The attention and care that I received for my cat at Isa Animal Clinic was excellent. From the moment I entered the clinic the receptionist was very courteous and professional. The place is very clean and has the latest equipment. I received an estimate for the procedure recommended by the doctor, and I agreed to proceed with the surgery. The attention and care could not have been better. The Doctor and the team are wonderful people. They saved our dogs life. They were so caring, kind, and very gentle with my dog. I am incredibly blessed and happy we came here. I just wanted to let everyone know that Isa Animal Clinic was outstanding. Our dog(Enzo) wasn’t feeling too well & they took care of him immediately. I’ve been to plenty of vets in the area but this one is my recommendation for anyone that wants to take their pet to place where they actually care about them. They treat you like family here & I wouldn’t have it any other way.The owner & doctor were extremely helpful and honest. 👍🏻

We got to this clinic very worried about our poppy because it seemed that he had a tooth infection. The staff was kind and helpful, the doctor was extremely professional and prepared. I waited a couple of days to put this review to make sure my poppy was ok after the surgery he had at this clinic to remove his baby teeth . One day after the surgery my poppy was perfect and better than before. Thank you all for the good care and love😊

1st time at the clinic and it was an after hour visit , the prompt attention and caring nature of the doctor and the entire staff was above and beyond my expectations. They took excellent care of our senior fur baby and he came home with us in a much better state. If I could give them 10 stars I would . Highly recommend this clinic for any pet care needs. This is to you.. yes, to you...the one reading this ..the one looking desperately for a place to take your sick pet... I know your reservations...I know your doubts.. I had them...you have probably been scammed before...overcharged, oversold...this is NOT one of those places... all I can tell you is this...this people can help...and I mean truly help...they do care...yes, it's a business and they have to make day....but its not about that...trust me....I'm so glad I found this place....EDIT: One year later and this feeling has not changed at all. Thank you all, Dr Bernal, for you care and help, follow ups, and devotion...I'm never leaving this place...

I checked in and the wait time was minimal which was great. However, I have pure AKC Chocolate Labs and they didn’t even know what breed my dogs were. They kept asking what type of Labrador are they. Anyone with minimal knowledge knows what a lab looks like and them being a Vets office, I would expected them to know just by seeing them. My dogs are pure breed and easy to tell especially if you know anything about dogs. Then they put together a quote of many unnecessary things to right away make it a $700 bill. I understand some test may be needed depending on what is going on with your pet but they did not appear as if they knew to much and I did not feel confident in about their care for my animals.

My puppy needed dental surgery to extract some of his baby teeth that were stuck and I took him here. The price was fair and afordable. They provided amazing service and explained everything with detail. My dog was home two hours after like nothing happened. Thank you all so much !!!

The worst experience of my life. I lost my beloved pet due to these BUTCHERS!!!!!! I had no where else to go, because my usual vet was closed and this was the only place that was open late. I came in with hope that they would help my baby and instead a few thousand dollars later and them butchering him, he died of a horrible infection not even 10hrs later. I took him deceased to my usual vet, and they were appalled at the state this veterinarian left him. Do not take your animals here for emergency visits, they don't know what they're doing, just want to take advantage and hemorrhage the money out of you. There is no love or care for your animal here, and I am absolutely disgusted. Be warned this place might work for you when all you have to do is update vaccinations, but the day your pet gets sick. It may likely not make it out of this slaughter house alive.Don't bother responding to this, you know the atrocities you've done. I will be sending a claim to the state veterinary licensing board with proof of your negligence, this includes all of the documents I received from your office regarding my pet, and the necropsy report I received, along with a written report from my trusted vet.

Very happy with how great the staff was during my visit. They were all very knowledgeable and kind. They took me in and helped me right away. The prices were affordable, they were not trying to scam me at all like other animal hospitals. It was clean and trustworthy! Loved them.

