We bought a puppy for my mother in law here yesterday and just like one of the previous reviews, he is scared of everything and everyone, he is constantly shaking, and doesn’t want to eat or drink. He seems traumatized and abandoned, as his nails look like they’ve never been cut and his hair is matted. They don’t care for the dogs here, to say the least. This puppy seems like he’s been through some things, it’s hard to say what. I don’t know how nobody is checking in on these poor little creatures. Today we brought him to the vet and he has a fever, we’re waiting for blood test results but it seems like he has an infection.

I was looking for specific Chihuahua and this place make it happen!! About 2 months ago I visit them and after 3 weeks I got my cutie boy, very happy, healthy and cute. They keep puppies clean, the staff is also very nice. I reccomend this place and planning to buy a Pommie for my niece.I waited a few weeks to post review to make sure of my dogs health and behavor was as expected.

We bought the cutest female shnauzer at luxury puppies! Natalia was the agent that helped us and she was incredible. Very loving and sweet with all the dogs! Customer service incredible! She’s very thorough and educates you on anything you need to know! I highly recommend this place if you’re in the market on purchasing a healthy puppy! Very clean! 10Stars!

I bought a puppy from this place about on Saturday and I have to tell you. So far this is THE BEST puppy store I've been and that's why I bought my dog here. I want to give BIG COMPLEMENTS to ANA the young lady that works here. She was extremely kind and professional and also comparing her to other workers from the places I went, you definetly can see how much she loves these puppies and how well she takes care of them.My puppy came with all the paperwork and pedigree. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM*** My Maltese was sick within 1-2 hours after we purchased him. They took him back to nurse back to health the same evening and when we got him back like after almost 2 weeks he was sick again. They took him back again and he ended up dying. Read all your documents before you sign and buy. You don’t get your money back. I don’t want another dog from your store after this awful experience. They feel they could just give another dog to you to heal the loss of the original dog you bonded with. Never again! Absolutely disappointed and heart broken.

The puppy I got from here is the most amazing puppy ever! The service is quite good and people are helpful. My puppy has ear infection when I got him and the store paid for his ear cleanup immediately. I cannot be more happy with this place, I will recommend anyone to luxury puppies.

We looked to adopt for over a month, but found nothing. So we bought a toy poodle. He told us he had some arriving and he reserved one for us without a deposit. She is adorable. They really care about their puppies and have great service.

I got my Sheltie from this store and it has been awesome so far. The service was outstanding and I would recommend this store 100%. I cannot begin to Express how thankful I am for Luxury Puppies. I found the most perfect goldendoodle there and she is the most wonderful, silliest, healthiest, girl ❤ in walking in everything looks very clean (including the dog cages), and well taken care of. All dogs there look healthy and happy which was a played a big part in me choosing my girl from there. Natalia, who helped us with our purchase was well informed and super sweet. I cannot say it enough GO TO LUXURY PUPPIES, you will for sure find your best friend forever 🐶🐾

We are a family of 6 and first time pet owners and we adopted our first puppy from here almost 4 months ago... The girls were very friendly, great and very helpful... We love our Mini Goldendoodle!! Most places had their puppies in the back and we weren’t allowed in the back, We went to several places with no success and at Luxury Puppies you walk in and immediately see all the puppies. At Luxury Puppies they saved my number and contacted me as soon as they had mini goldendoodles they even sent me pictures to give us an opportunity to have first pick when we got there we immediately fell in love with our Mini Goldendoodle we knew he was the perfect fit for our family!! We highly recommend Luxury Puppies!!

If I could only give them zero stars.....these individuals are involved in a dirty business. We haven't had our puppy for more than a month. He passed away this morning. The dog had a whole host of problems a respiratory infection, suspected distemper, etc. My sister has been going back and forth with the owner for weeks. They don't even honor their own contracts. We're stuck with a very expensive emergency vet bill but the one who really suffered was the dog. This place is horrible and I hope I can discourage people from conducting business with this location.

