This review is based on customer service....Customer service at this Fresco y Mas location was exceptional. Ana at the customer service center was helpful and very knowledgeable.While at the supermarket I took some pictures of the incredibly clean isles and bakery. All looked spotless and delicious.

My favorite place to shop for avocado and wild caught salmon.The staff here is working hard ..I think it will be better to ad the self check machine.The card will help save some money too.The downside is not enough cashiers....so every time I came here ..I always find very long line.I could give it a three star and a half or four but the line is always too long however the staff handle this very well...Again. .please ad self check machine.

Love coming here. I always find everything I need and the staff are always friendly to my family and I. I do recommend coming after 7 or early morning to avoid lines.Everything from their bakery is delicious and tastes like my grandmother’s home cooking.

The Produce Dept. Has good temperature, well arranged, rest of the market it's ok. Now, the Deli Dept. Needs another employee and a bigger and efficient place to cut ham and cheese. Regarding the cashiers, they are nice. ParkingIs shared with the rest of the businesses. 🤗🤗

Extremely Poor management (2/26/23 9PM-9:55PM) I have been calling for an hour since I was put on hold for over 20min with no response after that Every time I call I’m put onto dial tone. Definitely getting in contact with corporate. I’d like to speak with General Manager hopefully they are not the ones who is unwilling to do their job

Rediculous lines to check our. No express lanes for people with few items. There was a long line of people with a few items at the lottery / customer service line. However, everyone seemed to have a problem. It took over 1/2 hour. The long regular lines were faster. Everything felt a little "not cleaned for a while" like floor and shelves and counter. Basically felt like a run down Winn Dixie with a fresh coat of yellow paint.

I come here only because it is close to where I live otherwise I will not come here. The manager instead of helping the line she goes to eat, they really don’t understand customer service. Only Miami. If you go to an American store it will never happen. They don’t have people they want to work because they pay the minimum.

This morning I went to the bakery of this place and the people who were there did not want to take care of me, they treated me very badly and I was first waiting and they took care of those who arrived, it seems that the lady who works there is always bitter, what a pity this type of people should be kind because that's why they provide customer service

Some employees don't understand English. I tried asking for certain items and didn't know what I was talking about, like, Croutons and anchovies. Had me running around the store without any results. Never found it!Then, I decided to pay for what I already had in my shopping cart and the two only cashiers opened lines was so long, it was like being in Disney on Christmas. Ridiculous! I ended leaving without my groceries, and stopped at Publix. Better service if you ask for the manager.

Yall I have never come here and *not* seen monstrous lines. Dozens of people trying to check out during the Sunday brunch rush, and 6/9 of the cash registers are empty. Fine, I’d not overpriced, during off time. Avoid during busy hours, because the manager here did not schedule more people to accommodate them.

The place has so much more produce selection - and better quality - than Publix. I was shocked. The negative for me - the floors were incredibly dirty, though I know that it was very busy with Easter shoppers. That's why I took off one star.

Worst grocery store in Kendall, only ever has 2 lanes open no matter how busy or how many employees, and even if busy the manger will stand off to the side looking at her nails instead of jumping in and helping her clearly over worked and understaffed employees. Mangers make excuses every time for the lack of employees and of service but never jumó in to help. Place needs better management ASAP. Has been like this for years. Also you go in for one items and spend 15 minutes in the EXPRESS LINE because there are not enough people to man the cash registers EVER.

Don't usually frequent this chain, but this location gets it right most of the time. The staff has definitely improved their service and their response time in check out lanes and self check out lanes as well. The hot foods is nothing to brag about here, but you'll find an amazing beer selection, as well as great produce, flowers, and other standard grocery products. Definitely invest in their rewards/loyalty card to save even more.

"Despacio y Mas" This place is always a nightmare. Never have more than 1 register open - no matter how long the line gets. A quick milk run will always takes 30-40 minutes. Why cant they have more than 1 register open for people to buy products???I literally walked in today and there were NO REGISTERS OPEN At 9:15am! There are plenty of employees pretending to organize but not one soul will assist the long lines and open a 2nd register. It is the slowest laziest place in Miami.

The worst management at fresco ever I saw in my life, customer care lane closed management playing and not take are the place. I was trying to pay 2 items and there was 3 cashiers working with over 20 people in the line and I have ask the bakery department to pay for this 2 item and they told me sorry our register is close but still serving people. This is why I love Publix because you get 1000% customer satisfaction.
