I’ve been taking my dog, Mila, here for the last 3 years. I’m very happy with their service. The staff is honest and accommodating. Mila has never been cut or bruised like I’ve seen in other places. I love that they have a small shop with accessories, toys and treats so if you want to reward your fury baby afterwards you can do so. I’d definitely recommend this place.

Hachi is amazing! We have tried different grooming businesses before and have always kept searching for better places because we never loved where we went. We’ve had some bad situations with other places. When we found Hachi , we got glued and will never leave them! We have a mixed lab and when we pick him up he never looks scared and is very happy . They always take a cute photo of him after with a backdrop matching whatever holidays or things. It’s so cute! You can tell they really love their jobs and care for our pets. It’s all I can ask for because I’m trusting them to do the job efficiently but to also take care of my dog in the process.

The one and only dog groomer I will take my dog too! The owner and dog groomers are so nice and always treat my dog with love and always give us some good recommendations. I am leaving this review today because Sandra is the super nice woman who cut my baby’s hair today and did an amazing job ! I’ve been taking my fur baby here for over 2 years now and I love it. The staff is lovely, they treat my dog well and the price is great. They even give their pups accessories after each wash! I got my sister and my two friends to start bringing their dogs here and they love this place too!

We absolutely love this place! After our old groomer moved out of state, we have been in search for the perfect place that doesn’t take 3-4 hours to groom my miniature schnauzer. Hachi was just the place! And I love that Dino never cries or barks when I leave or pick him up. He’s always happy and in a good mood! Love the energy and vibe. Also, I love their bandanas! Definitely recommend.

This place screams professionalism!!! Visited for the first time because of the amazing reviews and not only are they reasonably and competitively priced, they were so amazing to my dog, who has never been to the groomers before, they are so detailed, she looked super happy, adorable with her little bows and bandana, smelled like heaven, and can we talk about the adorable boutique style lobby???? Excellent service from the staff. I walked in today without an appointment and was treated with great customer service.The boutique is very clean and well kept by the staff.The front desk told me it would take 3 hours and were done with the grooming punctually.Highly recommend. Just make sure you are clear with what dog grooming service you want. 👍

Love this place! We’ve been going to them for about 2 years now, both of my dogs always go in happy. I have a Cockerspaniel who needs a haircut and it’s always on point. Definitely recommend this place.

My schnauzer suffers from anxiety! Milagro manages to calm him down and feel him comfortable enough to get his perfect schnauzer cut with no issues. She’s my favorite!New crew now. Very sweet receptionists 🤗

I’ve visited this place multiple times and I love it. The front desk is always attentive and friendly. I own a husky and I am very pleased with their service, specially owning this breed my nightmare is someone shaving my baby but this places always does exactly what I ask for. My baby stays smelling great for days even a week but she’s a big dog and goes outside daily. Also a plus is being able to schedule an apt online and ahead of time.

I brought my dog to be groomed and he was rejected. He is 11 pounds poodle. The front desk lady was not friendly and very unprofessional. I told her I will pay extra for the “poodle hair” since I like him fluffy. She called the groomer and when she came out to see my dog she gave him a dirty look. They didn’t give me a chance at all. After that I send a message on their IG and it was deleted . If your shop discriminates dogs, I don’t want to think what they do to humans.

This place is the best dog grooming experience I’ve ever had. They listen to what I ask of them and Koda’s cut always comes out on point. I can tell that the groomers take great pride in their work because they always make sure my fur kid comes out looking and smelling his best! They show great attention to detail and treat him as if he were their own. Whenever I’m their it feels like I’m visiting my family and my Koda is always happy to greet me. The salon itself is clean and the boutique area sells the coolest and cutest clothes and accessories. I love coming here and so does my dood! Best salon around!

I will never bring my three dogs there ever again. I was taken advantage of for a dog grooming for $140. The most I have ever paid for the same service for years has been $95. Out of nowhere the price was jacked. The owner is extremely rude to clients and I can’t imagine why people who hate animals would go into this business.

Do not bring your pet to this place. The owner hurt our dog in multiple places with the razor machine. Shaved him down so hard he was bleeding from the back. His ears stayed filthy. Not only that, she also cut his toes, which we only noticed later at night were bleeding. We called for a refund, she screamed and yelled and then disrespectfully mocked my wife. Finally she agreed to refund, but lied because it never came through our credit card. I called today and she said she would not refund the money. She lied to us from the start.
