OK, I went with four stars, good food, birds like it, price was good. Great concept of resealable bag. The minus one star, should maybe be two, there's no way to access the tear strip to open the resealable opening. I felt like a squirrel on a nut digging at it. Finally went to the scissors, and transferred left over to zip lick bag. 👍

I have been a customer for over 15 years with this company and had never had a problem till this year. I have mostly dealt with NINA who is a wonderful employee and never had a problem with my orders. This year I have encountered several problems with the rude employees who definitely are in need of phone etiquette and on how to treat their customers. I have called to place my orders on several occasions and have been placed on permanent hold or just they just don’t answer the calls. Last week I spoke to Lissett (who is in need of customer courtesy and phone etiquette) and after several calls directed me to Amy (who returned my call) after several days with no response to my messages. When I finally got through and placed my order I requested to speak to a supervisor or manager and was told that they were not available. I asked they have them call me to no avail. So I’m still waiting for a manager to call. We will see if they respond.Robert

If your coming here to unload any sort of hopper bottom trailer, fair warning this place is hell. You have very little space to work with and have to back in by pot on the other side of the building. If your lucky you might have space to back from the road if your not blocked by parked vehicles. If your unlucky like everyone else you will have to attempt a u ball on their yard with little to no room to make one. And the pit is pretty dam slow. People are pretty nice thats about the only upside.

Upper Level Management doesn’t have a clue how to Improve Their own Business Process in order to be more Effective on their Production. Even when an Employee suggest Different ways to improve processes they never change anything because they never understand (Old School Management).

Just want to say how unprofessional this business conducts itself. An old friend of mine decided to apply for a position here due to his fork lift experience and qualifications but was met instead with hard labor. Regardless of the job description placed in their ad, my friend did all the labor and job duties that the managers asked for eloquently. He arrived early and even went to work on Saturdays (the days off) as per request of the manager. Less than a month later, they fired him for absolutely nothing. They waited until the end of his work shift to inform him that was his last day. No advance or anything. This is truly unprofessional, what if he had a family to maintain and was relying on this income? They gave him no time to even apply for other positions. When asked what the reason was, they simply stated they "did not need him anymore". If they were looking for a TEMPORARY worker, they should have stated that in the job ad.

Had an oddball quality issue and gave the company a call based on their satisfaction guarantee on the back of the package and was told “ thanks for the feedback we’ll look into it”... nice guarantee : )
