My Zero came out looking brand new!! This is the first location in Miami that the staff has been very friendly and communicative with Zero’s needs and his personality. As his owner I know that Zero is a very energetic dog and I am so glad that the staff took that well and has excellent training to keep up with him while grooming him. Thank you so much!!

I took my cats to this grooming salon that I had randomly picked. I just wanted a regular wash and a bit of a trim around their butts for both of them. When I dropped off the cats, I asked how much it would cost. They said it starts at $75 and might go up depending on what the cats need. But then, it ended up being $110 for each cat, which was a shock to me. I wash my cats every 3 months, and they looked pretty well-kept that day. Obviously, I asked why it cost extra, and the front desk manager gave a general explanation about needing extra care because my cats are long-haired. Honestly, it felt like a scam, but I didn’t fight it.Price-wise, this place didn’t seem worth it to me. Back in West Hollywood, CA, where I used to live, I paid $55-60 per cat for the same basic grooming. Even in New York City, in the heart of Manhattan where I’ve traveled with my cats a couple of times, the price was around $60 per cat. So, comparing it with the most expensive cities in the US, this Miami place seemed too pricey. My cats are always well-kept and not hard to handle, so the results are the same everywhere.About the salon: the only part I saw was the small, narrow lobby where you drop off and pick up your pets. I don’t even remember seeing a couch to sit on. When I picked up my cats, they were in their carriers on the floor behind the little reception desk, which was odd. Plus, the lobby smelled strongly of dogs. The salon (or at least the part I saw) didn’t look fancy. But to say something nice, the groomer did a great job washing my cats, the staff was really sweet, and the location in the center of Miami is a big plus. Moreover, they always answered my calls, which is definitely another advantage!Will I go back? Possibly! But I’m definitely going to look around Miami for something more reasonable price-wise first.

BE CAREFUL! They make you sign a paper avoiding all the responsibility with the dog (if runs, dies etc…) plus you can’t see your pet getting groomed.About the service, they destroyed my puppies hair, very uneven and now I have to spend more money to fix it. I'm giving this one star because they performed a service, but I was highly dissatisfied with the grooming and overall appearance of my dog. I requested a short haircut and a bath; however, after more than six hours, he only received a slight trim and a bath. The haircut was not what we asked for, with his hair barely shortened and the area around his face left unblended. Additionally, I noticed a significant amount of white powder left in both of his ears.Overall, disappointing experience

Worst groomer ever. Don’t know how to do a Pomeranian hair cut. Everything wrong. Tried to talk with the owner about the situation and said it would make me a refund admitting it was done wrong and know says that no because I commented that the service is not what I expected. My dog is a white Pomeranian with a gorgeous long hair and they destroyed it. Her pink skin can clearly be seen. Worst service and attitude ever. Don’t take your pet there. I have heard some other bad reviews from other clients but nothing happened to me. I don’t care about the money but maybe my Pomeranians hair will not grow the same. She blocked me from her social page for commenting that I didn’t like the service

Excellent service and will take walk-ins if you go in around 8 AM in the morning. I live right down the street so I walk my dog directly to Kool and Kute.

I had a great experience the first two times coming to this place despite being told by multiple people that their dogs have come back cut or with rashes. The last time I took my dog in, I told them she had a growth on her neck and to be careful. They then returned my dog with a huge gash in her ear and tried to tell me there was a bump in her ear that was the same as her neck (which I know was not there before as I check my dogs ears all the time) and that’s why it was bleeding. I took her to the vet (for $160) and had to get antibiotics and wound cleaning because they said the the groomer cut through her third ear flap and there was no bump. I called and told them this and they insisted multiple times that there was a bump and this wasn’t their fault..I guess they know better than the vet. I won’t be going back as I don’t want my dog to be cut again.

Hands down this is the best place to bring your furry one! Ileana has been grooming Oliver since he was a puppy and she makes him feel safe and loved. He jumps right into her arms and it’s like “Bye Mom, see u later”. She does an amazing job and he looks so handsome and smells amazing! Thank you Ileana for taking such good care of my little boy!

Terrible experience and service. Not qualified groomers. I have a Pomeranian and they did a horrible hair cut. The owner is disrespectful and rude. She knew I was not happy with the service offered a refund and then refused to do it because I commented terrible service on an instagram post. Don’t take your dog here. Don’t know how to groom properly dogs with fine hair.

I have been bringing my dogs to be groomed here since they opened, which I believe is 10 years now. They always do an excellent job, Ileana is one of the groomers& I must say she truly is loves her job, which is reflected in her fantastic grooming skills. I highly recommend, you will not be disappointed. For the first time last week I boarded my dogs there& honestly I was somewhat apprehensive as I have always had a dog sitter come to my house when I travel, but she was not available this time. They were just as amazing boarding as grooming. They have large areas for the fur babies & walk them 3x a day, but most importantly my dogs were happy. Rossmely, the owner has truly established a great grooming& boarding facility second to none.

I hate when you ask multiple times and give photos how you want your dog to look and he comes out uglier then you brought him. You pay 74 something for him to come out uglier 😭😭. Yes they offer to fix it but I told them before I drop him I have work after so if you can’t do the haircut it’s ok. I rather not be unhappy during a time crunch. I was reassured multiple times. Moral of the story know your strengths. It’s okay to pass on a cut if your ability isn’t there. The first photo how he came out. The 2nd is what I wanted

I have been taking my two dogs and my cat here since they wr puppies. Ros and her team have been more than exceptional at catering to all three. Now a days they even have veterinarians in their staff and as i travel a lot and leave them for days at a time i know they are very well taken care. One of my dogs suffers constantly from ear infections and they treat him while im gone. I guarantee there is no place like this.

Kool & Kute is the best groomer and doggie hotel on Earth. My Goldendoodle loves it so much, he cries when we drive past. Not only does he look amazing, literally everyone notices. Hamilton the Doodle has become a Miami celebrity because they keep his coat so fluffy and shiny. I sing their praises. The ownership is so nice, my dog recognizes them. Pick up and drop off is always fast and efficient. They even offered me a discount before and I declined it because that's how happy I am with their service. 5 stars and kudos to the K&K team...muchas gracias!

If you live in Brickell, this is the go-to pet groomer!! They do an amazing job on my Havanese dog with sensitive skin. Her hair always comes out looking nice and not a dramatic or unexpected chop. And the salon is always available for appointments when I request. We love this place!!

Went in honestly thinking they were going to turn us away since we tried two Petsmarts and two mobile groomers and all gave us the run around about helping our dog Zeus. Kool and Kute is by far one of the most friendliest locations and teams. The team there made us feel extremely welcomed and were really invested in helping us out. I been taking my pomeranian here for couple of months now and everything was okay until this last two times last time they cut her nails to the point she was bleeding and this time they shaved her forhead where i can see her skin!!!!LAST TIME COMING HERE! Be very careful !

They have always done a wonderful job in grooming my little Kobe monster! ❤ Recently went in to also have his teeth cleaned and I am amazed by their work. Very friendly staff and superb professional service. I recently moved out of Brickell to Miami Beach and I still travel all the way there to use them. Highly recommend!
