Highly recommend if you want to have a forever baby! Carlos was very patient and help me during the whole process I drove 3:20 hours from Davenport and literally got there at 8:20 when they close at 9:00 pm he was amazing, made it happen in 30 minutes. All pups look very well kept and healthy. Process was smooth and are very helpful in adjusting to my needs as I will pick up the puppy a few days later and they will have him ready to go. They were really helpful, the store is very clean, everyone was very nice, they added a bunch of little extras into the purchase of the puppy, like puppy food, grooming, and they even added a little tie for him to come home in!

I did a lot of research before buying a puppy. I went to this location for a specific dog, but when we got to the store, the dog I wanted was too large for her size, and she did not seem very active with me. So I picked a smaller breed of dog. Paid cash for the dog. Before I even made the purchase, I asked, “ Is the genealogy included with the first vet visit? Store rep said, “Yes” They also told me that the purchase included the microchip, and grooming. I thought, ok, that sounds good. This is where everything started getting expensive. I paid $95 for the microchip at the store, but then when I signed up to register the chip, I was charged an extra $45. Then I take pup for the first “grooming” the store’s definition of grooming is a bath, ear cleaning, and I think toe nail trim, but no hair cutting. I ended up paying an extra $30 for hair cut. I take pup for first vet visit. They did cover just a minor exam. Vet checked the teeth, gums, butt, ears, and heart. Pup had no mites or ear infection, but pup was scratching. Mind you, pup is only 5months old. Then after the vet checked her, they came with a receipt for $252 of itemized items she needs. She needed more shots, flea treatment for the scratching, and some other things. And this is the vet the store is partnered with. I told them I will only pay for the shots, which costed me $108. Then I have to take her back again in the next 3 weeks for more shots. The staff at the store needs to be more clear on what is covered and what is not. The genealogy is not covered, I would need to pay extra for that. The term grooming needs to be clear. As far as shots, the dogs should be fully vaccinated before they are sold. Mind you, I bought this pup at 5 months old. If she was not purchased by me and was still at the store, would the store have her vaccinated with the second set of shots? Just be careful when making a purchase at this store. Ask questions and get factual answers. Maybe get it in writing, because I didn’t.

This place was unbelievable super Duper clean the staff was super friendly and accommodating, no matter how many times you wanted to sit with a different puppy. They were very accommodating and patient. Many dogs in tiptop shape ranging from very very low prices to moderately priced. In comparison to so many of the other stores, I was looking up. These people are giving you the best for your buck. Christian helped throughout the whole process. He was a super kind and patient as well. Very informative and very thorough when explaining the contract and everything you got, which is quite a bit considering how decently priced these puppies are. Overall, if I want to get my puppy, a friend down the line, I will definitely be coming back.

I’ve been stalking a Boston Terrier on their website for a few weeks. Called to confirm if the puppy was available and made an appointment to interact with the puppy.
