORRIBLE PLACE

We’ve been customers of there’s for at least 3-4 years and lately it’s been getting worse. They never respond to the appointment scheduled they have online until days later.... and when you call they hardly answer. Recently I’ve scheduled a appointment and because the groomer doesn’t speak a bit of English she never arrived to groom our pup. I called to see what was the hold up and never received a call back. Finally called them again and had to reschedule. The rescheduled date came and still no groomer since they had the wrong address in the system. No one even bothered calling to correct the issue.I’m going to be going back to Petco like we’ve done years before.

I had an appointment with them yesterday at 10 AM and I was called at 9:59 to let me know my Groomer was not coming. I rearranged my entire schedule for this 10 o’clock appointment so it was changed to 1 PM, only to receive a text later that it was changed for a third time to 2:00 pm. I asked the manager/owner to call me and I am still waiting for the call. I wanted to give them one more chance after what happened two years ago in which I spent the ENTIRE day waiting for them to show up. That day they canceled probably three or four times and by the time they showed up at 6 PM my apartment complex with no longer let a business vehicle into the complex so I had to walk into the street to have my dog grooomed as they had to park outside the complex. It is clear they are not reliable!!Sad because I decided to give them one more try and they failed yet again!!

This would my 3 time using this service and obviously for a good reason. Not only are they convenient but extremely helpful. Amanda took care of my little one very nicely. He was comfortable and not afraid of her at all. He came back looking like he’s ready to pose for some picture. Thank you guys again. Thank you Amanda.

This is the worst service ever. I wish I could give it zero stars. I called and made an appointment and no one showed up or called me. Then I gave them a second chance and made another appointment. My window was 2-4pm . It was 4:30 before I decided to call and see why no one had showed up 30 minutes passed by window time. They said the driver was on the way. The driver called me and told me he was out side at 4:56pm. I told him my husband would be right outside with my dog and he said okay. When my husband went outside no one was there so I called him and he told me he left because I took too long. It was 5:04pm. Not even 10 minutes later. When I called their office to complain they did not offer anything to help. Just a new appointment. I had to ask if they would do it for free for all my troubles and they said all they could do was a free teeth cleaning which they always offer for free via text anyway. They have no customer service.

Very disappointed I never even got to try their actual grooming service, just because their customer service is the worst.First of all, they gave me a 2 hour window for their arrival, which is MORE than enough time for them to get organized.They never arrived. I called and was told I had to wait 1 hour and a half longer because they were having difficulties with a dog.They could have called earlier instead of wasting my time. Total disregard for the customer and total disrespect for other’s peoples time.Would never even consider giving them a chance again.

Amanda has been my groomer since 2000 and I follow her wherever she goes. Miami's pet grooming answers the phone almost immediately when I call and I'm almost always able to schedule with Amanda within a day. She is extremely professional and treats my dogs as if they were her own. I can't say enough!

This is one of the worst dog grooming places in Miami. My dad took her here to get her grooming and to get her nails done. But! when I came with my dad to pick her up I didn't notice that they didn't even bother to finish grooming her because fur was still under her tail. She also had cuts from her thighs to her neck and her legs below. My dad went in to ask if the lady could get my dog's tail fur below, cut because they didnt even cut the fur. I heard the dog screaming behind the door and only found out when I was in the car that she was bleeding from her nail when they tried to do her nails again. Do not bring your pets here.

Second major issue with this company. One time made an appointment and they came hours late. I forgave them because I saw the groomer was really taking her time on the animals.Made another appointment and no one showed up. When I called to ask they said would call back in 10 minutes. I had to call back multiple times, only to be told sorry about the mistake.Super unprofessional and I would recommend using a more reliable service. The idea of mobile grooming is the convenience of the service, however Miami's Pet Grooming makes it stressful and forces you to revolve your entire day around them (if they even show).

