Great experience. Loved the checkout line.I’m not really to fond about new technology and constantly keeping up with the new trend but seeing this at the self checkout line was pretty impressive. As we get older some of us don’t adapt to new technology. Not here.

Witnessed a cashier be rude and very unnecessarily suspicious towards a young black male customer (IDing him for cash back? And then refusing to do more than one cash back transaction), behavior that has never once been directed at me and I’ve been regularly patronizing this store for years. She claimed it was a “new policy.”This isn’t the first time I’ve personally witnessed there be an unnecessarily unpleasant undercurrent between staff and black (the ones who are American, not black Latinos) customers.This time I tried to speak to the manager about how short the cashier was, but he was very dismissive and he defended the cashier (despite him not being there for the interaction, and having no idea whether or not she was in fact rude). He did not care.He also informed me that the “policy” can be arbitrarily enforced, meaning the cashier “randomly” chose this one black customer to be suspicious of (I wonder why).Very disappointing. Be careful where you shop. Racial biases often aren’t overt, but that doesn’t mean they don’t impact the customer service experience.

The manager here is amazing. I don’t remember his name but he went above and beyond to help us and made sure we were taken care of at the meat department. Thank you for clearing up the issue me and my husband appreciated it.

It is a shame that this fresco has become such an unorganized place. The products are not fresh at all, besides they are opening the store without supplying correctly, these pictures were taken at 10AM. I did a previous review of 5 stars but right now they are a mess. I hope this helps them realize they are loosing customers. I’m not coming back. I didn’t even get half of my shopping list done. 🤦‍♀️

They are using this store as a place to scam people's Debit cards from other State's. Mine was stolen from a skimmer or online and they made transactions from my card In Colorado to their store in Miami Florida. Inside job 100%. Not one Manager would investigate.Crooked thieves!!!!

Pretty new supermarket. The challenge is to keep it clean and well taken care of. They keep up the challenge! Pretty clean and well keep. Lots of choices and the wait at register is relatively short since many are usually open. Most of the staff speak English it helps a lot!I hope they will keep the good work

Bad service also hot food section, ordered grilled pork loin and that was dried as hell and couldn't chew the meat. Not sure but I suspect they just boil everything then they just put for a few minutes in the oven to make it look like it was from the oven grill. If I could post pictures but google doesn't let you post pictures. Wasted $7.50 of my hard earned money

They are fully stacked and have everything you can imagine and all the aisles are spacious. The store is spotless I have to say. The meats are always at a great price and look fresh opposed to other locations I have seen. The only complain I would have would be the deli section. The young lady who attended me today was so slow that it took 15 minutes for one simple order of a half pound of turkey and I had no one in front of me. This is literally from the time she said may I help you to the time she threw the packet on the counter and didn't bother saying she was done. I have to say the deli has no urgency to attend anyone. Everyone in the Meat and Fish section are more than happy to help. The best part is they have some checkout and the young lady there assist you in every way. All in all it's a great store and they're fixing the parking to have more spacious spots.

It's a simple grocery store, not with a great selection of products, but fulfill your daily base needs. Really clean and easy to find what you're looking for. Checkout is fast with friendly and polite associates. Besides, you can play lottery there. I went a few times there and wasn't crowded. Easy to checkout. Store is back to normal. More variety of products, shelves with only a few items out of stock and great price for milk gallon.

Shop here every time we come to Miami to go on a cruise. They have had everything we have needed to pick up to take on the cruise. Full grocery store.We stay at the Airport Marriott courtyard, easy walk from there.

Usually not so bad, but today the experience was not good at all.I asked an employee at the door -not the security- where were the shopping carts, and the answer was “at the parking”. I think he thought it was funny.Outside, another employee was coming with 1 (one) cart.Found a couple of expired items at the shelves and there were only 2 registers opened. The lines were very long and people had groceries on their hands.Not coming again any time soon. Sorry.

The checkout process is what makes this store a disaster, the lines are always too long to make it convenient to grab just a few things. Otherwise, it’s relatively clean and the prices are average for the area (but not as low as other stores). Finding an associate that speaks English can be difficult.

Visit early in the morning, there are no crowds and parking always available. The aisles are wide and spacious. I visited one evening in January 2022 and there were only 2 checkout lanes each with lines over 25min. Never visit in the evenings!The prices on produce are good. There is usually good variety

Expired food disgusting floors the store is gross in bad shape it looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years there's only one cashier no matter what time of day working there the lines are always to the back . The managers needs to be trained everybody just stands around on their cell phones and nobody knows how to work with a customer this is the worst store I've ever been to in my life. Check whatever you purchase here because almost everything is expired or bad .

I witnessed some of THE WORST customer service at this store. None of the employees cared about the patronage by people spending their money. There was a total lack of respected showed by ARGUING with customers. The manager did not care about the quality of his products or welfare of customers. If this is how the customers are regarded & treated regularly, it is a miracle this store gets any support from the community. Don't go here, your health & dignity are at stake!

Staff is nice and the store is very spacious. I do feel some of the managers stand around doing nothing while customer service has only 1 cashier handling customer issues, purchases and dealing with money orders and wire transfers from Western Union. They could see the line out the door and they will look the other way. Also please fix your bathrooms! They are disgusting. Doors do not lock, there is no toilet paper and at times filthy. I will take picture the next time.

Great spot for shopping locally at a reasonable price. Sign up online for their rewards program and get additional discounts. Our grocery bill was about $100 for 5 days worth of food for 2 adults 1 infant. I would definitely come back.

This place, not only they have very good prices but they have everything you need food wise. It just does not matter what your financial situation might be, the one thing I can assure you is that you will always find food that will fit your family's needs at a very low cost. Very nice grocery store. Offers very fresh produce at good prices. Worth checking their weekly specials. Great deals on daily staples such as rice beans crackers seasonings etc. They keep the aisles and store clean. They have daily cooked meal specials and fresh baked breads.
