We have a a Yorkie that brought in and showed them the cut we wanted, my husband told them if they couldn’t do it like the picture just to trim her. Well when we picked her up they had shaved her. They also cut one eye brow so much more then the other. I was so upset and so was my husband about her cut. This is what she looked like before we took her in and after

I will never go to another groomer! Absolutely love this place. Good people, good prices, great service, treat my doggies well. I have 2 yorkies- a puppy boy and an adult girl. Love the way that their hair is cut, they smell good, cute bows for the girls and bandanas for the boys. The owner, Elena is the biggest sweetheart. You can truly see she has a genuine love for dogs. She sold me a beautiful, CKC registered Yorkie male. He is healthy and a genuine Yorkie. I am so happy to have found this salon and you will be happy too!

Ken and Dolly always does a great job on Honey not only in how they groomer her, but also in how they take care of her. Honey is never anxious to go there. This is the only groomer I trust with my dog.

First of all they were very polite and nice but definitely didn’t get what we expected. It’s almost as if Elena, the lady we spoke to in the front didn’t communicate what we wanted to the person doing the grooming in the back. We asked for a puppy cut and she basically replied in Spanish “cómo un osito’” translation like a cubby bear look and then she described what she thought we should do which was fine. We had the appointment for 9am and didn’t get called to pick him up until 2:15pm. When we picked up our Labradoodle basically he got a crew cut and his face looked like a schnauzer. There was no need to cut his hair so short because he had no knots and Elena even acknowledged he didn’t have knots. We were in shock and she kept asking us what we thought and honestly we were speechless. Here’s a picture of before and after. This is not a puppy cut. Just terrible!

Kenny and Dolly is an extension of our family. Bear loves visiting all his friends there. He even stays there when he can’t travel with us at very affordable prices. Highly recommended groomers very professional and great work. Very loving with your pets.

Very professional. The groomer was able to deal with my old traumatized adopted dog who gets very aggressive when feel threatened due to his previous experience. We cannot even brush him! This groomers handled him without using any force. They are miraculous when handling difficult dogs. Their relation with pets is wonderful and easy.Will never look for another groomer. Loved this place!!!! Thanks a lot.❤️

So happy with how they left my Luna! Getting an appointment was very straightforward. The woman who was able to help me was very sweet to both of us and was able to provide me everything I was looking to get done for Luna. I’ve had a bad experience at a previous groomer where they completely shaved her, but when I asked for a small trim here, that’s exactly what I got. They were able to provide a fast and great service. I would also check out the clothes they have because it’s extremely cute! Excited to book Luna’s next appointment!! :)

I absolutely LOVE Kenny and Dolly Grooming Place!!! I brought in my 5 month old maltese puppy Zoe for her first little trim and bath and they did a phenomenal job cleaning her up and making her look soooo cute! I would 100% recommend brining your pet to this place, they are consistent and reliable and have great prices! I can tell that they truly care for animals and are passionate about them! Great place!

I had an amazing experience. They were extremely professional, clean and proper. I dropped off my dog and in 30 minutes he was bathed, got his nails cut and his ears cleaned. I have a small dog but I was still impressed with how good of a job they did and how quick they were. 10/10 recommend going to them and they have a customer in me. I will definitely be bringing Cooper back!

I have been a customer of Kenny & Dolly grooming for over 17 years. I started bringing my dog Patches here and always had a good experience, Patches was a passive and easy dog to groom. My current dog Zak is loving but can be difficult when it comes to being groomed, They always conform to him and they get the job done in a loving way. Here at Kenny and Dolly's they treat your pets as if they were their own and they are very professional with their grooming skills. My dog always comes out looking and smelling great! He is happy to return each time and he loves feeling clean and fancy with his bow tie!

This was my second time visiting, but my first visit with an additional dog. My Jack Russell mix always behaves at the groomers.I was hesitant to bring my 13-year old terrier mix since he has gotten grouchy in his old age, but hedid very well and he looks absolutely handsome with his haircut. The groomers fulfilled each of my requests perfectly.I will definitely come back.