This business is no longer what it used to be this is the second time I tried to get ahold of them to book an appointment and they never answer. I have sat on the phone for over ten minutes and gotten hung up on I have also been sitting on hold for only one to two minutes and have been hung up on every time I call back. My husband attempted to make an appointment previously through text and they gave him a date and time as if it was booked and when he responded back he never received another text so it appeared we had booked our appointment but on the day we had to call to see where they were and a male answered and informed me the appointment was not completely booked and when I was explaining to him that it was inconvenient and unprofessional because it was the businesses responsibility to text us back to completely book the appointment he told me to calm down. I was not being disrespectful or mean to him so I asked him not to say that to me because I’m simply voicing my frustration I was mid sentence and he hung up on me. I called again waiting another ten minutes and another employee answered and once again I was hung up on. It is extremely upsetting because when I first started calling them they were great with both my dogs but the business has fallen apart and the staff does not seem to care how they treat their clientele. It’s unprofessional and without good customer service.

I thought this was the company for me they came out the 🐾first time did a great job on my 🐶 doggy 🙂🐾second time I didn’t like it (my son was home)😞 they did come back and fix the problem 🙂🐾third time they didn’t show up they called, apologize, and rescheduled guess what didn’t show again but this time not even a call just didn’t show up.😡So yes we had to find another groomer 🙁 to many no call no show time ⏰is valuable. We know this is NOT how business is conducted. No coupons or discounts I paid 💰 what they told me the price was so why bad service.🤔👎🏼

It was our firt experience with a Mobil grooming and it exceeded our expectations. Richard Sanchez did an excellent job with our baby girl. She is very hipper and energetic but he was very patient with her. Definitely will recommend it.

Horrible. We had to reschedule the appointment three times. First time because they couldn't leave their van unattended? Second time, because the van broke down and the Third because she couldn't find parking. I have never seen a company more unprofessional or incompetent in my life. Such a shame too- the previous management was a pleasure to work with.

I had the worst experience with these groomers. I have worked in the animal field for years and have never seen such an unprofessional inhumane company. My best friend had her cat groomed with them today and when she realized that the man (George) was taking very long with her cat she knocked on the van door to find her cat screaming at the top of his lungs in agony. The man had flash (the cat) locked in a crate with a fan blowing directly at him. My friend immediately asked the man to take her cat out of the cage and as he did she noticed her cat had cuts/burn marks on his face and his nails were bleeding. There was blood coming out of his mouth. At this point flash was unresponsive and started convulsing. This man clearly had zero experience with grooming cats. Cats should always be sedated to be groomed. It stresses them out way too much to not be sedated. After the cat passed the man kept saying that it was not his fault and left. My friend lost her perfectly healthy companion because some uneducated inexperienced man was inhumane. This is animal cruelty and this company and this man needs to pay! Please do not get your pets groomed with this company I would hate for something like this to happen to anyone else.

I just take my pet yesterday at this Grooming place and is terrible, the lady's there Maria Jose and Felicia they told me to don't worry they will take care and will call me back when she was ready.Well! they never call me they said she call but my phone was busy and the problem was they take my number wrong. Them when I get there they told me my she was pu five time pipi six time and she was a dog very nervous. Recommended to get the mobile Grooming because she need to be along, when I take it from there my pet is itching in her face and she close her eyes because look like the sunlight bother her.I just call there and Felicia told me just gave a Avena Shampoo and do not put anything else, and I let her know I will leave this feedback to no body take it any more their pet in there THEY ARE TERRIBLE AND NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL.

I have used this company for almost a year but their service has unfortunately declined and I will no longer be using them. The groomer they scheduled for me cancelled on me FOUR times in a row. His fourth excuse was horrible. He called us about 3 times letting us know he’ll be in 30 minutes, every 30 min or so. So he was already an hour late. Then supposedly the security gates did not let him into the condos, yet we don’t even live in a condo. So I could tell he had the wrong address or was lying. Very unfortunate!