This place, this owner, the workers.... they are all heartless individuals!!! They sell sick puppies and they don’t care!!!! They tell you there is a 14 day warranty that is not written on the contract and it is not said to you, i took my puppy 3 days after to the vet they work with and told them my dog was weak and not eating, they didn’t bother to run test or check the dog immediately for porvo.... they are not in it because they truly care for the dog they do it for the money!!!! I called them 16 days after i purchased the dog to explain the whole situation and the girl i spoke with was so rude and heartless, i even told her how my 4 year old daughter and 9 year old daughter with autism will be heartbroken if our puppy didn’t make it, i didn’t even care for my money back all i wanted was for them to pay for the medical bills so the puppy could have a chance at life and all this horrible person would say was “ your 2 days out of warranty, had you called sooner we would have given you another dog” how inhumane is that? I didn’t want another puppy all i wanted was my puppy to make it! They took our money, we spend hundreds on trying to get the dog to live and he is dying, nothing i mean nothing was offered or done for us!!!! My fight does not stop here, but i want to let all of you know to PLEASE stay away from this place and spread the word! I would hate for another family to go thru the pain mine is enduring now! Having to talk to my 4 year old daughter about death has got to be the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do. Our dog did not make it and died, instead of trying to fix it they blocked me from all of there social medias because i was warning people about them!!!

we were told we were buying a DOG but at the end was a Lease which we had to pay almost the double of the price original price was $1500.00 at the end we pay $2900.00 just because we trust the guy who was helping us , today was the last day of the lease which we pay for 24 month and on top of that we have to pay $259.76 if we wish to buy out the Dog . clearly it was our mistake we should have not trust people but be carefully if you want to finance a Pet with this company they will not tell you the whole truth very Disappointed .

They are liars and prey on people's attachments to their new puppies. I bought a male puppy to be my current female puppy's boyfriend. I asked them easily DOZENS of times where the puppy was registered (I specifically asked for a puppy registered with AKC), they ALWAYS told me he was AKC registered, but that they didn't have the papers on them and they would give it to me through email a couple of weeks after I took him. Turns out he was APR registered, and he came with a very serious defect, he can't have kids and I have to neuter him or he could grow a testicular tumor. Obviously im not a monster and won't be giving him back because he's part of my family already and we love him. But Luxury Puppies refuses to help in any way and they borderline scammed me and definitely deceived me.

PREPARE FOR YOUR DOG TO DIE ONCE THEY GO HOME.This places needs to be shut down or at the very least investigated. They are simply money hungry and do not care about the well being of their dogs or their customers. The puppy I had purchased died this morning. From the very first visit he was diagnosed with URI which was actually distemper. The were notified within TWENTY MINUTES of the first vet visit and they did not offer any solution. If you purchase a puppy here you are supporting their immoral practices. Not only will you be paying two grand for the dog itself but medical bills too. The dog is the one who suffers in the end.

We purchased a dog about 5 days ago, and we are having a little issue with the dog, nothing personal, but our neighbors have complained about the loud barking of the dog, it’s became a hassle. We called the store to see if they would be able to help in any way and their response was “If you don’t want it then sell it” we explained our situation and even asked if they’d take it back but with some kind of fee (mainly for the dog, as I think another family would be happy to have her), they did not even wanted to asked the owner of the store to make the exception for us, the lady was clear that “He would give me or you the very same answer”. They are in the dog business, to sell you it, and forget about it.

Just got a puppy here and he was sick so we brought it back to the shop. They continuously told us he was fine and that he just had a little issue with his stomach and out of nowhere he died from parvo without any warning. Definitely don’t recommend to anyone

They sold me a dog as pure breed and it was not. It was registered to one of those associations which register any breed. I’m addition the color in their paperwork is not as the dog. They won’t issue a refund. A week after I purchased the dog it as sick and has been taking medication since. All this on top of terrible service by the owner.
