DR.JAY And Staff are great pet loving people its not a business for them. One of our dogs had a serious infection that we were unaware of and he notified and showed us what it was,where other main Pet Centers don't look at these things.My Dogs love him and we are more than greatful to have him take care of our pets..They speacialize in many other things for your pet and needed services.Basically a one stop shop for your loved animals..A+++++,Muy Excelente!!!!!

Normally my family and I bring our mini golden doodle and my French bulldog to this place, but never again. Ever since the change in groomers here, it has been a mess. My golden doodle came home with irritated eyes ,scratching herself, and is not able to keep her eyes open . After we called the store trying to figure out how that happened, their response was "Oh so and so forgot to tell you, that she was already like that when she came in". I think that is the most unprofessional response from a groomer you could have, the moment an issue arises , you let the owner know so liability doesn't come down on the company. Please find another groomer, they were great for a while, but this experience left an immense sour taste in our mouths and left our puppy irritated and scratching herself. Get some quality control please and until then, choose another groomer.

My husband and I have gone to a lot of other groomers but his is by far the best. They respond quickly to calls, and they always do the best job at taking care of our little Milo. We are absolutely in love with his haircut!!

Took my dog to get a bath only was charged $60 and that's fine, but her eyes were very dirty and instead of cleaning the hair they shaved it all off,half way to her nose so she looked weird. They also didn't clean the hairs around her mouth so when she came out she looked dirty. I was not impressed with the servic,

A+++My dog had a photo shoot section two days after the grooming was done and I came back to get the tied fix a little bit, and King Grooming took the time to brush her hair and put a new tide for free. After some time thinking and analyzing the real possibility of incorporating a new member to our family , I finally decided ... she suggested this place to me ... first impression was peace (all the puppies in existence were quiet and well cared for). The perfect person to help me in this not very simple selection process was Dr Jay ♥. believe me it was almost 3 hours in that place and his dedication was to the maximum and beyond! I recommend this place from my real experience that filled my soul and my heart. Humanity, professionalism, full knowledge, respect for the animal and sincerity exceeded my expectations

We bought a puppy from them back in October and he was supposed to be a Aussiedoodle ( Australian Shepard poodle mix and I asked for his parents lineage. Not a big request when you’re paying almost $2,500 for a puppy. And never got anything even after asking several times. Even though he’s a mixed breed you should be able to find out who their parents were. Because they can say it’s anything. After waiting for almost four months I finally bought a DNA TEST from Embark a very well known testing company and found out that I spent all that money for a puppy that has not two breeds but 6. He’s 50% Australian Shepard, 31.8% poodle, 5.3% dachshund, and 12.9% super mutt. And when I when back and talked with King of Grooming about it they played it off. So if anyone is looking to bye any pet from them or have bought one I would get them checked. Oh and they gave me another number to call

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not trust your puppy to this groomer. I called multiple places and chose this one because it was the closest to my home and most affordable but this was a big mistake. I arrived and all the dogs are trapped in these boxes that are way too small for them. I let this go and still decided to give them a chance. The guy told me my puppy would be ready by 3pm and he would call me. He informed me there were three dogs before mine so although I arrived at 11am he wouldn't be ready till 3pm. 3pm comes and I still didn't receive a call so I called them. The same guy told me my puppy would not be ready till 4pm or 5pm. I called again and they did not answer and never called me back. It is now almost 7pm and I had to go pick up my dog and demand they give him to me because they still hadn't called. How is it that my dog was there for 8 hours and never got his cut and bath. My poor puppy was locked in a cage the entire time and never groomed. How is it possible that there were only three dogs before him and 8 hours later he's still not cut. Had I not gone to pick up my dog who knows what would have happened. Do not trust your puppy to this awful place.