I went with my babies yesterday for their first exam and vaccine. I had a great experience, Dr Bernal and his staff very professional caring. It is the first time I am a pet our I had a very good impression all my many questions were answer. They took the time to answer my concern. If you take more than 1 pet, they charge only 1 visit. I did not smell any bad odor very clean, light was perfect. For me this is a most.

Simply the best! Not only do they treat you like family but they treat pets as they’re own. They think of every detail to make sure your pet gets the best care. At another pet hospital they told us the only way was to amputate but we didn’t give up until we found Isa Animal Clinic. Not only did they have the best surgeon to operate on our puppy, but they’re now making sure she has everything she needs to fully heal and recover. Do I recommend them? I wouldn’t take my girl anywhere else.

I showed up at 9:30 pm with no appointment scheduled because my dog was consistently vomiting and I was in a panic. They were very professional, helpful and attended to my dog right away. They checked him thoroughly by doing a blood test and X-ray to be sure he didn’t ingest anything. They provided him with everything he needed to get better. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Prices were extremely fair for the emergency visit. The doctor even called the next day to check on my Jimmy. I am so happy to have found this vet and I highly recommend them.

On july 20th my German Sheperd Kayla had surgery at Isa Animal Clinic, eventhough it was a difficult surgery, every thing came out very well. Dr. Gonzales did a great job in the surgery so did Dr. Bernal and Jury who were very patient with us and answered all our questions before and after the surgery. I really recomend Isa animal clinic one more time because of the knowlege and years of experience of all of the doctors and staff. Thank you so much!

Yesterday, I noticed that one of the neighborhood cats was bleeding a lot when urinating. Desperately, I called a friend who referred meto this location. I interacted with Yuri, the owner. I can’t say enough about how kind and accommodating he was. He explained everything, didn’t exaggerate and was pretty inexpensive. The actual first office visit was free. The cat is better today and today I called for advice on my very sick dog. He made me feel at ease and has gained my trust in less than 24 hours. I highly recommend them and I have been to many vets, including Knowles Animal Hospital. We will definitely continue taking all of our pets there. I took my dog there from a recommendation from a friend.We had a wonderful visit, All the staff treated us as if we were their family. They even did a follow up phone call to see if my dog was doing good! I Have taken my dog there for second visit and he was not scare. He was very happy to see his doctor. The care here is nothing less than exceptional! I’ve had the pleasure to receive care for me for my Yorkie Princess she is 11 y/o female, and so far, both Doctor and the owner were great, besides that they are both truly professional, and would recommend them. I’m grateful for the Doctor and Isa, being the most helpful, caring and knowledgeable Vet tech, I have ever encountered. He knows his meds for these pets of the top of his head, and does an amazing job reiterating the care plan for me. Isa always been able to answer all my questions, and has just been so gentle and compassionate with me. Very grateful for finding this little gem vet, and all the delightful people that make this experience a positive one in the office. I will never go anywhere else. They are the best!!!

We had an emergency with our dog due to a fight with the neighbor's big dog, desperately we started looking for a hospital to save him, all the emergency clinics turned their backs on us because it was supposedly late but thank God we found by googling "ISA Animal Clinic" .We arrived and the experience was unique, quick attention, 5-star Hospital, excellent professionals, everything super clean,... I think that 5 stars is not enough to qualify IAC.

I was looking for a place where I can bring my dog to get his updated vaccines and annual check-up. The last place I brought my dog to was such a disappointment. The staff there didn’t seem like they cared about my dog. So I made sure this time, I did research before bringing my dog in for his check-up. I choose Isa Animal Clinic because of the amazing reviews and the fact that it is just 5 minutes from my house is a huge plus.The moment I walked into the clinic, I noticed how clean the place was and the ambient felt good. The staff was extremely nice and welcoming. I can just tell that they cared about Nemo, my dog. My dog has A LOT of anxiety and they were extremely patient and nice to him. This was a completely different experience from my last vet experience. I felt safe and I trust this staff with my dogs’ health.
