Ordered 50 cardinal tetras shipped to Austin TX. First time ordering fish online and I have to say this was a great experience. You can track your shipment via order number, and send it to your home or pick up at airport. No fish died on arrival or after ( I followed online video on acclimating them). Excellent customer service, I would do it all over again and recommend this service to all my friends!

Ordered a Discus, 10 Tetras, and 5 Catfish along with a big pack of Flakes and a big pack of Granules. In total, it is around $250 worth including shipping.By the time the package arrived, all the Tetras and Catfish died, and Discus was in bad shape. Took care of Discus after a few days, it recovered.I asked them to send tetra and catfish, first they agreed to take care but then later made a case that shipping is high so they offered to reimburse me the money. I didn't want my money back, I paid high shipping cost to get all the fish I wanted.I offered to pay half of the shipping cost and also added a bushy nose Pleco to the order to ease the burden, but unprofessional and arrogant ppl at Jack Wattley didn't even respond back.I'd advise you to stay away from them. They charge high for the shipping but take no responsibility for the state their products arrive.I've dealt with many online shops, and everyone charge less and always honor the healthy delivery of their product.

Amazing variety of fish, all really healthy and colorful. If you like discus this is heaven, never seen so much variety in a single store. They have all sizes and colors for an incredible price. Staff is amazing, and will provide tips and advice on how to care for your fish. They also sell their own food, which the owner makes and is fresh and with great quality

We ordered 8 discus, 20 cardinals, 4 red plecos, 2 large plants, food, and meds. Packaging for the fish was professional, thorough, and remained intact through shipping. There are thorough directions for transitioning the fish to the tank on the website and in a video, making that process very simple. The fish acclimated quickly, as you can see from these pics that were taken within just a few hours of being introduced into the tank. We did have one fish that was DOA, which is a risk anytime you're dealing with fish. We had a refund for the fish within a day of the store being notified. Gabe is responsive and professional, communicating well and doing what was needed to get our fish to us and correcting issues quickly. Working with the store to stock our newly redone 220 gallon tank was a great experience and we highly recommend them.

I don’t usually post many reviews but I’m very impressed. I ordered an order earlier this week two days later I had my fish. And to say the discus they sell are beautiful is an understatement. All 5 are looking good. I did have a small problem with my Corey cats arriving doa,but it happens. They refunded me for those so there was no problems. Gabe was very nice and courteous. If I need anymore fish I will not hesitate to order again. They are top notch if you need discus. I love my new little fish friends. Thanks so much to Jack Wattley discus order from here you won’t regret it!

This is our first time buying fish online and the Wild Discus that we got from Jack Wattley are beautiful and not shy. Package is very well protected. Following the instructions, everything went smoothly into our aquarium. After a day or two, those Wild Discus are active and started eating and slowly showing their colors. Very happy with the Wild Discus Gabe picked for us. Gabe have been great and very helpful and answering all our questions about the Wild Discus. We are highly recommend anyone to purchase fish from Jack Wattley. We will definitely be buying more fish from Jack Wattley in future.----------------------------------Update May 8th.This is my second time purchasing Wild Discus from Jack Wattley. Once again Gabe is very helpful on giving me information. Both times those discus are very healthy and active. Those Wild Discus eat any types of food we give them and so much easy to take care than my Domestic Hybrid Discus that we got from local store. This time we got the Blue face Heckel and Cardinal Tetras. The shipping went very smoothly and after I unpacked and followed Gabe instructions on acclimate those fish to my tank water, they look very healthy and the Heckel Discus colors came back few hours later. Also all my Discus like to eat their D-50 Plus Discus Granules. Again I’m a very happy repeat customer. I would like to thanks Gabe and Jack Wattley for their beautiful fishes. I've been in the aquarium hobby for a few years now, and recently, I decided to start keeping Discus. After a lot of research and word of mouth recommendations, I decided to go with Wattley Discus. I'm so glad that I did because it's been an incredible experience working with Gabe and the staff @ Wattley Discus!!. They have incredible fish, and are very on top of answering any questions and accommodating the customer. I placed my order right before the Christmas holiday, and Gabe kept in touch and told me exactly when he'd be shipping out my order. I initially chose the airport --> airport shipping option, but due to airline backups that would have set my order back a week, so I decided to switch to UPS door to door service. Gabe had my order out that same day and my beautiful Discus arrived the next day. They were very well packaged, and every single one arrived alive and healthy. After a 1.5 hour acclimation I put them in the tank and they were showing incredibly bright colors within an hour of being in the new tank. I fed them 5 hours later as recommended in the acclimation video and they all went straight for the food and were devouring it! I will certainly be bringing my business back to Jack Wattley Discus for my next Discus order. Thank you Gabe and everyone at Wattley for the incredible fish and service!

Jack Wattley Discus is an amazing facility!I bought 3 discus and 20 neon tetras. The prices are great and quality of the fish are second to none. I would recommend going to check out the facility it’s quiet the experience. Gabe the owner is extremely knowledgeable and went through and hand picked my fish. The sizes range from 2 inch to 8 inch and he even has amazing XL wild caught.He has a large selection of plants and unique drift wood, plus really great deals on tetras. Hands down best facility I’ve ever been to!

Purchased 12 rummy nose tetra and 12 otos.Received 15 absolutely beautiful rummy nose tetra and 12 larger otos. Everything was packaged great. One of the otos did poke a small hole in the bag. Being double bagged so tight saved the bag from losing much water. My only complaint would be the shipping cost. I wish I would have paid more attention to the shipping cost. I would have ordered more fish to make the shipping more worth it my own fault.Thank you Wattley Discus so much for such beautiful healthy happy fish

I can't rave enough about this company! My order was delivered to my door in less than 24 hours of placing it (Miami to Wisconsin). All the specimens came packaged extremely well & very healthy.