After taking my puppy here for a grooming, I will never go back, nor recommend it. My dog was harmed and treated poorly, came back shaking. They had to shave him, which was previously done at another place, but here they cut him and left scratches all over. They dont seem like dog people, I would stick to just selling them. I hate leaving bad reviews but my dog was harmed. Additionally, he is potty trained yet we were charged for every time he peed, which was a first for me I had never been charged that in other groomings.Response to Owner: You are extremely rude just like in person, this is not the way to respond to a client but I understand you don't know how to deal with animals, let alone humans. My dogs hair was tangled because I went on a trip and couldn't have anyone brush while I was away, but that is none of your business. He was not in critical condition and I do care for my dog (he is a happy baby) and whoever has a fur baby with a lot of hair has had tangle issues at some point, so don't try to put your bad service on me. This was the second time he had his hair shaved and the first time at another location went smoothly and without a problem (I only changed because they were far from home). The skin was not irritated, the skin had scratches. Why didn't you address the harm in the photos? Take responsibility, learn proper customer service etiquette, and most importantly treat pets with a little more love!

I would definitely recommend this company. They are always on time and do an excellent job. Great prices and very nice. Recently they started selling dogs and I bought a Lhasa Apso at an awesome price. He came with all the vaccinations and certificates done. I will continue to use this company's services and always recommend them to all pet owners I know.

The owner of this place is one of the most caring and sweetest people my family and I have encountered. He genuinely cares about your pets needs and will keep in touch with you. The place is EXTREMELY clean and you can see the care and attention that gets put into each puppy. We got a miniture schnauzer for a great price and I am so thankful I found this place!!

I must say that I have visited a few groomers but King of Pet Grooming is by far great in service, attentiveness, and affordable prices. The attentiveness is exclusive. They are very detailed and thorough. Their business is very clean and organized which is always pleasant when I walk in. They treat you like family not just a customer. The prices are affordable that's why I've made them my permanent groomers. Again thank you for all that you've done and continue to do for our doggie.

We were there just to take a quick look at their puppies with no intention to buy this past Monday. We fell in love immediately with an adorable Havanese upon entering. The place was impeccably clean and the owner was very patient, answering questions and allowing us to remain there (4 hours to be exact) interacting with our pup Charlie. Charlie came home with us that night, and slept all night like a baby. By Tuesday morning, he was potty trained. We are so happy with him, he is smart and playful and has brought great joy to us. I highly recommend this pet shop and groomer, as I already did to a few friends. The grooming staff is courteous and you can see that they love the animals with the care and attention they are given! Thank you King of Pet Grooming for bringing this little joy to our home!

Worst place to get your dog groomed, the new groomer doesn’t know how to treat your pet. Shaves them way too much and then says they had to because the dog had too many knots. When you ask why they didn’t call to notify, they get upset at you and begin screaming. Worst dog groomer in the area. Not a safe place to leave your pet.

DONT COME HERE! I’ve taken my dog here twice and they’ve shaved so close to his skin he gets rashes and they shaved close to his private parts to the point were the skin was very sensitive, my bf told them to leave that part untouched yet they still went ahead and did the same thing again. Every time my dog leaves that place he spends the whole day laying around not wanting to do anything, didn’t even want to eat for two days. They will literally hurt your dog.

today i went to get my shih tzu puppy and i am so pleased with the service they provided me. all the pups looked happy and have toys were they’re kept. they have big dogs and small dogs and take amazing care of their pups. they have good prices, the dogs come microchipped, and they have great grooming. i am incredibly pleased with my new pup and their services. i 100% recommend this store for grooming and getting your new pup!!!

Worst experience, the lady in the grooming place screams at clients for no reason. She has not customer service skills at all. Make sure you dont tell her not to cut too short or she will yell and scream. Not worth taking your pet here because they dont know how to cut properly. The new lady also gets offended over the smallest thing and thinks yelling at customers is the way to go. Take your business to other places around the area not worth the time or money. The new lady even upcharges you if she feels like it and doesnt tell you. Don't come here they will tell you a price then change it on you when you come back to pick up the dog. Not worth it!

Every time I call to book an appointment, they say they don’t take reservations. I went in today and to my told me they’re booked- which is fine: but then they continued to tell me they are booked out tomorrow and Monday. How are you booked out if you don’t take reservations? Lying to your clients is not how you do business.
